First of all , this review is from October 23rd, 2025 a day after my wife's birthday.I am just a little bit late on giving my review , but here goes! Our server, Ashla K was outstanding and very prompt and paid a lot of attention to us while she was working on the tables! She is definitely an asset to this Red Lobster location! We started off with the signature seafood mushrooms , which was to die for and then we had the SpEndless shrimp which was very tasty and so much of it to the point that we actually had to get a to go box! The SpEndless shrimp had garlic shrimp scampi, scallops, shrimp linguine alfredo, popcorn shrimp, and Chesapeake french fries , which was so dang flavorful it was ridiculous! This particular meal was enough for the 2 of us, but we did order 2, This is the reason why we had to get some to go boxes Because there was too much food! Needless to say , this was a good problem to have! My family and I are visiting from out of state and decided to try Red Lobster. It was my first time. We were seated right away and ordered appetizers (which were just okay), but it took about 30 minutes for someone to come take our entree orders. Then another 30 minutes to actually get the food. So about an hour total after being seated. We all ordered seafood boils. The flavor was okay, but every single one had corn that was cold and still frozen in the middle. Definitely not appetizing biting into that. Portion wise, it's not as big as I expected. If you're not a big eater, you could probably share one with appetizers. Otherwise it felt a bit small. Also, the wet wipes they give you smelled like a dirty sponge, which was kind of off putting. Overall the experience was underwhelming and I wouldn't go back. We came in kind of late, around 8:30-ish, and the restaurant wasn't very busy at all. There were about six of us, and we were seated immediately, which was nice. Unfortunately, that was probably the best part of the experience. The service was just okay--not terrible, but definitely not what you'd hope for, especially at a sit-down restaurant. On top of that, almost everyone's food had some kind of issue. Orders were messed up, some food came out cold, and overall it just felt unorganized. The experience as a whole was disappointing, and honestly, it helped explain why so many Red Lobster locations are starting to close. Between the mediocre service and the food issues, it just wasn't worth it. Would I go back? Probably not. I think I'm good on Red Lobster for the foreseeable future--maybe even for life. read more

The wait wasn't bad, the three women at the front desk had absolutely no idea what they were doing and We go skipped over. When we finally got seated, (to add insult to injury) the waitress who was serving the area we were seated in passed my wife and I off to another waiter. The guy as nice and very quick. The woman who passed us off had a crappy attitude and I am glad we didn't get her to help us. The music in the store was loud and the store was pretty clean the entire store was renovated except the bathroom. The food was terrible, my shrimp was cold and the shrimp scampi, the noodles appeared to be left out for a while and It was room temperature. Needless to say, my wife and I agreed never again. I have always loved Red Lobster, that's why we went there for our anniversary. This time was different; I ordered the crab carbonara, my husband got the surf and turf. He ordered his steak as medium well and it was so bloody he sent it back. When it came back it was still bloody. The waitress noticed and the manager was sent out to talk to him. Rather than sending it back again he said he'd just bring it home and finish it. The manager did give him a free dessert which was nice. Now, I like salty stuff but...I'm warning you, it was SO SALTY I couldn't finish it. I tried several times to eat it but, Holy Cow, this was some extremely salty pasta! I ended up throwing the leftovers away. We traveled ~25 miles to get there, looking forward to it the whole way. I hate to say that's a trip we won't make again. read more

First of all the service was very very slow. When we were sat we waiting 10 min for someone to come to the table and 10 min to get our drinks and biscuits. We then waited about 1/2 hour for our food. My husband had the filet Oscar and veggies he said it was good, I had the ultimate seafood platter with crab legs that were small and mostly empty, the shrimp scampi was over cooked but everything else was fine. Our server was nice. They have a credit card machine that charged our credit card 3 times and the manager said it was a new machine and that the pending charges should fall off and if it does not to call them. The restaurant was clean and redecorated and look and smelled good. We will give it another try sometime. read more

I wanted to see what all the hype was about with the new menu, particularly the seafood bag. When I pulled up the parking lot was full and I parked in the back. I planned to eat there and get food for my kids to go. When I walked in the lobby and restaurant were also packed. I asked if I could order to go from the bar and the attendant said she would bring me a to go menu to the bar. She never did. All the stools were taken. I stood at the end of the bar with all the dirty drinks and a bunch of menus. I placed my to go order and I wanted to order a drink while I waited. The server said she couldn't do that and the bartender would have to ring it up separately. I found that odd considering it's one ticket if you dine in. It was pure chaos. The register wasnt working so the server couldn't ring me out initially. There is a new cocktail menu. However the prices weren't listed. Only for beer and wine. When I asked the bartender he said theyre $10 or $15. I waited 40 minutes for my food. I went through the bag to check that I had everything. However when I got home, I realized we didn't have crab stuffed mushrooms. There is no phone number on receipt, nor link for guest survey. When I called the first time, phone rang forever and they hung up as soon as they picked up. I called second time and call was answered by call center and transferred. I spoke with supv Miriam who offered to replace it if I came back up there. That definitely was not an option. She said Mgr ashley or Kim will call me back with a solution. The food was ok. Seafood bag was a good value, however flavor was not there. I prefer Mr and Mrs crab. read more

Really good food, the biscuits are awesome, the service is amazing, the Ambiance is fantastic.

Two of us came in tired and hungry. Hadn't been to a Red Lobster for a while so thought we would give it a try. Started with a White Sangria and a Tito's and Strawberry Spritzer. Both hit the spot. Rather than ordering two meals, we ordered a Shrimp Feast with a Caesar Salad and a Baked Potato to share. Glad we did because it was more than enough food for two and the biscuits to start were excellent. Was a bit put off by the manager that seated us as he seemed tired and completely disinterested is his lot. Jon, our server was good and bought out our drinks and food with a friendly attitude. Located on international drive right next to the Dockside resort at universal, we stopped in for dinner after a long day at the park. We have been to red lobster many times in other cities, mostly in Texas. Biscuits- a staple item. These seemed a tad underbaked because they were a little doughy, but I still enjoyed the salty cheesiness. Lobster and langastino pizza- we almost always order this when we go to a red lobster because it's deliciously crispy and cheesy with chunks of lobster meat. This one was actually slightly different because this location is testing some changes that may potentially be implemented across the country. The crust was softer on the bottom than the previous version, but still thin with crispy outer crust. There's a mayo-based sauce dolloped on top along with tomatoes and roasted red peppers, all of which are great. Lobster meat is also yummy. Seafarers feast- overall very well executed. Fried shrimp were crunchy and so savory, paired very well with the sweet cocktail sauce. Shrimp scampi was deliciously garlicky and buttery. Scallops were cooked right and pretty good in size. Lobster was pretty good as well and of course comes with butter for dipping. Service was fantastic. Our waitress was so kind and the manager also came to check in on us. I booked a thirty-person reservation two weeks ago to dine in their private dining area. The manager who helped me make the arrangements was accommodating. It was short notice, I needed the room for the next day. When we arrived they showed us to the private dining area which to my surprise was very spacious, I knew it was going to seat everyone comfortably. I commend them on doing their best to serve all of us as quickly and efficiently as possible. I feel they could have had one more server taking orders. I think that was where the delay in getting our food got hung up. When the food finally arrived I was happy to see more hands on deck, serving our plates and making sure everyone was taken care of. We had the privilege of dining here, and our server was amazing--definitely deserving of a 10-star rating. She was very attentive and welcoming, especially considering we had two children with us, and she was just on it. I ordered the Chicken Cajun Pasta, and my husband ordered the Snow Crab Legs. We devoured the biscuits, so he instantly brought us a new one basket. He had amazing recommendations as well. And was very honest about our questions. We really appreciated that. All of us were really out of it, so we forgot to take the printed receipt. I just called them to find it for me for my company expenses. I ordered a bowl of clam chowder, the lobster dip, and the huge combo with snow crab, scallops, shrimp linguine, coconut shrimp, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. I also got their Tito's twisted strawberry lemonade. The clam chowder wasn't good, definitely wouldn't order that again. The lobster dip was delicious and so was my entree. The service started out great but I think my server became overwhelmed and I barely saw her after I ordered my appetizer. There was an issue with my order and it took a long time for her to come to my table to correct it. The manager came and apologized to me which definitely helped improve my experience. I decided to treat my sister and my mom to earlier Mothers Day luncheon before the rush. Our server Cassidy warmly greeted us and immediately took our drink orders. My mother got the Lobster stuffed flounder and my sister and I got the Pick 3. We both got the shrimp cocktail but I decided on the lobster bisque and she got coleslaw. For our entrees she got the salmon while I got the shrimp Alfredo. The lunch was well paced and Cassidy was always checking in on us and on point with the refills. We are very impressed with the newly renovated restaurant on I drive in Orlando . The wait time wasn't bad even it is on Saturday night . The Staff are friendly and waiter is awesome and very helpful. The food are delicious and delivery fast to table to serve from kitchen. Very nice job to keep the social distance by separating the table for guest . The kids meal is great with price value. Feel safe to eat at Red Lobster . Lobster is still the best food . Just ate here and literally broke my molar on a fried shrimp that had a pebble in the batter. Manager said that they no longer make their own food and everything comes premade frozen in a bag. Comped my meal but now I have to go to the dentist. The rest of the meal was ok but nothing special. Overcooked and dry and the whole restaurant was understaffed. Brahhhh... yall are sleeping on Red Lobster. I usually stay clear of it because it always smells old and the food is gross. But, I went tonight with family ( their choice) and was pleasantly surprised. They've updated their decor and ditched the carpet, everything feels nice and clean. Server (Queen Qu-e) was phenomenal and attentive. Appetizers were good, they brought back the stuffed mushrooms which are an all time fave. Entrees were sub par but good for a chain. Brussels sprouts were really good. If you're in the mood for something simple, try it out again. Those cheddar biscuits are just as delicious as always! read more

Watched as the hostess stand had 6 people at it and no one was interested in serving. Eh. Not great. Not bad. Our server was awesome, the food was not. Certainly not the Red Lobster of yesteryear. The Cheddar Bay biscuits were lackluster. They were room temperature when we got them. Not a great start. I had the lobster southwest tacos. Good flavor, questionable presentation, poor value. I know food doesn't come out looking exactly like the menu, but they could have at least tried. My wife had fish and chips. Two of the three pieces of fish were undercooked. This location is located beautifully across from the waterfall on international dr, very welcoming staff. Had a gift card issue and both manger and host spent time to help me retrieve it, even though they had never had to deal with the issue before. I'm absolutely sorry I don't remember their names but I really do appreciate you guys! As for our server Dorrel, he was amazing! Give this man a raise! His customer service skills was unmatched! Kept us entertained and fed. I even bought some souvenirs and had him signed them (in the photo attached) because this experience is one I'd like to remember for life. It sux that I can't give negative stars, so I'll grade this location with a 1 star rating. Made reservations for a milestone surprise birthday celebration and was attempting to check in w/ the guest of honor by my side. Made it a point to ask the maître'd not to speak too loudly as it was a surprise reservation. Not only did this (woosah) person blurt out the details & ruin the surprise, but this douche found the slip funny somehow. Tried to make the best of what I knew was a bad situation about to get worse, and thanks to a poorly staffed night, the food didn't make the night any better. The ONLY saving grace was our server Zuri, who was an absolute sweetheart. This goes to show just how a very small group of people can either make or break a business. read more
