I can't stress it enough that you should always double check drive thru orders BEFORE you pull off. Occasionally, they'll forget an item but since I like to make sure I have everything I've ordered and paid for is in the bag. Like other similar drive thru experiences at this location, I've been told a wait time will be 10 minutes which turns into 20. Almost every time it's because my husband loves the classic honey BBQ wings and it seems to be made to order. A pet peeve for me at this location is their go-to saying is "Go ahead and wait in the Handicap parking"! My conscience just won't allow me to take up disability parking waiting for fried chicken when there's plenty of other parking slots. Maybe y'all should make an official designating area that isn't for disability parking. Otherwise, the food is good but pricey so I don't eat here often. Like I've mentioned, my SO and I both enjoy the 10piece Honey BBQ classic wings and the kids favs are corn on the cob and Mac & Cheese. Conveniently, you can ask for forks and plastic plates to go; less dishes to clean. The dine in area is remodeled and clean for the most part. I drove 12 minutes to KFC, gave my order thoroughly to a young caucasian boy, paid for and took my order home just to find out they screwed up my order. I asked for a mac and cheese side and was given Cole slaw, I drove back and explained they got my order wrong and since I had to drive back they should give me an extra mac and cheese. He said, I am sorry management doesnt allow us to give anything away even if we did screw up the order. I was like WOW!!! Really??? He asked me for the Cole slaw back smh so he can give me the mac and cheese. I went to this KFC because it is close to my home and I'm sick and was craving some of the Smoky Mountain BBQ wings. I drove thru gave my order, 3 & 5 piece smoky mountain bbq. I paid for my order and was preparing to drive off then something told me to look at it, I had 5 honey bbq wings and 3 piece chicken tenders. Who said anything about that? I went back thru the drive thru and told them what happened and the lady at the window said I said 3 piece chicken tenders...what??? They gave me a refund and supposedly fixed my order, when I got home I still had the 5 honey bbq wings that I didn't want and 3 of the smoky bbq that I wanted 8 pieces of. Are they deaf? Dumb? Although the other employees were apologizing for the long wait this bad service review is towards the young lady who took my order for my #16 pieces her tone was very rude from the very beginning when i had ask for certain parts for my order #2 I waited for literally 45 minutes mind one of the employees came out apologizing for the wait again but I understand it can be frustrating sometimes but still to the young lady with the long braids whom i had ask for my meal a couple of times was very rude! So I specifically ordered a 3 pc (2 crispy thighs and one original Breast i paid extra for) big box last night (12/19/18 about 630 ish) and even confirmed my order at the drive through window. All seemed good until i got home.. i open my big box and i see two crispy thighs but no breast and i look over to my coleslaw and it's only halfway filled in the already small side container. It really irritated me and I wanted to drive back across town but instead decided to let it go. Im tired of getting cheated from fast food workers in general. The guy that finally brought the food out apologized for taking so long and that there were extras in the bag. I got home... double chicken, biscuits and fries. I had lunch with the colonel today. The customer service was a 10 plus. I received my food fast and prompt and hot. The new decor is inviting and warm even on a cloudy day. I will return to have a meal with the colonel again. As I was leaving I mention to the management that I was pleased with their restaurant and they thanked me. I always go here for my chicken pot pie and other things. I call in advance because I know making chicken (and my pot pie) takes time. I don't understand why people are so impatient. Used the drive-through to order but there was two people dealing with me and the speaker or their audio system is really poor quality and of course my order was entirely wrong but I do admit I did not look at my receipt when I picked the order up at the window. On 2/3, hesitated to go to this specific KFC because of bad reviews and bad past experience. But I wanted to try the new BBQ promotion. I'm not sure what will fix their issues but someone with attention to detail and customer service needs to do quality checks on each order before it goes to the customer, especially in drive-thru. I ordered 3 smoky mountain bbq baskets. In 2 baskets got only 2 pieces of chicken, the 3rd basket had a thigh and 2 drumsticks but at least there were 3 pieces! A large cole slaw was only 90% full.
