The ordering and delivery to your seat was perfect for those of us with ambulatory restrictions. The real flowers was also an 'ambiance' plus to soften that fast food feel! The same girl waits on us just about every week (I'm forgetting her name) and does a great job. My biggest complaint is 9 times out of 10 my cheeseburger isn't the way I asked for it. Either they forget to put a topping on or it is the wrong topping or something. It is super frustrating but not worth making a big deal over...The running joke is they aren't going to get it right so as long as it is close, I'll just eat it. A highlight that we appreciate is their being "OK" with us rearranging the dining room. There is often 10+ people with us or other church friends drop in and so we just keep adding tables or cramming more people into booths but we haven't ever gotten (that I can remember) any negative feedback on rearranging tables. The place is generally always busy too, which I guess is a good thing. Food is good and their onion rings and cheese curds are where it is at.
