Crispy chicken sandwich has a nice crunch, extra tasty and tender white meat. Yum! They now have good new fries and their same so so mac or weird faux potatoes, but to each his own. The shining star is that delicious sandwich, better than Bojangles and almost on board with theirs being better than your know who, if their pickles weren't tough. This location has a huge parking lot, plenty of curb side pick up areas and a clean dining room. YUM! read more

Extra crispy chicken was horrible. No taste and smelled like it was fried in old burnt oil. Service was equally as bad. Ordered 2 meals, only service for 1. Ordered fill up box, no cookie included. Staff was standing around while I waited in drive thru. Save your time, go to Arbys. read more

The last time we got KFC it was not at all good. The chicken must have been left over from the day before and reheated. The skin was so hard it was not eatable. The items were bagged and the slaw leaked because the lid was not on good. read more

Best KFC I've been to in a while. It's got to be a franchise store. The music is Christian, the decor is local, and the store is clean. Chicken was fresh at 3pm on a weekday, and the biscuits were light and fluffy, not the dense hockey pucks I expect from thee Colonel. Pleasantly surprised. read more

Wow. Why does this place even get one decent review? Don't even bother walking in the door. First, the staff could care less. Second, their listings are deceptive. (For instance, the chicken wings basket looked like a good deal except they forgot to say each of the 5 pieces was 1/3 of a wing. So all in all, you get about 1 1/2 wings total.) Third, they won't help you out at all by suggesting ways to save money, unlike other KFC's. Fourth, after we were served cold food and the 1/3 wing "deal", I spoke with the manager and changed the order - and we were deliberately given the oldest, coldest items available. These staff are poorly trained and just plain mean. ps this was lunch time, April 8th, 2018. They had plenty of staff. Just no manners. And the food was awful. read more

We were heading to Knoxville and stopped here for lunch. My sister is a KFC fan .its not that big a thrill for me We decided to try the buffet. It was great,!!!!! Seriously I enjoyed it!!. Food was fresh. Buffet was very clean . Drinks were fresh. Tables were clean. Emps were friendly. I would most certainly go back to this KFC. read more

After sitting in a long line at the drive thru I finally placed my order. When I got to the window they told me that it would be about 5 minutes to complete my order and to go over to the front and wait. I paid and had to pull back out into traffic to get to the other side of the building. that's just the way it is by design at this Newport, TN business. I then waited! I noticed a truck that was behind me at the drive thru pull over to the front as well shortly after I did. An employee emerges and gives the truck my meal (but didn't know that it was my meal at the time) I noticed the couple in the truck open the bags, the boxes and everything like they were getting ready to eat when another employee emerges with another order and walks up to the truck. The occupants started putting the food they received back in the bags and the employee gave them another bag of KFC (as if the order was mixed up). The employee took the bags of food from the truck and took a quick look over at me to see if I was watching, (of course I was) and said to me, "I"ll be right back!" A minute passes and she comes out with my order. I asked her if this order was the same food she just got from the couple in the truck and she said it was but that she had re-bagged it. I told her I saw the people in the truck open the food and that I wanted a refund because that just isn't safe. She got kinda huffy and then asked for my recent. Soon after she emerges with my refund. I started not to write a review but with the COVID-19 pandemic still going on I thought that it was my duty to do so. I will not be back and would not recommend anyone to take a chance with the business. read more

Food is great, especially the buffet, but unless you want to listen to Christian music in a secular restaurant, get it to go.

Food wasnt that great mac n cheese was watery, baked beans were overcooked, and the corn was a little overcooked, the also dont have grilled, an the original recipe was so early there was a layer of oil on the bottom of the bucket... Definitely will not return back. read more

I was served by Kendra and she was filthy. Her hair looked like it wasn't washed in a week. Her shirt had old grease stains on it like it was never washed. I will never go to that KFC ever again. It was disgusting how this person looked. read more
