Went to this location for a quick lunch during the work day. I went through the drive thru and was quickly taken care of. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo which was great. I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich. The breading was crunchy on the outside and the chicken was super juicy on the inside. The fries that came with the combo were just ok as some weren't as crispy as I prefer. This KFC is nothing ground breaking, but for fast food I enjoyed my meal. Overall, if you're in a bind and need to grab a quick bite to eat I'd recommend stopping here for their sandwich. read more

Here's what happened: I placed an online order, upon arriving the lady at the drive-thru said I would have to wait up to an hour because their chicken was frozen. I asked for a refund, but they refused, because I placed the order online. Was able to call the customer service number to get my refund, which only wasted more of my time. read more

This is the most mismanaged fast food restaurant I have ever seen. I love KFC and this is down the road from me but going there is a true nightmare. In the last four times I've tried, the following experiences happen: 1. Did not have the sides in a Doordash order, replaced without asking. 2. The employees were present and the restaurant is in working hours but the door was locked and no one attended the drive-thru. 3. The restaurant was open but the only thing they had two hours before closing was drumsticks. No coleslaw either. The drumsticks were sitting there and looked bareboned, probably out of them sitting there for hours. The employees to have no desire to Cook anything else for the day. 4, the store was closed at 6:30 PM because they were "changing the grease". It would have required according to them a 45 minute wait. This was done in rush hours and many customers were turned away just in the five minutes I was there. No one was staffing the drive-thru so we actually had to go and tell people waiting that the store was closed. Whoever is the franchisee of this, the company should take a look and see if they should keep it. It is astounding how poorly run it is. read more

Oh Colonel Sanders, what happened to you. You were always my go to date whenever my husband is out of town. I fear however, that last night was our final rendezvous. You really let my taste buds down. For those of you going through the drive thru be prepared to wait a minimum of fifteen minutes after placing your order. I got the two piece meal with breast and wing and cole slaw. When I got to the window, I asked if the cole slaw was in there and was told it only comes with mashed potatoes. I thought sure that sign said one side. Oh well, I'll take the mashed potatoes. When I got home, I saw that I was given a breast and leg. I hate legs. What I was really disappointed in was that the chicken did not taste like Kentucky Fried. It tasted like regular fried chicken that you would get anywhere like Schnuck's. I was so disappointed. One thing I did like was instead of a soda, I was given the option of a bottled water. Would I come back here? Sadly, the Colonel and I will have to break up and I will never see him again. OK, add this restaurant to the ones that refuse to list menu prices until you've ordered online. I have given them an extra star because the people working at the one in HIghland IL are nice and personable. Were it not for them, I'd give it one star. This whole idea that you have to commit to an order without learning prices is flat out ridiculous and insulting. This is honestly the worst KFC I have ever had the displeasure of living near. Every time I go there, there is some sort of problem. Half the time you go to order and they say "we have no chicken, it will be 30 minutes". Or you order curbside, and they won't bring it out, answer the phone, so you have to wait in a long line to get your food. What's the point of ordering ahead then? Today I went to grab some food early before a flight, and online the hours are listed as open at 10 am, on the sign at the store it says 10:30. I went at 10:45 and could not order. I love being able to go to KFC now that they have the beyond fried chicken available. I've gotten from here before and at a few different KFCs. Today though they straight up gave me real chicken. I mobile ordered at 7:30 on a saturday, but when I arrived they were closed. I had to call KFC customer support and now have to wait for a refund and got no dinner. Who closes at 7 on a saturday but says they close at 9 everywhere. The guy came up to me at the door and said they're closed and haven't received any mobile orders but when I called customer support they very easily pulled up my order info. Would recommend driving an extra 10 min to another location so atleast you get the food you paid for. read more

I have always enjoyed this location. They are usually very busy, but accomidating to customers. Not to mention, the food is good.

Love kfc , so in passing went to the delmar location, the wait was terrible but what's worse was the guy did have gloves on but grabbing chickens out the warmers with his hands , like it was Halloween but he fill up buckets with a fistful of chicken. I'm watching him touch every piece of equipment, clothing, rags . The other girl hand no gloves but she was using thongs but the guy following behind her touching her gloveless items, she touched the debit cards , register , money but use thongs the guy , no thongs touching everything she touched so it's kinda like we were licking debit cards and money . Plus the chicken was under cooked " churches chicken style " had to put it in the oven, was very disappointed and grossed out . I went to Alton KFC/Taco Bell. This app won't load it some this is what popped up so I am posting it here. This is the worse place to eat. I ordered my food at drive up. When I got home they didn't give me all of my order so I called. They said they would take my name down. I said I wanted my food and the manager said if I wanted it I would have to come and get it. They tried give me the same food that they didn't give me when I was there a half hour before. When I complained they finally made me fresh food. This business needs to close. Wow, I really don't know what to say. First off I ordered door dash and I didn't get my drinks but that is not completely kfc fault...What I will say is that the food was gross. The chicken was thin and the sandwich actually looked gross. The chicken bowl was ok but not yummy it didn't have any taste and the mashed pities looked like something from a nursing home or school. I was so shocked by food as I haven't eaten at kfc for along while. Went to this place on 8/1 at 9:25pm. Dine in was closed, sure, so we went drive through for a Zinger fill up. So many bad things: 1) they had run out of Pepsi and Mountain Dew 2) the order came in after 20 minutes so we just waited in the lot 3) when I finally got home to eat (I live 2 miles away), more problems: A) the fries were really cold and hence not edible B) they didn't tell me there wasn't a cookie. Gave me a biscuit instead without permission The only saving grace was the actual Zinger burger. 0/5 would never go there and urge everyone there same. read more

Every time I come here I am so disappointed. I live within walking distance so I frequent this restaurant a lot. They repeat and ask you to repeat your order about 10+ times then repeat it to you again at the pickup window, but not once have they ever got my order right. His location is not reading the orders beware!!!!!!!!!!!I ordered the 12 tender special for $19.99 that is supposed to have 12 tender strips 2 sides 4 biscuits and dipping sauce. That day I was in a rush so I did not take the time to check the order but I usually did not have a problem with this location until this visit. I get home and I checked the box of chicken and only had 9 tenders so I call. The management told me to keep the receipt and they will take care of it when I come up. So I make a trip across the city to this location and spoke with another manager and she made the order again. I'll say his I did not check again before I left got home and still 9 tenders. Every time I come here they are short on chicken and I have to wait for them to make it. Usually they are nice and offer a free drink. The food is ok, not great compared to other KFC locations. The interior has been remodeled, it was crummy before. read more
