If I could give zero stars, I would. 1. The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. 2. Even on a to-go order placed 25 minutes in advance, the food was not ready. In fact, when I arrived the staff was nowhere to be found, and I waited nearly 10 more minutes to be addressed once addressed, I was told to order would take 16 minutes to cook! What?!? I placed the order, now 30 minutes ago, ONLINE and received a notification that it was ready. I have been coming to this location here lately and have not been disappointed until last night on 10/24/23 at 9:06pm. I ordered in the app and made my way to the Hack Cross location and my order wasn't available nor would they substitute to it. So I made my way back today and spoke Ms. Keisha(District Manager) and Ms Arlene and they both were so accommodating and apologetic about my experience and fixed my order. My spouse for the last two weeks went to this location around 4:30 pm. Takeout order. They either cooked in old oil or over cooked the fried chicken. The chicken was dry out with no taste. She was very polite and helped me choose what I wanted to eat which was the Nashville chicken (AWESOME). She made sure that I was taken care of and didn't need anything else. I went through the drive to order because it was cold. I usually go inside to order. After I received my order with my seniors discount and $1 contribution to ? Server asked, I gave, I opened the box and glanced at my order. On the surface the chicken looked good. Never just look at your food without opening and moving it turn it over and look well. When I got home I found 2 thighs one over cooked greasy and more of the back than thigh. The drum stick was over cooked too. One of the thighs in my 3 piece meal was decent. The vegetables were decent. KFC was horrible to me that day. Shame on them for such blatant disrespect. Fried Chicken is my favorite food. I will probably go again as it is in the area where I live. I enjoy it when it is decent. This is not the first time I have had a portion of meal 'distorted'. I stopped going for several months and decided to try the restaurant again. read more

The prices have gone way up and the size of the pieces are smaller. I was just charged over $7 for 6 hot wings and a small slaw. The wings are very small pieces...85 cent per piece, not a whole wing! Owner's should be mortified over customer service and manager behavior! Ordered $47.18 online, picked up at drive-thru. They had forgotten my gravy and of course I only realized when I got home. I called to talk to them, they simply said you can come pick it up, no apology or ownership of mistake and was a bit rude which made me say that they should deliver it. The manager, I assume, said "You want me to deliver it?!". I said they could call Grubhub to deliver it at which point she hung up on me. I went to the location to pick it up, after waiting in line for over 8 minutes, asked for a large Pepsi to compensate me for my inconvenience, the manager (same voice as person on phone) was annoyed and rude and told the attendant to give me a medium. So in other words, my inconvenience of having to drive back to the store, wait in line and drive back home during my lunch hour, wasn't worth the extra $0.02-$0.03 for the larger drink I requested. I feel sorry for anyone that works for her and if I were the owner and found that out, would order immediate training to correct the behavior. read more

Worst experience ever. Ordered a single meal on a Sunday night. Was told to pull around to front. I did. The address is Winchester, so I pulled up to the side that faces Winchester. 30 minutes later, many cars in the parking lot honking horns and flashing their lights into the restaurant. People are angry and screaming through the glass door. I call them and i was told that my meal would be right out. 30 minutes later no meal. I have been here an hour now. I recall the manager, and am told that I didn't park in the front, the front faces a gas station, not the very major road that is the address of the place. Obvioulsy I am miffed and I tell him that clearly they are not bringing me my food, and since I've already paid I have been ripped off and would be calling the corporate office. He hung up on me. I called the 1-800 number and am told that the manager will get a hold of me in the next day or two, which of course didn't happen. Paid, never received my meal. The thing is I work at a large pair of urgent cares right down the street and we often order from them. Guess what, no more orders. Now maybe you can provide decent service to the few customers that you have left! read more

Do not buy food nor visit this location. I am not normally this pessimistic but I have to warn the public. The people are nice about 60% of the time between shifts, but the food is always either burnt, stale, or just plain disgusting. I am a nice fellow, so I gave this place at least 5 tries on different shifts but the results were always the same. My wife and I literally were trapped in their awful drive thru line for over twenty minutes because of how slow and unorganized they were and we missed a very important appointments that day. The parking lot is a disaster, the food is even worse, but for goodness sake, at least take out the trash and clean the walls and floor. The interior has not changed since the late 80s or 90s and it doesn't appear as if it has been cleaned since then either, the food is overpriced and non of the employees knew how to use the coupons or vouchers which were brought in. read more

I don't know what the problem is with the workers at KFC,but twice within a week at this location and the store on Highland both of my orders from each location had items missing.It wasn't worth driving back to either location,I guess you need to have them to count out loud to make sure your order is right.One more thing I notice some workers are not aware of the company's coupons and promotions,they seem lost when you present one to them. read more
