The food was freakin GREAT but I came through kfc with my small twin boys last week in Pace Fl and this worker named Amber "i believe" she wasn't mean but you could tell she didn't want to be there and then she asked my twin girls ages and I said "boys" Easten & Westen and she laughed and went back and told everyone their names and kept laughing and making fun of them. I cried a really ugly cry in my van when I got back and now I'm regretting my own children's names I chose. So amber if you're out there I'll never forget how you made me feel in that moment. I've been going to this particular KFC for about 6 years now. Not one time have I ever been disappointed. Tonight, I went thru the drive-thru for some food. Went home to enjoy the meal and as I was eating my coleslaw I felt something that did not seem to be a vegetable. As I pulled at it, I realized it was a VERY long reddish blonde hair!!! I have black shoulder length hair. I immediately thru out the food and tried calling the restaurant 4 different times, NO ANSWER! This is SO frustrating and disappointing. Made a mistake yesterday and repeated something she heard Amber say about a customer. Yes I understand that what was said about the customer should not of been repeated. But again. People with Asperger syndrome don't comprehend the sarcasm. The customer got mad. Wanted to speak with Amber. She then told my daughter to clock out and get out of her store. My daughter called me at 6:17 pm. To have me pick her up. When I arrived she was in emotional distress. Told me what happen. I went inside to speak with Amber. When I asked to speak to the manager. She came at me with an attitude before I can even say anything. I asked her what happen why was my daughter crying. She went into full defensive mode. Saying my daughter made another employee upset. And what she repeated to the customer. I tried to explain that my daughter has Asperger syndrome and she doesn't know when people are being sarcastic. Amber then proceeded to tell me that, people who have a learning disability should not work or even be in public. I felt that this was very rude and discriminatory against my daughter. I would Love to blame Covid pandemic for this places problems but they have been going on much longer. This KFC could be a huge money maker. Lack of staff has plagued it for several years. This was by far the best fast food experience I've had in a very long time. Clean restaurant, fast and very friendly service, and hot tasty food. We certainly don't frequent FF or many chains but would come back to this location again. read more

They're the worst KFC I've been to, Pace, Florida. Ordered online the 16 piece bucket meal with a gallon of tea and a large fry. The chicken was DRY AND OLD! We never got the fries and so I had to make dinner for my family after sending $47. I tried to call the restaurant after fixing my family dinner. No one answered. I guess I'll see someone tomorrow. We visit KFC at least once a week since we have a toddler that loves the famous bowls, and the pot pies. The food is usually fresh and hot, and the workers are nice. There has only been one time that I got potato wedges and they were not fresh, but I took them back, and they corrected the issue immediately. read more

The one and only front counter worker had almost no personality and seemed bothered to be working. The food was horrible, I got an extra crispy meal and my wing had little to no meat on it. I had to order the new Nashville spicy chicken. I got the three piece. I'm sorry to say I'm not at all impressed. The spice on the chicken taste raw. It taste like it was a mixture of paprika, smoked salt and red pepper dusted on after the chicken came out of the fryer. Just wasn't good. read more

Folks, the wait is ridiculous. Visited twice, the last time today, the staff is slow, disoriented. Line was 6 folks long and everyone seemed lost. After 15 minutes, I stood by the counter and the girl asked me what I was waiting for. I said 3 chicken tenders, and she seemed lost. Ordered 3 large family buckets (2 crispy and 1 original) and it was, by far, the worst chicken I've ever seen/purchased in my life. I am still in shock the employees allowed this chicken to walk out the door. When I called and told the manager I was on my way back and how appalled I was at the TERRIBLE QUALITY of the chicken, she actually tried to defend it. The original was EXTRA crispy, cold, old, and dry! The crispy was crispy alright, and cold and dry! Second time here and they have the best customer service. Very friendly and fast. Food was very good and hot. Service seemed to be just as good with everyone behind us. People were surprised on how quickly and efficiently they were served. We truly felt that we were guests there and they bent over backwards to make certain everyone was happy. My husband and I have been eating here about once a month for a while. This is the second and final time that the food and service was substandard. First we didn't receive our complete order, my husband had to go back and ask for the missing item and then it wasn't correct. The manager made another and it was the correct item only it was cold and seemed as if it had been sitting under the warmer all day. Our other chicken items were cold as well. We had to stand in line for a refund behind several other people with incorrect orders. We will not be back. read more

WHAT A JOKE! Avoid going inside this KFC if at all possible. I have visited several times via the drive-through and have been happy with my service, food and wait time. The experience inside is the complete opposite...SLOW, RUDE, INDIFFERENT workers behind the counter that basically appeared to be stoned out of their minds. They allowed half of my order to sit on the tray behind the counter for more than 10 minutes while they "waited" on the remainder of my order. When I started to complain, the manager said that they wouldn't have served me the then-cold food that had been sitting. I guess this means that they would have thrown away half my order once the other half came up and replaced what they chucked in the garbage with new items. What??? At this point I demanded that they give me the 1st half of my order so that my wife and one daughter could at least start eating while my younger daughter and myself would continue to wait. I then asked what the original hold-up was with the 2nd half of my order at which point the manager began to fill the last 2 items (pot pie and popcorn chicken) as ordered. For some reason, they had a total of 5 pot pies and an entire tray of popcorn chicken ready to serve all along that the stoners working the counter had overlooked. Next time I want KFC, I'll be going through the drive-through and if I feel the need to eat inside, I'll take my 'to-go' order inside and eat it. read more
