No complaints about one of my favorite chain restaurants. The food is consistently good, the atmosphere and clientele are just as consistent, so the only way I can fault this place is with service. I like that you can get on the wait list before getting to the restaurant so that helps the insane wait. But don't get me wrong, there are times where you still might have to wait. Yesterday, I was a party of one and still had to wait which I thought was ridiculous. Like, just sit me at a 2 top and call it a day. I think she was trying to seat all her parties of 2 before getting to me. Regardless, I still should've been seated in the order that we arrived. My actual server, Kayden, was lovely, lively, and efficient. He knew what he was doing and I like that. read more

You need to eat at this place at least one time. Not only was the food amazing, The service was great aswell! With my party of 8, we were able to reserve a spot and sit down quickly. We were there on a very busy friday night, and we still got our food in less than 25 minutes. the ambiance is also very nice with nots of TV's and lights and nice furniture and walls. read more

Had business nearby so I decided to try them again. Seating was weird. The hostess took us to a table but the bench seat had a bar under the cushion making it very uncomfortable so I asked for a new table which shouldn't have been a problem since it was less than a third full. They then tried to sit us at the bar rather than at one of the many empty booths! When I tried to explain that the bench had a bar under it which made it uncomfortable they weren't even listening. Eventually we got a table though but the whole thing was just weird with the staff acting like we were being difficult. Our server was very nice, attentive and efficient although the entree did arrive before we were even half done with the salad. The rattlesnake bites were deep fried balls of minced potato and jalapeno and were ok but I wouldn't order again. The Texas Red Chili was tasty and I might order again. The prime rib was cooked perfectly this time which was good since it's been overcooked on a few prior visits. Overall an ok experience but every visit has a problem with either the food or the service. They aren't firing on all cylinders for some reason. read more

I didn't even take pictures this day because it was so rushed. We went here prior to going to a concert that's not our usual Roadhouse but we know you can usually get good food and beer. We always order beer and the beer was not cold and I think we got a different beer than ordered. The first was millerlite and it didn't taste like Miller at all, so we ordered a CoorsLight thinking it could have been an old keg or dirty beer lines and it tasted the same as the MillerLite and yes we know the difference because we have a basement bar and order different kegs all the time. We couldn't even drink them and we told our waiter and a they removed the beer from the table and took it off our bill. I got the Salmon salad and it was weird, the lettuce was wilted and the seasoning was off. Everyone's steak was fine but over-seasoned. I think next time we will skip this roadhouse and try something else. My small margarita was good and that's why they get two stars. The waiter was very nice and the bathrooms were clean. read more

Our server was fine. No complaints. My partner had no complaints about his meal which was a different selection. My Caesar salad was ok. I ordered my steak to be done med rare. It was raw/ rare and very difficult to chew. I normally wouldn't mind if it was cooked rare, but this meat was not tender. I ordered the vegetable side, which was broccoli and carrots, which were almost raw, I'm not kidding. I don't like to complain to the server or send things back to the kitchen. Which I know it's probably my own fault. There are plenty of other places to go so no loss. I do have to say that I haven't been to this restaurant in a few years and it always has been good prior to this. read more

So I have written many reviews about this establishment and this location. The service has always been exceptional. But tonight our server Ally was hands down one of the best. Warm and friendly. Energetic and outgoing to the fullest. From the refills on the drinks to getting the food out and it being piping hot. She was very attentive. To top it off the food came out perfect. The Chilli cheese fries were the best we ha e had there in awhile. Actually fully covered with the chille and cheese. Steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned. We were a party of 4 Monday 4:30 and spent $100 for a terrible meal,,,,not their usual,,,but nevertheless,,,terrible today,,,for some weird reason we were given 4 plates of rolls to start,,,we ordered and our came salads first with dark green leafy something,,not lettuce for sure,,,too tough to spear with a fork,,sparse cheese,croutons and dressing,,tomatoes and cukes missing,,,BUT it was the steaks that sucked big time,,,my 6 oz was a weird thick triangle done rare rather than my medium,,could not be cut without sawing thru like wood,,,almost too tough to chew,,,full of gristle and sinew,,,they took it back to cook more,,,no help at all,,,the other 3 people likewise with tough chewy meat,,,,almost inedible,,,how would we like to sit around another 30 minutes and wait for different steaks? I think not,,,not once did we see a manager today,,,no one is sight,,,funny thing,,,,no comps in any way,,,it wil be a very long time b4 we try this place again,,,,and it used to be so good and consistent too,,,what's going on? Husband and I stopped by to have dinner, we both wanted some steak. We had to wait for some home made rolls, for about 10 minutes, that's the first thing everyone wants to eat right away. We started with an appetizer- Cactus onion, which had a kick to them. My husband had the 12oz NY strip, cooked to perfection with a side Caesar salad and an order of mashed potatoes. I had the 8oz filet, with a side of corn and mashed potatoes with butter, which was also made to perfection. I wish I remembered our waiters name- he was personable and worker with a smile on his face. Service was fantastic for how busy it was (shout out to Carley). She did mess up one of our bills but we asked for separate checks in a 5 person party (which can be hard to remember). She kept checking in on us everytime she passed by and removed plates along the night for us to have room. The place is what'd you expect. TV's playing sports games or music videos and Texas decorations throughout. Not the cleanest but not grimy. Probably had 5+ birthday celebrations where they start yelling and stuff (can get annoying) Food was very mediocre. The loaded potato didn't have bacon or chives only cheese and sourcream. The mash potatoes were fine. I ordered the new york steak strip (medium rare), and it still was pretty chewy. I know it's not a filet mignon cut but still felt it was overly tough. $20 for a steak is a fantastic price but the taste was something I could've easily cooked at home. I ordered a large take out order for our family of 6 in celebration of our 1 son's birthday. We hadn't eaten at Texas Roadhouse in several years and decided to give it a try. The ordering and pick up process were fairly easy. The food itself was below average. Our order consisted of a Cactus Blossom, 1 hand-cut sirloin, 1 New York Strip, 1 Country Fried Chicken, 1 Chicken Critter Salad, 2 All American Cheeseburgers (one was supposed to be a Bacon Cheeseburger) and 1 Mini Cheeseburger kid's meal. The salad seemed to be ok. The steaks seemed to be cooked to the requested doneness. The side orders of Mac & Cheese, green beans, and fries lacked flavor. The Country Fried Chicken came without the requested cream gravy. The rolls came without butter. The mini burgers were dried out . Most disappointing was that our son bit into a piece of plastic that was imbedded in his burger. We will not be eating at Texas Roadhouse again anytime soon. read more

First time at this location, and it's a big restaurant! It holds a lot of customers, so therefore no wait time to sit (plus it was a week night). On the other hand, there are so many employees, feels like you're in their way when being walked to your table and leaving. We had lots of close calls, and in my usual places, they step out of the customers' way when passing by. The food is the main influence on my review. Love the warm rolls that come right away, great Caesar salad, and of course my filet mignon and rib dinner. Prices were typical too. We did not like the fact that they try to sell you stuff after the meal -like gift cards. They already have a paper on our table to advertise them, so don't need our waitress pushing us to buy them. We also don't appreciate being asked to donate money after spending $100 for two of us to eat dinner. That is very tacky, and no place else that we eat has ever pushed this on us! We also don't like not receiving a paper check. These little credit card machines in the table are not user friendly, and we want to see an itemized list. My husband was prepared to pay cash, but don't think the little machines accept it. Fortunately I had a gift card to use; once we figured out how to use it. The waitress didn't get the full tip we planned to leave since it automatically tells you what 20% is, and just push the button to add it. We planned to leave a 23% tip, but it wasn't an option. The last thing that bothered us was how fast they cleared the table. We headed to the bathroom on the other side of the restaurant before leaving, and then realized neither of us grabbed the leftovers box. When returning to the table, it was gone! Nobody bothered to bring it to the hostess for when the people returned. I would've been really upset if I left a steak in there and they just tossed it! I give this place 4 stars for the food and our nice, attentive waitress. Not thrilled with the payment method or pushing us for more money (and then tossing our leftovers). read more

Going to start of that I'm a TR regular, been to the Teterboro and Greenbrook, NJ location. I also used to frequent the West Hills, Ca location when it was still open a long long time ago.
