They did not bother to include the sauces I selected! Also they did not even give me a fork!! I couldn't believe my eyes. No dressing for my salad and no green onions either. Their menu is super simple and rather boring...choice of meat, rice and veggies. They do now offer tofu as an option if you're vegetarian. This particular location is pretty small, with only a handful of seats. Terrible service. I've asked them to give me more chicken and they literally say no. They have advertised 5 oz of chicken. It didn't even come to 4.5 oz. They have a sign saying no water cups for soda written on recite paper. I would never do that but there are other ways to enforce those policies without being tacky and rude. read more

Ordered food here and we wanted delivery. Paid the extra for the service and when the food arrived it had the wrong order and the wrong name on the receipt. Called up driver and he said to contact Uber eats. We hadn't ordered through them so we called up store. After deciding that they wouldn't help us over phone we went to store. They ran out of the regular dark meat chicken and offered me white meat. I usually don't get it, but I figured why not. They then up charged me for the white meat. Not very customer friendly. Tip to management: if you are primarily known for one thing, just don't run out of that one thing. And when you do, don't charge your customers extra for your lack of planning. I can only imagine it was planned because the white meat honestly was not very good. I guess it's an easy way to push product that's not selling that well I politely brought it up to both employees and neither seemed willing or even capable to accommodate, so I just thanked them and went on my way. Been eating at flame broiler for years, but I'm somewhat new to this location. I always order the chicken bowl, but this location it's extremely fatty chicken. It kind of grosses me out. Also, there was a pretty large bone in my chicken to go order the other day. Makes me think they are being really careless with their chicken preparation. The next time I went in I told the cashier, "Hey FYI, last time I ate here there was a bone in my chicken. Just FYI." She's like, "OK. Last time?" I said, "Yeah, I'm just letting you know." Then without any visible reaction, she just says, "OK. Thanks. Next person in line?" I wasn't looking for a free lunch, but you know, if I'm eating the chicken and it feels so fatty and there's bones in there and you don't seem to care when I tell you that are you giving me the chicken's butt to eat too?
