I have sat waiting for a simple (sausage nuggets) for about 15 minutes. Not a big deal to me, but while waiting I have watched the staff bring out food to a small group and the had to come back up because the staff scrapped up the little last bit of fries and split it between 2 orders instead of making a whole new batch and putting both orders to the correct amount. And now I watched a door dash delivery person just walk right behind the counter to where food is made and start grabbing stuff for an order. Apparently all they can make after 10pm is mashed potatoes. I spent $30 on Doordash to get absolutely no food and no money back. This establishment needs to be closed down again. We sat for a while at drive-thru waiting so I decided to call bc I could hear all the workers inside talking. They answered the phone, "Thank u for calling KFC how can I help u?" I said, "I'm sitting in your drive-thru waiting for service." The man then told me, "Oh, We're closed." I said, "Okay, well, it says on your website that you're open for Drive-thru until 11pm." I just went through the drive through with my Pops and whoever was serving at the window had really bad customer service.. I asked for a sweet tea and was given a coke. This person had said no greeting and had no manners after handing the meal over to him. I've worked in fast food and it truly was a horrible experience . This store has outdated decor and does not seem clean at all. All the doors had dirt and greasy fingerprints all over them. The back emergency exit door was filthy. Flying insects swarmed at an AC/air vent ext to our table. Did not dare to use the bathrooms. This can not be called a restaurant. This establishment is disgusting and falling apart the ceiling is taped together with duct tape. There's major cracks in the floors with tiles missing. Under new ownership. I ordered a two piece combo; I asked for a thigh and drumstick and got a breast and wing. My wife ordered the chicken tender combo. Even though we dining in; they put the food in open boxes; instead of putting the chicken on plates. My wife chicken tenders were hard. The covering manager gave my wife another order of chicken tenders and they were they way they should have been. The manager offered to replace my order but I declined (since I already ate the chicken). I asked the manager why our chicken was not put on plates. Her answer was: the new owner does not like giving out plates. If you want a plate you have to ask for one. The restaurant is usually clean.
