I am in the bonus program with KFC and it's very good you can get a full meal with a drink for $5.99 sometimes- BUT IF YOU DON'T HAVE THAT THEIR PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS!! My mom wanted three chicken wings and some fries the only thing they had on the menu was a six wing meal for $13 or eight wings for $15!! But these were just for hot wings!! The chicken had a feather on it longer than my pinky finger. when I called to complain, the young lady who answered the phone was real rude. She told me to bring the chicken back. Hmmmm! Should have checked Yelp before trying to eat here! We came here on Nov 1st while traveling thru the area! It is in a strip with a Taco Bell and a McDonalds. We wanted to go to KFC because it had been years! Since we had gone to one! And my husband wanted to try it after so long... The doors were locked! Even though it was 11:30 and they should have been open, according to their website AND the signs posted on the door- We went all around to each door. We could see the staff inside but the doors remained locked to customers. We noticed that there were 4 cars in the parking lot-so who knows?! We concluded that either this was a mistake and the staff did not want to open(which we would probably get terrible service! And did not trust the food) -or- Some type of mechanical or sewage problem-the staff was cleared there?! So we will never know! We could not eat there because of this situation... so one star!? Because we could have/would have LIKED to eat there, but still don't know what was going on that day-or maybe every day?! read more

Ordered 12 original wings from Hull st. location. When I got home they hot drumettes that were cooked for days, dried up and soaked in hot sauce. Took them back and they said they only sell wings as hot wings. Then I ordered original white pieces and got all dark pieces. Found out when I got home. I arrived here at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday, they were not busy inside. I asked for a 12piece ORIGINAL chicken only, it was over 30 bucks. I watched the server grab a bucket and load most of the bucket from one warmer then stop and start loading a few pieces ( breasts) from another warmer. Having frequented KFC I knew the second warmer was usually for extra crispy chicken. Once the bucket was loaded the served turn and handed me the bucket in a plastic bag. Two stars for effort but when you pay almost five bucks for a large potato bowl you expect it to be an actual large but served a half of the bowl had mashed and very little chicken. Very little sauce on sandwiches and when ask for more mayo they have none to give ya. Place is clean and food is not bad but when you can get all you can eat at a buffet for same price as two sandwich combos and two potato bowls it just doesn't seem worth the trip for price and portions you receive. Nuggets in potato bowl are so crispy they not even eatable. Very disappointed with this visit. I ordered a 16-piece 4-side meal and tenders this evening for dinner to share with my family and parents. The store wasn't taking orders at the menu sign - only mobile orders. The lobby was closed with no signage. We discovered that there were 3 young adults under the age of 18 working with no on-site manager. The food was good but we were shorted half of our bucket of chicken and had to substitute the tenders for nuggets and a side. Do not let them shut the window while having your card. I used a brand new $100 gift card to pay and the young 18-25 skinny african female took pictures of it and claimed the card only had $2 and asked for another form of payment. I went through the drive-through about a week ago. When I drive up to the window, the first thing I notice is the woman at the window didn't have a mask on. I was wearing my mask, as a decent member of society. But apparently she didn't care about society or her place in it. I almost drove off...and wish I had. Now everyone has had KFC before, but the skin on my chicken was mushy. I ended up just peeling it off and eating it that way. But, it sucked. Masks are the easiest way to determine what kind of person people are. Masks offer minor protection to the wearer, but offer a LOT of protection to those around. I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. I went thru the drive through on the Hull St Road location around 11:20 am today. I placed my order and came to the window. I paid for my order and was told to pull up behind the car in front of me and wait. Before I could ask for any sauces or napkins, not that the employees even bothered to ask me if I wanted any, she shut the window iny face and turned her back to me. When she brought my food to my car I asked for honey mustard sauce. Her response was "we are out of honey mustard". I asked for any sauces in general; ranch, ketchup, something. She told me "I have to wait in the next customer. You can go back through the drive thru.". I went back around and you magically had honey mustard available after all. I asked for napkins and she wadded a bunch in her hand and handed them to me. Very rude customer service! I know of a Hardee's that didn't care how they treated their customers. That Hardees was torn down to the foundation and a Chick-fil-A was built I it's place that stays busy when it's open. read more

Once I got the food and got home opened the box and it was two pieces of chicken (breast and thigh) with a biscuit. Also, 3 other people got in line after I ordered and received their meals as well. Called the store and was told I could bring the food back for a refund or could get the correct meal. I hope they close this location. Then they told us that they were dropping the fries now so it would be 8 minutes. You couldn't tell us that prior to taking the payment??? Stay away from this KFC!!!!!!! I don't know how a chicken place fors have chicken ready to serve at 6:30pm on a Sunday afternoon. I don't know if the issue is with KFC or the manager at this location, but I will not be back and will tell everyone to go to Popeye or Bojangles. The chicken is ridiculously small and pools of grease on the bottom of the barrel, not to mention your fingers! Huge pieces of onion in the cole slaw -- all you could taste was onion. Update: they have done a remodel-store is much more modern and bright. Still not so great with the cleaning though. I had to wipe down our table, and for some inexplicable reason, the nicest big table in the room had a big yellow bucket labeled "sanitizer" sitting on top of it for the whole time we were here. And speaking of time-oh my goodness!! Took 17 minutes to shuffle our way to the register-and the restaurant was not even half full. Total of 33 minutes from door to actual food. When it arrived it was tasty, so I've increased rating to 3 stars. It's now "meh". read more
