We went around 3pm. Went through the drive through and ordered our food. The lady at the window was very nice. They asked us to pull around. A guy brings us one box and we say we ordered two. So we check the box and the order was not ours. He comes back out to bring the other box and it was also not ours. He then proceeded to take both the boxes we had opened to another car because he had given us the wrong order. Then after waiting 15 min I'm informed our payment method was declined. Went through the drive-up. Staff was friendly and cheerful. She answered my question about the different sauces and then gave me one to try. I ordered the bucket of thighs and legs for $10 and it was great. I ordered a side of coleslaw and macaroni and cheese. The only problem I had is she didn't give me any silverware so I couldn't eat while on the road. By the time I got home my mac was cold. Into the microwave it went. This was possibly the worst food I've ever been served. I ordered a pint of cole slaw, a pint of mac & cheese and 6 pieces of chicken. I got two pieces of chicken that were unrecognizable except that there were necks included. I didn't even think people breaded and fried up that part of the chicken. Two really small wing pieces which looked more like parrot wings than chicken wings. The mac and cheese was days old and dried out in places. I was doing doordash! Caused me to lose my income and waste my time thanks to lazy workers. I Pulled up along w many other cars to order. Worker writes this sign, puts it up, and walks out and drives away. With many cars lined up, Who knows how long the people in front of me waited. It wasn't until you finally left that you see this note on the drive thru window. would have been nice to maybe cut off your doordash orders, or maybe even put the sign where customers will see it when it needs to be seen, not when they lose their patience and finally pull off. the following week i had a friend go through the exact same experience at this location around the same time, 3pm read more

Like the other customers, I have been turned away by KFC for their high prices and sloppy service over the years. However, I've recently discovered their $5 fill up boxes which includes a meal, cookie, sides, and a drink! I would rotate between their famous chicken pot pie and the two pc chicken fill up box! For example, if you get a 2 pc chicken fill up box, you would get a thigh, a leg, a biscuit, mashed potatoes and gravy, a cookie, and a drink all for FIVE dollars!! Now I call that a deal. I get the "crispy" chicken, and my chicken normally is always tasty and fresh! The employees has been pleasant, and the food is great! I recommend you to give them a try! read more

I came here in September 1st at around 3:30 and there was a girl working with pink hair and another girl I think I didn't see her. First of all she was so patient with my ordering over the com and it was a large order. There was 3 cars in front of me and it was so quick. When I got to the window she handed me my stuff and was so nice. Not only that but when I opened the bag I noticed there was bbq sauce, kfc sauce, and honey mustard, (none of which I asked for) I just want to say THANK YOU I can't even get most Drive Throughs around here to give me sauce even if I asked for it. Not sure what has happened to this location but the customer service and the food is terrible. I have had 2 bad experiences here within a few months. I figured the first bad experience was because they were short staffed and I decided to give them another chance. In October 2022, I rolled through the drive-thru on my lunch break and I ordered a chicken sandwich and a medium drink. The sandwich had enough mayo for 3 sandwiches and it was cold. I walked in to return it, the restaurant was NASTY!!!!!! The dining room floor was so dirty and the windows/doors were so greasy and dirty! The tall blonde guy at the counter laughed and very loudly said "Oh well we have a kid making the food that has autism and he always puts too much mayo". As if the kid needed to be called out, and I needed to know this private information! The manager came to the front and gave me my money back without making eye contact, zero apology, and said nothing! He just walked away. Absolutely disgusting. They gave us dry rubbery chicken, the mashed potatoes tasted like baby food, the gravy was watered down, the wings were basically just bread and bone and when my friend went to go bring them back they got an attitude with her. This KFC is the slowest one I have been to. Went to the drive thru to day. Took 25 min. was told that higher up decided that they would decrease workers for this week.
