Although most of their food is fantastic and the service is great, there's always that one person who forgets to bag the entire to go order before handing it to the customer who drove all the way back home 20 minutes there 20 minutes home some may say that's a long way to drive for take out but B-Dubs had always been fantastic until now. My friend and I ordered wings and Mac and cheese. We get all the way back home unpack the wings but where's the Mac n cheese,? We should've checked the bag before leaving but we believed it had been checked by the cashier. B-Dubs fell short tonight and sadly our confidence in them is not so much anymore. read more

Good food here, really good wings, but inconsistencies are to be found when it comes to how they are prepared, sometimes the wings are not sauced properly. I'd advise asking for extra wet and definitely check the wings before you leave if you're doing carry out. Service is not that great here which is why they lost a star but most of the time when you come here for a sports game it's not a real issue as it's not terrible, just not super fast if you're in a rush. All in all this place is a place we go to enjoy a football game or a soccer match and get some wings. I'd highly recommend using the Blazin' Rewards as you can get a bunch of free food if you come here much at all. P.S. no more paper trays, everything is served on metal trays now! read more

No thrilled, not upset. Chicken was a little bit dry. (Isn't this a staple item) Asked for extra sauce, and unexpectedly was changed extra for a little cup. Don't mind paying extra. Just let me know about it. This is the servers responsibility in my mind. Service was average at be Kristie, it wasn't busy. We had to keep asking for different things we placed in our order. It's inconsistent - I have had great experiences here, good and terrible. If you are able to come on a night and get a good bartender it will be a good time. I have had issues with service speed, accuracy, attentiveness. Food can also be hit or miss - i have had good luck with traditional wings, not so much with the boneless. read more

Food- good. Service and atmosphere- meh. I grew up with BW3. Well, entered adulthood with them, at OSU in the '80s, and have tried various locations ever since. This one... makes me want to leave. So carryout is a good option. Yeah, call ahead and do that. The music is too loud. The seating is tolerable, not great. The service is spotty. The food: we've been lucky. It's pretty much like any other location, so far. Not the best wings ever, but good, and everything else I've had has been pretty good. As others said, go to Dublin. I am appalled, our experience tonight was unacceptable. I found hair in our wings that is the first red flag. Then when we were digging in our food we were found stunned by the temperature of our food, It was below room temp, Aka it was cold. Pull yer chairs up kiddos, it's story time! B-dubs is almost a corner chain now, and it feels like you can spot them out like a bad Starbucks. In my opinion, they're everywhere, like a bad splitting amoeba gone crazy. Sadly, they weren't always like this.I remember when Columbus only had maybe four of them in existence. But, I guess I'm not here to rant about a chain, but I will rant about how preposterously awful our service, and experience was at this particular location, and sadly, most Bdubs anymore. We walked in on Sunday when all these fantasy football draft nonsense crap was invading the place, and hostess looked at us, eyes glazed over in a thousand yard stare, then stared at the podium, wiped his rag on the seating chart, marked something with his dry erase marker, looked around, looked around again, then wiped the seating chart once more, and ran off quickly, and mumbled something about silverware. We proceeded to follow him, assuming that we were being seated even though his mumblings were about silverware. Finally he seated us with a look of fear in his eyes, as he turned to look around his shoulder once more, then he ran off, and quickly joined the hoard of other confused, and dazed hostesses, meandering about like lost cattle. I saw our waitress, we had previously bad experiences with her just running off for very long amounts of time, then bringing cold food out. I shuddered, and reacted with "No, DEAR GOD, WHY!?" in my mind. I saw her start complaining about us being sat at her table, because maybe it was her break time, or whatever. She was arguing saying, "Who sat this table!? Who sat this table!?" At this point her tip meter was far in the negative. YOU NEVER---EVER DO THAT BLATANTLY IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! I DON'T CARE WHO THE FUCK YOU ARE! We placed our order with her, and she got confused, because I said Parmesan garlic instead of garlic Parmesan, or whatever... she was apparently inflicted with some sort of dyslexic disease of the ear. The food came out quick.. too quick really. This just highly confirmed that apparently to work at these wing and bar joints, you don't necessarily have to have good waitress skills, but to succumb to bad food, and bad service, I think I'll head over to Roosters next time. We are long-time patrons of various Buffalo Wild Wings locations -- we were regulars at the Henderson, NV location while we lived there, and used to drive 50 miles to visit the location in Orlando while we were in Florida because we knew the food would be excellent and the service good -- and this is the WORST BW3 we have ever visited. We went to this Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the Penguins-Capitals game yesterday only to have the manager turn off the game (which was tied 3-3) with FOUR MINUTES left in the third period to turn on the football pre-game show. Not the game, mind you, the pre-game! When we complained, she had the nerve to argue with us AND insult us ("No one cares about hockey") before finally turning the game back on, but pointedly placing it on a different screen. On top of how we were treated, our food sucked, too! Our wings had no sauce on them at all, and the rest of our order was cold and unappetizing. We have long since learned not to tip our bartenders at this location on our VISA receipts because they have on more than one occasion padded their tips after the fact, a practice which management vehemently denies but which is nonetheless true. (What happened to "the customer is always right?") I am done being screwed around by the management and staff at this location. As with most Marysville businesses, it's a better idea to drive to Dublin. read more

We were greeted as soon as we walked in, sat immediately and upon arriving to our table our server was already taking our drink order, drinks came quickly, she took our order, she was very friendly and she was great with the kids, our food was exactly how we ordered it, and it was hot, fresh and delicious. I come to this Bdubs pretty frequently so I will update this each time I go to further give you an idea of what you're getting yourself into. I have had many good and bad experiences here. So, last night (03/05/2017), I went in around 11:15 pm (Saturday night they close at 2 am) I was greeted immediately by the host, asked if I wanted a high chair for my daughter and then we were seated. The waitress came up about a minute later, not bad timing. She introduced herself, told me how cute my daughter was, super sweet girl! Then she asked if we wanted any appetizers and took our drink orders. She was very speedy with getting us our drinks and then appetizers actually followed not long after that. The people I was with needed more time to order so she took our orders when our appetizers came out. Which was perfectly fine with me. I ordered my wings extra saucy and she definitely made sure they gave me plenty sauce. And my daughter drank all my ranch, yes you read that right, so the waitress had to get me more and she did it without me even having to ask. She was very attentative, gave us refills before they were needed, like when we had a little less than half a cup left, perfect timing in my opinion. So waitress was good. Food was delicious. And tables were clean, they weren't too busy. Very polite staff. No wait time to be greeted. There's a reason this is my favorite restaurant. :) I only have bad experiences when I go during the day when an older lady named Pam is my waitress. She's rude! But Ill save that story for next time I have to deal with her. They all said goodbye as we were leaving, it felt like we were at a family event with how they all were saying good bye to us. It was very sweet. I am very pleased. I am giving them a 4 star rating because I do have bad days with them still too. So overall that's all they're worth. read more

I love the bar tender, JD. I have never been greeted with such enthusiasm and friendliness than when I sit at the bar! I noticed he is always willing to make recommendations and spark a conversation with each of his customers. He's great at what he does! The dining room servers, on the other hand, are not so great. Especially when it gets busy. Often times the food is cooked perfectly, but i have had to send back a few plates for being too hard or tasting funny or being wrong. I have been a regular at BW3's since 1984, not this location, but one of the ones on High Street in Columbus, LOVED them. Then they changed their medium sauce (I want to say I first noticed maybe a year or so after this location went in, but to be honest, not quite certain what year that was....2011 or 2012 maybe? But I still liked the Caribbean Jerk, the Teriyaki & sweet BBQ, then I discovered the Dry Buffalo rub and I was a fan again... then the wing on wing Tuesday hit 60 cents apiece Now to be honest this it not horrible. However in 1984 they were 10 cents apiece... Now in 1980 a pack of cigarettes cost 85 cents... now let's figure by 1985 they are about a buck... they are what now? $4/pack? so x4 the cost... A 12oz box of Kellogg Corn Flakes was 89 cents, now... unless on a great sale, they are What, about $3? so a bit more than 3x the cost. A gallon of gas was about $1.25... but as always it fluctuated, now a Gallon of gas is $2.00/gal give or take, so a bit shy of 2x the cost. In 1980, you could buy a half gallon of whole milk for 85 cents... again, in 1985 it was likely a bit higher thx to Regan, no doubt... but since I do not have at my fingertips, nor do I really recall, let's go w/ the 1980 price. today $3.00 is fairly the typical average $2.89 today at our Kroger store. So again a bit over 3x the cost. Price of a McDonald's Big Mac varies by location. In the early 1980s price ranged from $.95-$1.20 today... what is it around $4? so a bit over 3x, to just a bit over 4x the cost... so wth are the Tuesday wings 6x the cost??? Just generally pisses me off. 50 cents I could live with... 60 cents is just insane... I will still go there, but nowhere near as often, and never on non Tuesdays. I used to, but not anymore. I might be tempted to go more often if they had not totally screwed up the medium sauce, but they did. Generally the service I've received at this location is quite good, so no issues there, mainly corporate is screwing up, if the [price were more consistent w/ 1984 prices adjusted for inflation.... and they had the GOOD medium sauce, I'd give this location a 4. read more

My first Buffalo Wild Wings experience was in 1990 on High Street across from the OSU campus. The concept has changed a lot from what it was over 20 years, which was basically an old campus bar turned into a wing restaurant concept on a dime budget. I loved going there, as the wings were great! The wings that Buffalo Wild Wings serves today are far different than what I used to get back then. It's more processed, etc, etc... but the sauces are still great. When at OSU, I used to go to BW3s (it used to be called Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck) because I craved their wings. Now I go to this one in Marysville because it's a sports bar that has decent wings with good sauce. If it was like the place the concept used to be in 1990, I'd give it 5 stars. read more

Service was good. Your system is terrible. You have people coming in to see events that order and appetizer and waters. They reserve seven seats with only two people from the party there. Leaving many paying customers standing, hungry , and waiting who are willing to buy meals and alcoholic beverages as well as leaving a fair tip for the waitresses. I think they must pre cook large amounts of these on NFL Sundays then redrop them in the fryer when ordered.
