This side of the plaza feels a bit sketchy and we had quite an interesting experience while dining in. I think what made us feel uncomfortable were type of patrons that hang around the area and well, how lacking the general maintenance was. We placed our order via the KFC app since there was a special box for $4.99. It came with two pieces of dark meat, mashed potatoes with gravy and a biscuit. I did like that they provided packets of butter and honey for the crispy biscuits, but they didn't give us utensil in our order. We had to grab them from the cashier since we ended up eating in the dining area. Given the size of this KFC, I'm quite surprised they had a bathroom, but there was no AC in there. Although it seemed clean inside, it was SO humid with no air ventilation. The sink faucet was pretty wobbly and the handle on the paper towel dispenser was missing, so I had to be quick cause I wanted out asap. Overall, meal was decent. However, the people that came inside or that were loitering at the outside tables left an impression. We probably won't be back and that will probably be the last time we eat KFC for a long while. read more

The KFC is working with what it's got, it's definitely not the best location. However they are hiring the right people. Daisy the cashier and the employees are working hard. Daisy specifically was extremely patient with an elderly customer who was having a hard time hearing. (All while under fire during a major dinner rush) There were many instances where most people would lose their mind. She could probably help with some of the negative issues people complain about on some of the other reviews if you asked her. Either way, great employee. read more

As others have said, this is not the best location. Its physical positioning is even kind of weird. It's very small and steamy, but the staff are still friendly, more so than I imagine I would be if I had to work in such an environment. The food is good, just what you'd expect from KFC, no more, no less. However, just be sure to double check your order before leaving with it. On more than one occasion, we forgot to check. The last time it happened, there was really no excuse for it, since there were only about three other people there beside us. It wasn't until we got home and unpacked the food that we realized they had gotten the order wrong, and it was just not worth going all the way back there to get it straightened out. On top of it all, what we'd ordered was not itemized on the bill. It was all just generally listed as "chicken" and not the specific pieces. So, there'd be no way to prove the order we'd received was the wrong one. That's kind of a strange way to do business if you ask me. It made me wonder if it was deliberate. A constant bad experience. For the past few years, we try this store on occasion, each time to our disappointment. They NEVER have breast pieces, you will never get a MIXED bucket of chicken in any style. And last time my husband stood over them making sure we got a mixed bucket (with Breast pieces), the poor girl who was there told my husband, "I will get in trouble for including breast pieces) and if he wanted them he had to wait 20 minutes. This has been the standard speech when any of my family members asks for a mixed bucket, wait 15/20 minutes. I was there on Dec 31/2024 Ordered a 16pc family pack I got home and I only had 10pcs. The mashed potatoes and gravy were mixed. No gravy on the side this time.I don't know but I think I didn't turn on the fryer cause the fries took forever to cook. I went in one night on a weekday, there was a table of teenagers gossiping about some drama, and I didn't see any employee (I thought they were somewhere in the back) and I stood there waiting for a while until one of the teens got up from the table finally and went behind the register, still not even acknowledging me and talking to her friends from across the room, didn't even look at me or greet me or ask if I'm ready to order. I really wanted to like this visit. It has been months if not a year since I've been at KFC. I was interested in trying the new chicken sandwich so I went over kind of early hoping that there wouldn't be a line and the product would be fresh. Initially I was going to order the Nashville hot chicken tenders but they were out of them. I ordered one chicken sandwich and a side of coleslaw. The female cashier was super nice and friendly and gave me my receipt and number while I waited. After a few minutes my sandwich was given to me. I Began to eat it in the car, and it was OK. The patty was rather thin, stringy, and chewy. It wasn't plump or juicy. The bun was soft and fresh. I did enjoy the coleslaw. Inside the location was clean. There is nearby parking across the parking lot. Overall I will probably not order this item again and stick to the traditional KFC fried chicken or chicken tenders. If I'm going to get a chicken sandwich I'm going to go to Chick-fil-A or Popeyes which I think excel in this area. I kept my expectations in check and did not compare them to these other two companies that make chicken sandwich. Most of the time the grease is not changed often enough and the chicken doesn't have the high standard of quality control from the old days. It's just a job to the employees just don't give a shit. I recently used the app and it told me the food was ready for pickup at 5:35. I showed up at 5:40 only for the manager to tell me it wasn't ready unless I'd prefer extra crispy or I can wait 7 minutes. When I asked why did the app say it was ready if it wasn't, I would have come when it was. She got testy and said cuz we thought it was ready! The ice machine needed to be refilled. The menu is to the left of the register, so you have to look to the left of the register before ordering. The $5 box here is actually $5.49. The tables had trash on them and nobody working here bothered to wipe down or pick up trash off the tables. Some angry customer cleaned up so he could have somewhere to sit. The meal itself was crap. Completely unhealthy usually means delicious but this was bland. How can KFC chicken be bland? Are they cutting spices to save $? The mashed potatoes and gravy were thin. The biscuit was dense. We have been trying to call to confirm if they were open on New Years Day. The phone would be picked up and then hung up. Drove there. Arrived at 6 and was told they only had a couple of pieces of chicken and they wanted to go home early so they didn't want to fry anymore. Seriously there were like four families and some couples in line. They claimed their closing time on Sundays is 6:45pm, not the 9:30 posted on the door and online. Neither employee had a name tag. I just needed to wash my hands but there was no soap, no hand towels and the overall stench suggested that this outhouse had not had any TLC in many many months. On Thursday, April 7th, at approximately 5 PM, I approached the cash register and observed 3 or 4 chicken pot pies being boxed up and subsequently handed to a patron. When it was time for me to order, I requested a (one) chicken pot pie. The young lad at the register informed me that they no longer had any chicken pot pies available for sale. OK, I turned to the menu on the wall and decided on a chicken dinner. The young lad at the register asked me if I wanted the chicken with regular or extra crispy skin. I replied crispy and once again I was told they no longer were offering crispy chicken. I quickly turned around and exited the store.
