Ordered online a 12 pieces family meal for a 4:15 pm pick up. Arrived at the store at 4:20pm. Nobody was minding the front counter. They literally were ignoring the customers. I finally signaled the drive through cs person who hollered at a lady. They could not find my order in their system. I showed them my confirmation with my name, etc. They found finally my order under a different name. ????? So then I waited another 15 minutes for them to fill my order. I left with my 12 piece family meal for the 6 minute drive home. Here is what I had when I got home. 10pieces of chicken (not 12), two orders of (what tasted like) day old french fries; like hard rubber. I wish I was able to give this location -10 stars!! I went to go get some chicken or even a famous bowl at 10:00pm, mind you they close at 11. The guy had the audacity to ask me what I want then as I was about to tell him, he interrupted me and says oh by the way, all we have is sides and chicken pot pie. Then I asked him so you're not serving any chicken right now and he said no. We then had to wait in line for 10 minutes waiting for the cars in front of us to get their orders and leave. Horrible customer service and slowest "fast food" around. Have been told several times at this location, even when there is not one car in the drive thru, that there would be a 15-20 minute wait for food. Food could improve this KFC!!! First off the app didn't work correctly for the deals so I had to forget that, second and most importantly when one orders Extra Crispy Chicken that is what you should get!! Excellent and efficient service. I swung in here while I was getting my oil changed next door at Valvoline. I ordered the eight-piece chicken but I have to admit I did get confused when she said that I could get all dark meat and then at the end of figuring out what pieces I wanted I accidentally said all legs. I was surprised when there were eight chicken legs in the basket but they were helpful to remedy that and give me 8 thighs.... which is what I originally meant. I will say the chicken is sometimes a little bit on the greasy side and I'm kind of curious what they infuse into the meat that makes it so filling.... But it sure is tasty! read more

I cannot imagine why the staff directs me to park in the parking lot to wait for my food. How are they so slow at getting "fast food" out the door? I came through the drive thru one night and I was told the wait for food would be 25-30 minutes....I left. The food at KFC is not worth the wait. read more

This store used to have human contact to place an order. Seniors and military had a discount. Now you order by kiosk while the few workers stayed in the cooking area, hidden by machinery. I placed my order but at checkout, it asked if I wanted the receipt by email or text message, neither of which I submitted. It then said the order was placed, but no receipt was printed, so I had nothing to prove my order. I then attempted to contact an employee to ask if I could have extra crispy in place of the original crust since there was no option at the kiosk, but there was no response. Another customer told me he had been waiting on his order for half hour and he couldn't get any attention either. When one final emerged, I asked about changing the order since there was no option on the kiosk that was normally changed by the counter clerk taking the order. He thought for a few seconds and said it would be a 25 minute wait. I had already been waiting for almost 15 minutes and had just left HEB with cold and frozen food, so I couldn't wait longer. The other customer finally received his order and left. About 15 minutes later, I thought I heard my name called and went to the pick up window to see an order, but wasn't sure if it was mine. Again, no employee was around, so I looked into the bag and figured it was mine. I have never seen such a break from human interaction in a restaurant before, so I will not return unless they have a front counter clerk again. This was the worst experience I ever had at this location and I normally don't air it publicly, but it felt like trying to talk to a robot that is only focused on cooking and going home. read more

As we were leaving the counter girl sarcastically said sorreee. Place was filthy. Prices are ridiculously high for KFC. $26.59 for two 2 piece chicken meals and 2 coleslaws. Our chicken sandwich had a huge bone in it. We called and the manager on duty (Paul) said, "I would love to see that." Thinking we were lying. My wife waited 20 minutes in that line and still drove all the way there and showed him the sandwich. He told her there was "no way that was in there" and "the breasts are far from the sandwich fillets, no way that happened." He told her this again and again. She told him we only got popcorn chicken and a sandwich, how could we have put a breast on there. After arguing with her about the sandwhich and calling her a liar, he finally told her he would have it remade. She left and told him to keep his sandwich. She called and told me about what happened and I immediately called him. He told me he offered to remake it and I told him after calling my wife a liar over and over, yeah you did. I asked for his name and he put me on hold. Phone number still won't work, so I guess he thinks I'll give up. Already called corporate and let them know what happened. I'm beyond furious. If it was handled with true customer service, the manager would have offered to remake it, no problem. The mistake was on them. read more

App orders ignored at this location. Doors locked so you can't go in. Ordered on App and THEN drove to location. We realized we couldn't pick up inside so went through drive-thru. 6 cars ahead of us. Get to ordering window and employee told us that food is not "made ahead" from App. She asked for name on order then told us to pull forward to window. We were in line with 4 cars ahead of us now. 30 min later we get to the window and they tell us to park because our order isn't ready. We wait 10 minutes before I walk back to window and ask about our food. Told it isn't ready. Said I want to cancel. Employee says she doesn't know how. I asked why our order isn't ready since several people behind us received their food. She said that she already told us it would not be made ahead and they don't have our food. I asked how it is "make ahead" since we were in line and have been waiting more than 40 minutes. Asked how they don't have our food since they have chicken and why not prepare our order from queue and prepare it as if we ordered at the ordering window? She said they can't do that because it would make people behind us have to wait... um?!? Isn't that what would happen if we ordered at the window?!?! We left WITHOUT food and WITHOUT refund and 1 hr of our night gone. Since we can't go in, we called the location and no one answered. This is basically trying to understand the current status of food service. Ordered from the website which stated that the rapid pickup would be ready in 5-10 minutes. I don't live far away so this would make it easier to just pick up an order and leave. When I arrived, it already had been 20 minutes, they did identify my order but stated it was not ready. After another 5 minutes, they stated that they had no extra crispy to fill my request. This was around 5 pm dinner time, and you don't have extra crispy chicken? When I inquired if it was cooking and needed to wait, nope, they haven't even had any cooking, would be another 25 minutes if I wanted it, so do you want the original? What other choice do I have since you already had received my money? This is not a rant, but rather more of us having to accept mediocrity with services offered today. If KFC was known for made-to-order then the waiting would be accepted, but you are advertising yourself as a fast food restaurant with options to order online to expedite the process only to have individuals wait for 30-40 minutes for an online order and not be able to receive what is requested. I guess a little bit of concern on how the operations were working by the staff would be nice, but I know today that is asking too much. read more
