The establishment is clean and well lit. The staff is most certainly a "well-oiled machine." Eno was our server and he was stellar. We began with their version of a blooming onion. There was no bloom, however, just seemingly chopped up onion rings. It was good but the grease was adding up fast. My girlfriend had an amazing parmesan crusted chicken dinner with cheese. The chicken was really tasty. I began my meal with a ho-hum house salad before my filet mignon arrived. Delicious yet half of the filet was overcooked. I came here for the viral paw patrol crusted lamb chops I missed it the last time. I'm so happy I was able to make it back this time. It was absolutely delicious. You get five lamb chops with mashed potatoes and spinach and another side. I chose a side salad. the price is $33. It is so filling I could not finish it so I took it home for lunch the next day. Most of the time when I go here I order a steak. On this visit I opted for the Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Broccoli. So good. Service was good, but the waiter forgot to bring my soup. My wife and I stop for lunch quite often at this location and normally the service is great. Today our server was also the bartender, he came to our table and told us the bread oven was not working so there would be no bread. Meanwhile after he took our order 8 loafs of bread past by our table! I went with the lamb chops, and they did not disappoint--seasoned just right and cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes and asparagus on the side were solid too. My friend got the shrimp and salmon and said it was great. We split the strawberry shortcake for dessert, and it was a nice way to wrap things up. Sweet but not too much. Overall, a great meal. Great steaks at very reasonable prices. We called ahead for a table and only had to wait about 10 minutes until we were seated. The inside is very comfortable and welcoming. Well this LongHorn is 5 mins from our hotel so we figured let's finally try it. The steaks were soo good! I got the filet mignon and it was nice and juicy as it should be. I love this place. It's convenient when you want good food but didn't have the option of making a reservation. The ambiance is very relaxing and I have always had excellent service! You will be out on a waitlist at times but you can sit in your car and get a text when your table is ready. It really doesn't take long unless it's prime time on a Saturday night. I love the spicy chicken bites, Wild West shrimp, and the chicken spring roll appetizers. My all time favorite meal is the Parmesan crusted chicken. The steaks are good but I usually like sauce with my steak and they have none. Besides steak sauce. The burger is huge and delicious! I love a house salad, it's so fresh and the ranch is great. Longhorn, we ordered a lunch special, when it came out, it looked like something out of a fine restaurant magazine! it was just beautiful, the loaded potato was so warm and had grated cheese, real bacon pieces and some green onion chopped on top, the bread before and iced tea were awesome, then the chicken sandwich, cooked to perfection, tomato, onion, pickles, sauce, lettuce, it was over each side of the bun, it was just unreal good. This past week, we stopped again, ordered same menu. The waitress, Lori, a new one, was so good and treated us like family, well, same experience. I never had food this great at a restaurant. I ask if it could possible be the same cook, this Lori, said yes, his name is Cory. I ask her if she could possible let the cook know, how pleased we are, I hope they never get rid of this Chef, he is outstanding. You could tell he definitely takes pride in his work. I always get the Flo steak and it's usually quite good but this one had two different cooks on it: one end well and the other end mid/well, which is what I ordered. My husbands asparagus had seasonings on it so I asked for plain with a side of butter - he has some health issues with certain seasonings. Anyway, the asparagus comes and he puts the melted butter, salt and pepper on it only to find the butter was seasoned! He is now paying a high price with pain and discomfort due to the error on the kitchen's end. Longhorn never disappoints with their delicious ribeyes. The meal was delicious. The three hostesses at the door could have been more friendly. None of them looked happy and the one that took us to our table dropped menus and utensils on the table and walked away without so much as a word about our server or just a friendly "enjoy". Called ahead for a 6pm 10 person party around 1pm. Trying to make memories celebrate two birthdays. All people on the party arrived and inquired before 6. I fear that racism was the only factor here. 6:20 rolls around and I asked the host the status as we are about to go somewhere else because everyone else was getting seated before us. In an empty room besides us, the hostess asked table of 3? And we were like you know that's not us. By avoiding our table of 10, you temporarily lost a table of 10. But now you have at least 10 people that will not even return to the Longhorn Chain. Both the steak and lobster tail were so delicious possibly the best steak I ever had!! My daughter got a chicken appetizer that was really yummy. Zuma here. Let me start off by saying that there isn't anything wrong with this restaurant at all. The food is absolutely excellent as well as the atmosphere. Considering this is a chain, I don't think you could ask for anything better when it comes to chain restaurants. I don't know how they do it but the steak and appetisers are flawless. This is a very clean place as well and is definitely somewhere I'll be returning to over and over again. The bathrooms are clean and the service is great. The seats are comfortable and the atmosphere puts you in the world of an avid outdoorsman. I definitely think this place is well worth it to stop in, dude. This is certainly one happy pup! read more

Food wasn't worth it. Service was slow. Don't ask for a minute to look at the menu--your waiter won't come back for at least 20 minutes. No drink refills. This is definitely one of the nicer LongHorn's I've been to. Although they all look the same inside I found the service at this location to be great. Stopped here with my husband and three kids on our way to Kalahari. We had a gift card from Christmas and figured we'd fill our bellies before hitting the Poconos. My husband and two kids ordered steaks and they were perfectly prepared. My other son had the kids chicken fingers and devoured his dish! I had the steak salad and it was delicious. The quality of their steaks has definitely improved. We came at an off hour so we had no wait but I'm sure like most of these places there is probably a wait at peak times. We surprised this restaurant with a party of 16 last night. Staff was incredibly accommodating-didn't wait even 10 minutes before we were able to sit. We were celebrating 3 birthdays and our table was serenaded by the best people. Our server, Jessica F., was the best. She kept an eye on our drinks and even refilled before being asked. When some didn't get their soup at the same time as others, she disappeared and in less than 5 minutes she brought the soups out. The food was perfect-steaks were cooked according to everyone's preferences. My son sad the grilled chicken Caesar salad was the best he ever had. Highly recommend the margaritas. I was so looking forward to a good steak but I could not have been more disappointed. Walked in and stood there for a few minutes. (There was a bunch of us). Didnt see anyone so decided to sit at the bar. I still was not greeted. When the server came, I never was told her name, it was very unfriendly service. No welcome, she was rushed and just dropped off utensils and a menu then ran off. I told her not to rush with me (not sure if she heard it because she was running from my area). But I didn't mean for her to ignore me completely. Ordered a beer and an app. Beer came, no problem. Brought stuffed mushrooms without a plate. I was starving so I started to eat. (Stuffed mushrooms were very good though) Never came by to check on me or take my main meal order. Sat there for 10 min AFTER I was done with my appetizer waiting for her to take my main meal order. Still hasn't shown up after 25 min. After several looks, she finally arrived to take my order. Ordered a rib eye, side salad and steamed broccoli. A sub par Salad arrived with way to much dressing (suposed to be on the side). Prime rib arrived and she runs off again. Brocolli was very good. Steamed perfectly with a lot of flavor. Steak, not impressed. Never offered me another drink until I was almost done. Then sat there with empty dishes at my table. No offer of dessert, nothing. (Got there approximately 4:30, left at 6:40).
