The employee attitudes are awful and they just don't care. Yesterday we went to the drive-through and ordered an eight piece box which they told us would take 15 or 20 minutes. We paid at the window and were told to wait on the opposite side of the restaurant and they would bring our food out. After 27 minutes, nobody had come out, And we think it was because it was raining. We went straight from the drive-through to the parking space. They directed us to and waited there, until we couldn't wait anymore. Went inside to check where our missing order was, and saw it sitting on the counter. Unattended. When we asked why they didn't bring it out to us, they claimed we were not there to accept the order which was a pure lie. The truth is, it was raining outside And none of the under motivated lazy rude employees wanted to step outside across the drive-through lane to deliver our food to our car so they just left us to wait for 10 or more minutes after our food was paid for, boxed and ready to go. There is not enough space in a yelp review to summarize eight years of lousy order fulfillment and apathetic service employees that seem to thrive at this Bojangles location.
