I should have realized this was going to be a horrible experience from the moment I pulled into the parking lot and saw that you could lose your life from falling into a pothole and drowning, not to mention the restaurant was in an outdated strip mall environment!! We've come here while in town before and decided to come back. We started with a Redbull Sunrise and Old Fashioned. We ended up making both a double, but would request no cane syrup in the Old Fashioned next time. We got the Chips & Dip Trio for an app - the salsa is obviously from a jar, not good, but the Queso and Guac were good. For dinner he had the All American Burger and I had 5 breaded strips. Everything was really good. The chicken was cooked perfectly, moist and juicy. The sauces were all really good. And the fries helped with the crazy heat of the mango habanero. We both ordered a draught beer. When the sun came in the window you could tell how filthy the glasses were. We brought this to her attention and you could tell she could care less. Nothing like a Midwest BW3. The best wings and sauces, quick review looks like we got some overly rowdy Yelpers on this page. It's a popular place in a relatively small town so some times things will get busy. If you're in a hurry or there is a big game going on and that's you I'd recommend choosing somewhere else. After watching this we got up to leave. I asked to speak with the manager and told her about what happened and that we were leaving. Unprofessional wait staff. I have been to this branch twice and both times the staff dropped the ball on basic things. My latest visit was pretty bad, the waitress did something quite crummy, and will likely lead us to not eat there again. To summarize, I ordered the southwestern black bean burger. The previous visit I had ordered it and it was exactly as the menu said, including toasted bun, southwestern ranch dressing, tomato, onions, cheese, pickles, and avocado slices in the ranch on the top. It looked identical to what was on the menu and tasted delicious due to the dressing (which was spicy and zesty) and avocados. This sandwich, because it was so good, is what brought us back as I wanted it again. There is only one black bean burger on the menu, and it is exactly this one. Our waitress took the order, came back a little bit later with the food and after I took a bite, I realized that the burger had no onion, no pickles, the bun was not toasted, but, most importantly, there was no dressing, and no avocados. The one tomato slice on it was one of those crummy top or bottom slices where the peel is covering most of one side. The chef obviously dropped the ball on this. I asked the waitress about it and why it was so different from what I had last time, how it wasn't what was on the menu and could it be fixed. This is the part that got me. She explained to me that this was how it was on the menu and how it normally is. It isn't/wasn't. She then said she would talk to the cook about it and let me know if they had some avocados for it. I didn't eat anymore of it as I didn't want to keep eating it if they were going to do something about it. Instead, I watched her. She didn't go near the kitchen, and did not make any effort to ask about the sandwich. This wasn't a lack of clear communication or being forgetful, I watched her watching us. I am relatively sure she thought she would just wait me out until I ate the rest and then I couldn't complain more. I ate my fries. Eventually, ten or fifteen minutes later, she came and dropped the check on us and did not mention anything about the burger and left. I knew that discussing it further with her was useless as she told a customer they were wrong without confirming it on their own menu and then proceeded to ignore talking to someone in charge about the issue. I wasn't in the mood at that point to get into a big discussion with management about it, paid the bill and left the 3/4 of a sandwich there. Half the price of the meal down the drain. My advice is for potential diners to head somewhere else because after reading the other reviews, this particular BWW isn't getting any better anytime soon. Maybe a year from now they will get it together, who knows. My advice to management in the meantime is; learn to manage this place. The previous time I was there, I saw a manager publicly throw a fit on a new teen employee. Don't go unless you have several hours to kill to wait for your food. Went on a Sunday late afternoon, maybe 10 people in the restaurant. Waited FOREVER for our waitress, and then waited even longer for our food. Everybody's food came out at different times. When I say different times, I mean 15-20 minutes apart. Some people waited, while others dug in. The first person that got their food was done before the second person even got their food if that tells you anything. When I did get mine food, couldn't get condiments, even asked the manager (shorter guy probably in his 30's) for some, but never returned. Every time I go in there tho, that guy is getting yelled at by customers, so I guess that's a plus to see. I watched at least three people that I saw leave because they didn't get waited on. I was waiting on my check, and really didn't have anything else to do but people watch. One table a guy got his beer, food and check, before his buddy even got a beer. I felt bad for him mostly. We purchased an order of 15 wings french fries extra blue cheese in the vegetables which they said were included. We got 14 wings one blue cheese and no vegetables. And we got a big attitude and an argument of denial that the fries were even ordered by the manager. This is a Sunday afternoon and it was around 3:45 PM I distinctly recall ordering French fries but they evidently did not pickup on that he claims I did not. And argued with my husband about it. He did not offer anything in return only that we could drive to get a wing and fries and one sauce lol and we told him we lived far away and we could not drive all the way back to get french fries and one wing that they failed to put in. Someone needs to learn how to count. And keep their attitude in check when they are dealing with customers. Especially when they get tips for giving us a wrong order. Tons of televisions, fun waitresses, wonderful selection of food whether you are into wings or not. I have had several different sauces on the wings and loved them all. I was impressed at the selection on the menu other than wings. The Big Jack Daddy burger was delicious as were the onion rings. The wife got some wings for free using Scvngr app on IPhone so I tried them (honey BBQ) and they were good as well. Atmosphere was very enjoyable. Not Sports bar but not completely restaurant either.
