This location has a decent indoor space with places to sit, as well as a nice small outdoor patio. The parking can be a bit tight sometimes. All the staff are friendly. I've had many JM sandwiches over the years and this place recently have very good service and are wearing masks and following COVID safety measures. I placed an order online last week to have a quick pick up on my way to work. I later realized it was completely wrong, but at least the right meat type so I ate it, and thankfully don't have any allergies. The employees were very nice and it was ready before the time quoted so that was great. But if I ever go back again, I'll have to go there in person to ensure that my order is made correctly. I only made a couple of modifications, so it's not like I was being difficult. And I tipped. Looking at other reviews complaining about the same thing makes me wonder if maybe there is something wrong with the app and perhaps the employees aren't receiving the order modifications properly.
