I waited about 15 minutes and the guy finally came to my car. He asked me if I ordered crispy and I said no. He went back in and came right back out with my order. It has been a long time since we've actually eaten at a KFC because there's so many other alternative in town, but we were in the neighborhood and everyone surprisingly agreed to have chicken for dinner; so, KFC it was. I love the newly renovated dining room; it looked really modern and fairly clean. The food was good and we especially liked that price was relatively inexpensive compared to most sit-down restaurants now-a-days. The cashier, she was super-nice and patient (Ana L. according to the receipt); she was really sweet. Stopped by spontaneously while in the area and ordered their 2-piece thigh and drumstick $5 fill-up, which came with mashed potatoes, a drink, and a cookie. Pretty good deal for $5! You can an additional side for $1. The menu didn't say that the price was only for ONE side. I added three sides. Two were charged at their regular $2.49 price. I am so dissapointed with this store. I traveled 65 minutes to get here just because I was craving KFC sooo bad and the store near me was out of everything. I was missing mashed potatoes AND the gravy. And then the chicken tenders meal I ordered to split with my kids, was not there. They instead gave me ONE chicken sandwich! I was so upset after driving that long and spending all that money. I nicely called the store to ask for half a refund. When I should get a full refund. I was told no by one of the employees who claimed to be the manager. They all, always want to claim to be the manager I then asked who was above him. He told me Ernesto. Ernesto also got on the phone claiming to be the manager and refusing me help. He clearly shows as the cashier on my receipt. The whole place is just a joke. I was so impressed with the customer service, this guy Andy took my order and I think it's probably the best smile and service I've seen in any fast food restaurant. Omg, I'll definitely be back. Stopped on Aug.28 with my son. We ordered a combo bowl, box of tenders and two soft drinks. We ate at a table inside, and just dealt with the fact there was no air conditioning and it was 100 degrees outside. I got the bowl, but the chicken pieces in it were extremely dried out and about half were unchewable and had to be discarded. The mashed potatoes were another disappointment, as they were very watery and tasteless. My drink was a cup of Starry, because I can't have caffeine. At first sip, it was clear that the soda concentrate was empty, and my drink was just tasteless carbonated water. I poured it out and tried something I think was red punch. But that one also was empty of flavoring. At this point, we just wanted to get out of there. I don't think the workers behind the counter would have understood if we had complained anyway.
