During this pandemic, grabbing a quick meal is ideal. Domino's is open and there to help. I did the order online and it was done quick. I got the bacon, tomato chicken, the Meatzza pizza and a philly cheesesteak pizza. The chicken was a bit burnt on the bottom but still tasty (hence the one star taken off). Both pizzas were perfect and really tasty. I will for sure use them again . A tip....check for coupons on their app before ordering. You can save alot. read more

Was gonna place an order, and when I called to see if they can break a 50 because the total would've been 36.15, and we would've left a five dollar tip, so we would've only needed 8.85 back. They tell us they can't do that, so Pizza Hut all the way because they can do that read more

To be honest, we haven't had their pizza since the 1980s. So we decided to give it a try. It will be another 40 years before we do so again. The pepperoni has a strange taste and the pizza was SO bland. Nothing stood out. There was only the smallest amount of spice in the Italian sausage. The hand tossed crust was flat, flavorless, and hard. The crust edge was supposed to have a garlic flavoring, but none was tasted. I can only assume they market to the lowest denominator on the taste scale. Clearly meant to offend no one, it completely lacks taste. At least LC, at a similar price point, has spicy sauce and pepperoni. We can't decide whether to throw away the leftovers, or attempt some sort of rescue by spicing it up somehow. Pizza tastes like damp cardboard no matter what toppings. Chicken nuggets dry and hard. All ingredients, even on subs, so processed and fake they have no flavor at all. Doesn't even have the benefit of being cheaper. Seriously regretting giving them a try just out of curiousity I would have asked for my money back, but I should have known better. How this okade can even stay in business is beyond me. Literally ANY other place is better, even the local convenience store pizza slices that have been under a heat lamp for 12 hours. When you call to report an issue with your dinner and are made out to be the bad guy. Manager of our local Dominos essentially hung up on me when I called to report a hair in my pizza. Said it's a bad town and he can't go around giving out free items. Sending free pizza when I said I just wanted credit for what I paid. ($5 is what he offered me when I paid over $12) "Next time keep the pie and we'll exchange it because it is a health hazard." Wouldn't take my word. Wtf. I have generally been pleased with the service until now and just wanted a credit. I'm. Not. Impressed. And the doorbell for the replacement pizza that I didn't want woke the baby so now have to deal with that TOO. read more

Pizza was burnt, lava cakes tasted burnt, ordered icing for the lava cakes but was told when I picked up my order they weren't ordered but they were clearly on my receipt. Extremely disappointed. read more

me and my friends ordered a rather large meal of two pizzas and two sides with sauces and everything. our delicery driver was Bob. we have three porches at my apartment and we left instructions for which porch was ours. we waited a short while until it said that Bob was in our area. then we saw his car park as we waited at our kitchen table right beside our front door. he sat in his car for a while and then walked up to the porch. we never got a notification on our phones that it was delivered even though we saw him walk up to the door and walk away. he then sat in his car for about five minutes and drove away. we even turned the porch light on and flashed it a few times. i called the store to try and work it out and was transferred to a manager who treated me very rudely and told me it was my own fault that our order had gotten stolen and that we could not recieve our order anymore and the best he could do was a refund. horrible customer service, extremely disappointed read more

Dominos! I use to think this place was only for being drunk at 1am and getting the munchies. My last order for Dominos was odd. I was sober. We ordered two pies via the website and couldn't believe how good they were. I suppose they changed the recipe from years back. I will return (or order delivery). Let me start this review stating that this isn't because of the taste or quality of their pizza. We actually like their pizza. So tonight we tried to order a bunch of items on the online app. We put our order together and when we went to pay there were problems with the site and it wouldn't allow us to pay. We tried Apple Pay and all of the other ways to pay online. None of them would work (order failed error message) so we decided the best thing was to call the store location and order over the phone. We explained what was happening with the app and that we could not order online. The prices are a lot different when you order online vs over the phone (8.99 vs 14.99 +tax) and the manager was not willing to give us the online price even though their app was down. They even mentioned that other customers also were saying the app wasn't working but they refused to honor the online prices. Our order would have cost $20+ more by phone. Also the young man who answered the phone when we called sounded bored and not friendly - like our business didn't matter. This is very frustrating to us because we really liked their food. We went elsewhere for dinner tonight. read more

While I can't speak for Domino's affiliates everywhere, I can say that my local shop, here in Rutland VT, is fantastic. The employees are always very friendly when I'm in the shop itself (even late night when I know they are tired and just looking forward to going home) and the drivers are always polite and smiling when I get delivery. The new(ish) menu tastes great, too. I've yet to find a product that I find 'blah' or feel like I'm just settling for because better food shops are closed for the night. My personal favorite is the Tuscan Artisan Pizza; though I've tried most of their current menu and loved all the selections, this is the one I keep coming back to. Bravo Domino's! read more

Im not normally one to leave reviews on anything, good or bad, i kind of keep my opinion to myself. But, being a newbie to Dominoes and trying it for my very first time just a few months ago, i was hooked... Love the taste of the food and have no complaints on their food at all... What i am unhappy about is their customer service and delivery drivers... Since trying Dominoes, we now order it at my office once a week, and pretty much always get the same thing.... And every time our order is delivered, whatever driver is delivering that day, has forgotten our drinks... Again!!.. Every time.... What is the purpose of offering drinks to purchase with your order if you cant remember to bring them on your delivery. This last time, just today, it happened again... and when an hour had passed and the driver was not back with our drinks, i called the Rutland shop and was placed on hold for 15 mins, then was greeted by a rude young man that explained the driver was out on his way now. An hour later and he is just leaving now, or was it you had forgotten my drink and because i called you sent him out. Here i sit and type this review, 20 mins later, and still noone.. The shop is like 3 miles from my office.. Not pleased with this service, and honestly, as blown away as i was about the pizza when i tried it for the first time, i am not impressed with the service and will not order from this location again.. I wont take it out on all locations, but they will have to prove they represent Dominoes better than this location does. read more

Last 2 pies I ordered were rather dry. They skimp on pizza sauce and are stingy on their anchovy topping too. Parking is always a hassle Will be going back to Ramunto's in the future. read more
