I downloaded Yelp JUST to leave this place a bad review. They served me the worst wings i have ever eaten. Have you ever bought wings from a gas station- those will be better than these. On top of the wings being chewy, overcooked, and luke warm at best- they also gave me the complete wrong flavor. Aside from the wings- the fries were undercooked and didn't have a single grain of salt on them. I always get excited for these hole in the wall wing places, however this experience was a let down. The wings really are the best but they will nickel and dime you to death. Every little item costs extra. It's totally ridiculous. Even if you want blue cheese or ranch with your initial wings, it's 25-35 cents a piece when it usually comes with these meals. It really is too much to ask your customers when it should always be included like in the past. The wait is usually long as it appears there is only one guy working up front keeping his eyes in you like you're going to steal something. And one person in the back cooking. Pre-pandemic this location was the best. Courteous staff and nice prices. Post-pandemic, not so much. They are short when taking orders, rude when you walk in and do not say thank you or you are welcome. Courtesy goes a long way. I love to tip and do so generously but when you act as if I am disturbing you when I come in to pick up my order then I have issues with this. The guy was actually looking at his cell phone when I walked in and never even acknowledged me. I had to say something when I know he heard the door chime. With my last three orders, they have gotten them all incorrect. It is as if they do not listen. No rice, means no rice! So, I ask myself why do I keep supporting a place that clearly does not know how to appreciate a loyal customer. No clue but this is the last time they will get my money. I wanted to try a local place for chicken wings after visiting my daughter at Richard Bland College. The menu choices were extensive. I chose a combination chicken wing meal which came with wings and fries. I am usually skeptical about the amount of food included, but the combination meal was a very large portion. The plain fried chicken wings were awesome. They were cooked perfectly. The person working there was very nice.
