Before I review this KFC, I'll own the fact that it is my fault for making the decision to continue to patronize this place. The service is ALWAYS slow and they are ALWAYS out of a main menu item. Despite that information, I'm only posting my review on my experience on 8/13/17. I arrived in the drive thru at 7pm. At 7:15pm, I still had multiple cars ahead of me and I didn't feel like leaving to go into another drive thru. I placed my order and then arrived at the window at 7:30pm. After sitting for 30 minutes, I was advised at the window that the chicken tenders were too small and they wanted to "drop a fresh batch". She insisted that it would only take 4 minutes. I'd already invested a half hour so I agreed to wait. At 7:48pm, my order was brought to my vehicle. I was missing a side for one order and the other was incorrect. I walked inside to face an angry group of people who had obviously been waiting as long as I had. Longer story short, I left KFC an hour after my arrival. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant in that time. I never lost patience but was extremely disappointing that no one apologized for my wait or incorrect order. That was the final straw for me and this particular KFC. read more

Location closes at 10pm. I placed order at 9:14, for delivery. Grub Hub driver calls me at 9:47. Tells me that KFC said they are closed. Driver pleaded his case about time of order. But, said restraunt was more concerned about closing early. I believe in good customer service, and will NEVER give this KFC a second chance. read more

Once again the staff of this franchise keep trying to violate my privileges I serve my time in the military and I am offered military discount it's a hassle to present my ID to the workers of KFC because they frown upon giving me that discount no condiments served with the food no napkins and forks no catch up andWhen you walk in the store no greetings I feel as if I am filing their space even though they are behind the counter more than 6 feet away from me it is so uncomfortable trying to buy food from establishment I have been a fan of KFC for over 40+ years now my kids love it please scrutinize these people you put in these franchises there's customer service is horrible horrible very horrible I may need to start spreading the word and stopping all my peoples from shopping at this locationI walked in the door at 11:57 did not get served until 1245 no explanation must give them don't have any idea what was going on in the store myself and one door Dash customer was in the building bad very bad read more

So fed up with them!!! Takes forever to get your food. Then they try to sneak in original when you order extra crispy.

Had an awesome experience here just now- despite the line, service was pretty prompt for both taking our order and getting the food out to us. Food tasted great. They forgot the two biscuits that came with our meal, but when we asked to have them, they gave us four fresh and hot ones instead! One of the servers, Jordan, was especially kind and gave us two free desserts after seeing us enjoy ourselves reading over the games on the tray. With the coupons we used, the meal was 200% worth it. read more

No do not go to the Hull St KFC ordered 6 breast 6 wings got 4 breast 2 thighs and 6 wings.now this was a meal potatoes gravy and green beans came with free bag of tea . At 50$ you would think you were getting a great meal not the wings were very over cooked like they were a leftover warmup breasts were cold and dry the girl that handed me food was so stoned out of her mind she could hardly speak now the thing that really angers me is she hands me the tea I think nothing about it and put it on my gray carpet get home to find she didn't tighten the lid so this meal cost me 80$ ,50 for a meal that the green beans were the only thing hot and edible 30$ to clean my carpets in my 4Runner . The meal should have been hot I ordered at 11:45 am drive through because they dont unlock doors and let you come in the only real they got one star is because you have to give them one to fill out review I will never eat or order from here again. So today I stopped to get dinner 12 piece 6 breast 2 thighs 4 wings the meal had green beans mashed potatoes and gravy side of fries a original chicken sandwich fries and Pepsi the meal came with free bag of tea. Now the bad the wings were like they were 2 days old the breast were drier than the Desert of Saudi Arabia now mind you this was at 1130 am should be hot and fresh the fries were cold and soggy the chicken sandwich which is supposed to be cooked to order ya right cold not even juicy so another item that was a reheat the only thing that was hot were the green beans. The lady working the drive through was higher than gas she could barely hand me my card back or my food and the ting that really angers me isn't the fact that the almost $50 meal was awful it the fact you gave me a bag of tea that you didn't tighten the screw on lid and it cost me 30$ to clean my carpet . Thank You for giving me the worst experience ever at a KFC and I have been eating KFC for over 50 years I will Never visit KFC on Hull St. Midlothian Va. ever again . If I could give the place negative stars, I would! Filthy, lazy, closed wayyyyyy before the sign says, slowest wait time, crusted Mac and cheese, dirty syrupy filled tables... god forbid you want to talk to someone! I called 12 times in a row for messed up order and No. One. Answered! Not one time did someone at least put me on hold. Not one time. Went threw the drive threw today on my lunch break- was told to pull forward my food was not ready- sat out there for 20 min and no one brought my food to me. Backed up to the window and said hey I have been waiting for 20 min where is my food? She said he is bagging it up now- it was the manager who was doing so. He never once came to the window to apologize for forgetting about me or how long it was taking to get the food. GO TO CHICK FILET- they treat you so much better and say its a pleasure to serve you UNLIKE the customer service you DO NOT get from KFC. We visited at about 7:45pm Sun 4-20. Waited while the cashier was trying to fill an order. Turns out the food the man wanted wasn't available. More waiting. We walked out no food after 15 minutes. Three customers and they never got to take our order. Hope others fair better read more

Associate named James who is the supervisor or manager was told by the associate attending to me to put in his code for a military discount. He kept walking away after multiple attempts to come to the register. I waited 20 minutes and he still never came to the register. I ended up not getting the discount. I go to this particular restaurant almost 5 times a week so they all know me. Probably will have to find another restaurant to start going to. Poor service from this supervisor JAMES. read more

I swung through the KFC drive-thru on 1/17/19 at about 7:45pm. The gentleman manning the drive-thru was just so warm and professional that I thought I should give him an official Yelp shout-out! I didn't catch his name, but he made my pretty crummy day a whole lot better by just being a good human. The food was also hot and pretty delicious :) KFC, hire more folks like him! read more

This KFC needs new management and employees. We were the only customers in line to place an order, as there were two paid customers waiting for their food. As we stood in line for 6 minutes, we were never greeted or acknowledged by a staff member, so we left. They were not busy, as previously mentioned there were only two other patrons waiting for food; and 3 cars in the drive-through line. This is poor customer service and this location will not stay in business long operating in this manner. read more

This is the worst KFC. They always forget something from your purchase so be sure to check your bags. Happy to take your money but ready to cheat you out of food that you paid for. They never put forks or napkins in the bag. They are always out of items. No matter if your inside ordering or drive thru it takes forever. Not the cleanest place. We just stop going. read more

I went thru drive-thru today and the girl that took my order was polite and efficient. Nice friendly smile. I ordered the 8 piece grilled chicken bucket (trying to eat a LITTLE healthier). Two large sides and 4 biscuits came with it. The chicken was really dry and cold. A real shame to do what they did to that poor bird.The green beans (I got two orders of the beans) tasted like canned beans you get at the grocery store. I love KFC chicken, however, this location sucks. Everytime I go to this location there seems to be an issue. There's always something wrong with my order or the food doesn't taste the way it's supposed to. I am a District Manager for another Fast food chain, there are sometimes when I just want something different....I always regret the decision to come here.. My husband and I went to their drive through back this past dreadful winter...braved the cold....got our order, brought it home...it was no where close to being correct. It was all white meat and we had ordered all dark. Hate white meat, hate extra crispy. When I called to complain, the manager told me they would write our name down in the "complaint book" and next time we went by, they would make it right. Next time was a few days ago, told them my story, they retrieved the "complaint book", could not find my name...apparently the book was missing some pages, and they would have a manager come speak with me. I politely stepped aside so they could assist the next guest and waited patiently. I saw the manager assisting on the line, assembling to go orders. Made eye contact with her and several others. I was totally and completely ignored. Waited a total of 7 minutes, and finally walked out disgusted. Will never EVER do business with them or any other KFC. read more
