One of the employees asked if I was there for a pick up order and my name, she said it's not ready yet and it will be a few minutes. I waiting for 30 minutes while they assisted walk in customers ordering their sandwiches and picking them up and leaving all while they weren't completing the online orders. Approximately 20 people went through the line and were able to receive their orders at that time. My order did not get completed until I asked a second time when my order would be ready. This was ridiculous, why place an online order when it would be more timely to order in person, this was horrible customer service by the manager in charge.
