I just wanted to give the restaurant a shout-out for how clean the dining room area was when we stopped for a quick bite of the best chicken sandwich ever made as we headed to our grandson's baseball game. Over many years of eating fast food, I could always tell the quality of the food by how clean the dining and bathrooms were. Stopped in during lunch to grab nuggets that my daughter was raving about. They were Luke warm. Which made them gross. The fries were salty. The drive through lady seemed preoccupied talking to someone in the restaurant. I won't be back. read more

Okay so after the amazing visit I had last time when I asked them to make sure wings were covered m, since I did order honey bbq wings. They should be covered. I have been back twice and wings were not fully covered. Not as bad as the first initial visit but still. There is such inconsistency with how they prepare the wing to have them covered in sauce.very disappointed. Seems like if I'm having another craving I have to let them know again to cover the wings. Sauce on half or on one side does not work for me. read more

The most horrible meal ever. If I could giveca 0 star I would. Just god awful. The Chicken Crust was not snappy or fresh. It was soggy and meally. The biscuits were soo bland and tasted like sawdust. The chicken thigh was so slimy under the breading it fell off separately. Slimy chicken an indication it no good! The mashed potatoes were runny. The biscuits were hard as a rock literally. I dipped it in the bland beef flavored gravy to soften it and it was barely edible. The corn was overcooked probably due to reheating. I don't appreciate the manager who bagged our food NOT wearing his mask properly either, his nose was not covered. I have saved my receipt because my guess is we are both going to get sick after attempting to eat some of the food. Honestly I hate one small piece of the chicken before I realized how obviously past the time it should be used by. This is the worst service and food. read more

The KFC in Phillipsburg is average in its service. The staff is friendly but as prone to mistakes at the drive up window (wrong or missing items ordered, etc) as most chain fast food places. KFC is a well established norm in yummy, unhealthy, eating. The menu choices are packed with sodium, carbs are in abundance in ratio to protein, etc. It's "bliss point" science at work. The thing is, they pay those bastards in the lab coats plenty because it works. It's tasty and hits all the endorphin buttons that makes "comfort food" comfort inducing. My personal favs: chicken strips, mac and cheese, baked beans, potato wedges. Chicken pot pie. So indulge in family, budget friendly, eating from time to time. This place sucks! Went here to grab a quick meal for my family and for 45.00 they forgot ALL of the items needed to make my sons meal. I was so angry I couldn't even call and tell them or it wouldn't have been pretty. And the fact that I live 25 mins away really set me off! This is our occasional spot for a treat when we run too late to cook dinner. Prior to COVID I have found it to be among the cleanliest fast-food establishments around, including the men's room. Thank you, Thunder. The food is always served hot (pot pies, famous bowl, original chicken). We enjoy it all and prefer it to the competitor down the highway. It is the same story now, doing take out. Service is pretty quick, staff are all nice to work with and my order is always correct and served hot. It is a real tribute for a food service establishment to maintain such high standards for the eleven years that we have been customers. Nice job, KFC read more

We were traveling back to Ohio from Connecticut and this was the closest KFC to our location. We called to find out exactly where they were located and they were closing in 10 min. We stopped by to get food before we go snowboarding and Mayur was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.Only downside is that the chicken wings we're so small so as with the drumstick.I guess the chicken breast made up for it coz it was a little big than the usual.Regardless we're gonna come back when we head that direction again! read more
