I have been a frequent customer here since I was a little girl and I absolutely love their famous bowl meal, as well as their mac and cheese! Everything is always warm and fresh! Unless ordering drive thru I would avoid this place. I could list alot of things but it boils down to being managed poorly. The biggest issue I had there was drive-thru takes priority over on-line orders and dine in. I ordered on line then had to wait 40 minutes past the time the app told me the order was "ready for pick up" even though large drive thru orders were just rolling out one after another. I dob' t take pride in saying what I'm about to because this is a Marysville business and I'm proud to be a resident of Marysville. having said that, in the handful of times I've visited this location, every one sticks out for the wrong reasons. 1. You will never be given a receipt. If you ask for one, you'll get dirty looks. It is the law to provide a receipt (proof of purchase). 2. The two menus at the drive thru speaker box have different prices so if your order is 10% more than expected, it's because they're intentionally being deceptive. I'be mentioned it every time and every time the response is along the lines of "We haven't had time to update it." There are some menu items that aren't even priced at all. 3. My order has rarely been correct. I've been given the wrong order, someone else's order entirely, or items missing. If you inform them of this, refer to #1 for the dirty looks. I fully understand this is fast food but these are basics that even a kid with a lemonade stand can get right. If I want LJS or KFC from now on, I'll go elsewhere. Went through the drive thru this evening. I should have been wary when I saw the printed sign at the window that said 'No Refunds' and something to the effect of 'we'll make it right'. I ordered a three piece fish with an added chicken piece. I also ordered a three piece chicken dinner for someone else. That one was okay, but mine was shorted the chicken and one of the three fish had obviously been sitting awhile as it was tough. I was never asked if I wanted tarter sauce so I assumed it was in the bag. Nope. Had to wait on the chicken to be cooked and as I hadn't been provided the receipt at the window, I asked the woman who brought it out to me if the receipt was in the bag. She asked if I wanted one. Why does Marysville have bad, disgusting fast food restaurants??? I know that things are bad right now, but really. Last night we got KFC. I got the chicken strips. They looked like they were from a a chicken breast the was cut up into little pieces. They were supposed to be extra crispy, NOT. The mashed potatoes had maybe a teaspoon of gravy on them. My husband got a three piece that was supposed to have two sides and a biscuit. He got the chicken and biscuit, but no sides. I guess we will not be going to KFC anymore!! read more

Surprised I haven't already reviewed this. I've been coming here for years. Mainly because it's handy for a quick lunch on my way to work, but also because of all the fast food places in this stretch it's consistently the best. I'm not a huge fast food fan, but if I'm going to have it I might as well have something decent. Service is always good, and the place is clean. They have KFC and LJS items. None of it healthy, but hey, it's nice to have options. Today I had some chicken dippers with cole slaw, and added pieces of fish and chicken. All in all decent tasting. The sweet tea was surprisingly good. And I was out the door quickly and at a reasonable price. read more

I just ate here and have been eating here for awhile now. Yes they can sometimes mess up your to-go order (always check it) but this place is clean, the people who work here are friendly and the food is really good. For the reviewer(s) who said there is nothing healthy to eat, that's not true. Get grilled chicken. See my picture, I just had 2 pieces of grilled chicken with green beans and cole slaw. As for them being slow, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for any of my orders. Add some KFC hot sauce to that chicken and it's a very delicious meal that's not terribly unhealthy. Wanted us to pull out the dumped fries that we didn't order, in order to get what we did order. All of this with a really nasty snarky attitude. This was a very disappointing trip through the drive thru. The wait was short so it was not busy. I placed my order and went to the window. I paid for my order with a debit card and had to ask for its return. I was handed a bag full of food that was not my order but half of the previous cars order. That will be another dissatisfied customer. I got my order and drove home. I opened my meal and it was the worst thing I have seen in some time. First the crispy skin was pulled off and hanging off my chicken. Second I opened my mashed potatoes. There was about 2 tablespoons of potatoes and a half cup of gravy. To top off the food order, I received only half a biscuit and that was mangled. Really guys?! Get it together. Usually this is a decentbdrive thru but today was totally off the mark. Before I pulled off, I checked to make sure the sauce was there, it wasn't so the guy at the window decided to be childish and hand me 10 sauces for 5 tenders. We have had terrible food last 3 times. We went they Drive - Thru LJS chicken and went 7 miles home and found out they gave us cold Fish The last two times we ordered 8 pc fill up. And they needed to change the oil so bad in the fryers both time. And the chicken this last Sunday night was burnt oil and so old. Terrible! read more

It's a KFC/LJS, so it is what it is. They tend to be a tiny bit hit and miss on food temp/quality, but all in all is more often hit than miss. If I go and have the time @ an 'off' mealtime, I ask them to drop the fish fresh and wait on it. Doesn't take that long and it's worth it. Usually though I get their grilled chicken, it's my favorite, but if they do not have pieces I like, the fish is faster, even if I have to wait for fresh. Coleslaw is also my fave. Have always loved KFC's cole slaw. The LJS onion rings aren't bad, even pretty good, but Culver's and B3 still beat them, plus and "order" is only 5 onion rings... which seems incredibly cheap on their pat, I mean please it's an onion ring... the very definition = 15-20 = almost no $$ in it. they do tend to only be the fairly large portions of the onion, but they are skinny, which I like/prefer, but still, only 5? Really? at Culver's you get more.... so I typically go to Culver's for the Onion rings. read more

I had to go back up to the register to ask if I could please have my buscuits because I knew from watching they had some already made and waiting. They had forgotten about my order.
