By far the worst KFC i ever been to. Constantly the only location that NEVER has any chicken ready. There is a constant wait. Every single time. Doesnt matter what time of day or what day it is. They wont have chicken ready. And then if you agree to wait for food, they will forget you were waiting and never prepared the chicken needed. I caution those who go to this location. The customer service, food, and policies need to be addressed by management or corporate. I've been to this location a few times in the last three months and this is what I've experienced...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - besides telling you how much your meal is these workers say nothing else. No greeting, no "have a nice day" or "enjoy your meal" nothing! As soon as you pull up to the window they have their hand out and simply tell you the cost. You're lucky if they even look at you. Clearly there's no training happening on this front. THE FOOD - I was served sides that were either cold, hard as a rock or uncooked (mac & cheese). With the mac & cheese I actually drove back through the drive-thru to inform them it wasn't cooked and they said all of them were going to be that way so did I just want another side. I took those nasty fries just so I didn't pay $14 for a drink and nuggets. And since they no longer issue refunds that was seemingly my only option. This is where we get to POLICIES - How do you no longer issue refunds? That's crazy! Not only that, they've stopped issuing receipts. When I request mine their response is, "Our machine is down right now." So they're just never going to repair it? It's been weeks! New management is needed stat! This is the worst chain restaurant that I have encountered in the entire Baltimore area by far. The restaurant is visibly filthy and most of the workers are incompetent. I was waiting for an order here for nearly 30 minutes and the girl at the counter was verbally berating one of her co-workers in front of customers (very unprofessional). Do not come here at all. I went to this location around noon on a Saturday. The doors were locked, but customers and workers were inside. After trying to open the doors, some angry woman gets out of the car and yelling at me and being very condescending because I tried to open the doors. She unlocked them and let me in. I assume she is the manager. After I got inside someone asked my name and said my order would be ready shortly. After standing there for 10 minutes and not seeing a single other customer I left. I usually don't go here much but when I do I always get the pot pie because all their other options are super salty but when I went here on this day it was around 11 am and the staff was super nice and energetic. So, I decided to try the famous bowl for the first time and it was ok... The chicken in the bowl was so salty it took me some time to finish it. The corn in the bowl was kind of overpowering the dish but overall it was good flavor wise, and the pot pie is always amazing and recommend it. read more

I don't believe this even deserves a 1 star. I ordered online and when I got there to pick up my order through the drive thru the girl at the window was so rude. She didn't say anything and just handed me my food. I asked her if I could get some of the Korean BBQ sauce that comes on the new saucy nuggets and she looked at me like she hated me and said "oh We don't have that anymore" I said what do you mean there is a sign on the menu and on the window of the front of the building that it's new. She just repeated well we don't have it anymore. I told her then you need to take all the signs down. She was like that's just online. I don't know how that makes sense lol if I order it online are they going to ship it to me since she said they don't serve it there at that store. She was so rude and nasty I knew it wasn't worth arguing anymore so I left. When I got home the chicken was good and the coleslaw BUT the apple pie bites were horrible. This is what i get for breaking the diet I said I was supposed to start days ago. This KFC is sooo slow I rolled my eyes multiple times. I went into this location because the drive thru lane wrapped around the parking lot. Normally going inside you get quicker service. Well not here. While i could see about 5 ppl milling about behind the counter only 2 were helping the line forming. The guy taking orders was was all alone as the line kept getting more and more backed up. The girl who was fulfilling the orders and ther was only one took her sweet time putting together everyones food. This is where the eye rolling came in. There was just no sense of urgency or pep in her step. And the woman ahead of me asked for sweet tea which apparently was code for disappear for 10 minutes. The order was accurate and the cashier at the drive thru was patient enough to wait for me to gather my order, with 3 other people alongside. Sometimes this KFC will ask you to pull to the side to wait for your order, no more than 10 minutes. To get more orders thru the system at least. My most recent experience involved no pulling over and was less than 5 minutes, it was worth every second in the sun. We ordered original recipe chicken, popcorn chicken, chicken strips and I got the BBQ chicken sandwich. Since we ordered meals, everyone opted for potato wedges as their side. Everything was fresh and hot, you may have burned your mouth. I know I did, biting into those sweet BBQ chunks of chicken. It was worth the burn instead of cold, old food right? Everyone enjoyed the heck out of their food with no crumbs to spare. As well, the kids meal was satisfying for the accompanying child with 3 chicken strips, potato wedges, a string cheese stick and Capri Sun juice. Maybe two other entrees were available for the kids meal but it is limited. KFC has a seating area inside, but I've never went in. To anyone reading this, I would not recommend eating or working at this KFC location. The restaurant does not value the quality of your food or the cleanliness of the environment it's prepared in. All employees are careless and reckless to the point where they do not respect the safety and health regulations to deal with food properly. Plus, the work environment is toxic and degrading to any individual who works there, speaking from my own experiences. It's also why the restaurant fails to keep employees long-term. The team who has remained on staff is unprofessional and disgusting. And I would never want any of them to prepare my food. Service was fast, employees were nice and everything in my order was right (which is rare)- and I arrived not long before closing time.

Chicken is always hot and fresh and never any issue with the quality of food, HOWEVER, and a big however, the wait just to order and get your food can be frustrating. I felt bad for the young man working the counter because he was the only one making the order and taking the order and trying to appease the customers. He had great customer service and etiquette and was very polite despite being frustrated by his work situation. If the employees could have accepted Tips I would definitely have. For some reason I went to KFC instead of Popeyes today. This is the one right above Essex Road considered to be in Lochearn. The employee that took my order was borderline discourteous. But that would be fine after all it's just KFC. I told her I would like a number nine the four peace. I told her I wanted honey mustard. I get home to find no honey mustard and only three pieces of chicken. Traditionally I would give it a pass but after all I usually go to Popeyes that doesn't make mistakes like that. I would like to chop it up to a human error but I feel like either she did it on purpose or she just can't count because there was literally nobody else in line and no reason to rush my order oh yeah she didn't rush my order. This must be a fluke, seeing that other reviews were great. My experience was terrible. The cashier was either new or very distracted. She didn't know how to input my order or the person before me orders. She was not a happy camper at all. A lot of huff and puffs. I noticed that the tables were not wiped. Pretty common in fast food joints in this area. That wouldn't cause me to downgrade their rating. What bothered me was the fact that I request tea and ketchup. They were out of both. On a Friday afternoon (5pm)!?! How do you survive in business when your employees have pretty bad customer service and you run out of supplies often. Went to the drive thru on 07/22/2022 at 5 :15pm. No line, one car ahead of me. I placed my order at the drive thru microphone and drove to the window. When I got to the window. My order was not entered in their system and the worker was confused as to why I had driven to the window. I reordered my food and purchased an extra biscuit. Amongst the confusion, I was not given my drink, and the worker closed the window after handing me a bag. I arrived home and found that the biscuits were uncooked, the chicken was under cooked and the mac and cheese was tasteless. So the entire meal went in the garbage. I tried to call the store , they wont answer the phone. I made a complaint to KFC.com no response. I usually don't et this crap and thought maybe they had stepped their game up. Who doesn't like Kentucky fried chicken the chicken is always the best I can with the biscuits I like it in the close all the beans at everything and might not be the healthiest thing about it is always good I just love the dark me something about dark meat is always juicier than the white meat but either way I would eat it all definitely will be back picking up for lunch thanks guys read more
