I was at this location on Friday, November 14 at 6:30 PM. I ordered some wing dings wedges and a drink combo. It was roughly $14 which I did not like that price for only six wing dings . they were very hard overcooked and dry. I couldn't even stomach them. I will not be eating here for a very long time. Terrible experience. Ordered entire order in drive-through, paid for the meal, and then was told I had to wait 16 minutes for the chicken to cook! There were no apologies for any inconvenience and I was told to "run some errands and come back into the building in 16 minutes". I can't imagine a worse "fast food" experience. I've had nothing but good looking KCC here lately. The 3 piece (2 breasts and a wing) I had here last time I came about 3 weeks ago was cooked PERFECTLY. I decided to give this KFC another shot. Again the service was friendly and the chicken was cooked perfect. I hate oily slimy soft chicken. I seem to get that style every time I go to Popeyes. I would rather have it slightly dry than soft. I'll never come to this location again. We went thru the drive thru and when we got home we realized they forgot my son's potato wedges and my daughter's mashed potatoes. Thought about going back but we live a little bit away. My wife and I both got chicken sandwiches. When we opened the box all we saw was the chicken patty, no buns etc.. I went through the drive thru yesterday for a Mountain Dew and decided to get a mini also. The guy taking my order was polite but when I get to the the girl who was suppose to make the mini is loud and cross with the guy. I think he went back and made it himself. The people at this kfc are not the friendliest . They don't seem to have the right people in customer service. The chicken had a lot of fat on it, the chicken was really soggy. It seem more like baked chicken instead of fried chicken. Then I asked to add a side to my combo and the board said it's an additional 2.00. Before I knew it they charged me over $4 for the side. This place is hit-or-miss on quality, but it's convenient. Stopped yesterday and ordered the $20 Fill-up at the drive-thru and while they weren't exactly rude, they didn't go out of their way to be friendly either. We got home and as usual the skin was falling off the chicken and I noticed that both of the mashed potatoes were in the smaller containers. I figured that perhaps this was a new policy in cutting costs until I went to the KFC website this morning; "KFC's $20 Fill Up™ has 8 pieces of Original Recipe®, Extra Crispy™, or Kentucky Grilled Chicken®, a large cole slaw, 4 biscuits and 2 large mashed potatoes and gravy to keep those friends feeling satisfied.". I never understand why this location is so slow. Maybe it's an understaffing issue. The employees are friendly, but so completely overwhelmed they come across as rushed and unprofessional. Sometimes they start taking your order while the person in front of you isn't ready. I get it, trying to keep the line going. But the poor cashier is running around like crazy trying to see if they have chicken (they often run out), yelling at other staff while the cooks seem to be standing around and then yelling back to customers at the desk. Like I said, I can't blame the staff. I think this is poor staffing management. Get your people some relief! Even one extra person would help reduce wait time, wrong orders and customer frustration while also increasing employee engagement. I can't imagine anyone stays here long as an employee. read more

Went to this KFC during our family vacation. Entered restaurant at 10:35pm where the young lady cleaning the dining room told us the dining room was closed and that we had to go to the drive thru. Sign said open til 11pm- anyway we left and as we were heading towards our car I watched the same young lady watch us as we were leaving. Just as we approached our car all of the drive thru lights were turned off. Obviously they were not interested in our business and I will never go near that place again. Went through the drive thru yesterday about 5:15 pm. Was charged $6.99 for a two pc dinner and they did not put the cookie in! Ordered two 2-pc dinners so charged $6.99 for each when it should have been $5 for each. Also, asked for potato wedges and did not get them. Ordered a chicken bowl which should have also included a cookie but it was not in the bag. I usually check my order before I leave this place because of problems in the past but their lobby is being renovated so drive thru only option. Chicken was so dried up and biscuit was hard. They owe me a refund in my opinion. Was charged $20.64 for bowl, and two 2-pc.......should have been $15.00 for all three!!!!!!!!! Also did not the drink that should have been included with the chicken bowl. Just terrible place. Lived too far to go back but will not do business there again. This is one lousy KFC. When I got there, they had no crispy chicken, but said some would be ready in 15 minutes. Half an hour later, they gave me my order but left out the 12 chocolate chip cookies that are part of the "Festive Feast." I went back in and politely said they forgot to give me my cookies. At that point, I was told they only had 6 cookies so I wouldn't get 12. I said I paid for 12, expecting a refund of the difference. Instead, they pushed a cake I didn't want, and another worker grabbed 3 of the 6 cookies, saying she needed them for "her customers." No apologies, nothing, just duh too bad you paid for something you won't get. No IOU, no refund, just a lousy end to a long wait. Plus, the potato wedges were SOGGY with grease, and I was made to feel I wasn't wanted as a customer.
