I was there on Dec 31/2024 Ordered a 16pc family pack I got home and I only had 10pcs. The mashed potatoes and gravy were mixed. No gravy on the side this time.I don't know but I think I didn't turn on the fryer cause the fries took forever to cook. I don't know if the person was there He is the Manager because He was like upset doing his Job. Very bad management and customer service. Very disappointed with the service and food.

NEW Classic Chicken Sandwich
Steph G.

I really wanted to like this visit. It has been months if not a year since I've been at KFC. I was interested in trying the new chicken sandwich so I went over kind of early hoping that there wouldn't be a line and the product would be fresh. Initially I was going to order the Nashville hot chicken tenders but they were out of them. I ordered one chicken sandwich and a side of coleslaw. The female cashier was super nice and friendly and gave me my receipt and number while I waited. After a few minutes my sandwich was given to me. I Began to eat it in the car, and it was OK. The patty was rather thin, stringy, and chewy. It wasn't plump or juicy. The bun was soft and fresh. I did enjoy the coleslaw. Inside the location was clean. There is nearby parking across the parking lot. Overall I will probably not order this item again and stick to the traditional KFC fried chicken or chicken tenders. If I'm going to get a chicken sandwich I'm going to go to Chick-fil-A or Popeyes which I think excel in this area. I kept my expectations in check and did not compare them to these other two companies that make chicken sandwich. Overall it was quite disappointed with the sandwich but really liked the service.

Absolutely horrible! I wish I hadn't gotten myself I to this mess. The girl kept giving me bad looks when I went back to the counter to get napkins, so I told her that this was horrible service and she started arguing with me stating, "I said hello to you!" Horrible service, dirty place, poor management and $19.37 for a 4 piece meal with one side and a drink. I had to pay extra for a second side. No wonder KFCs are closing in every city. I will NEVER be back to eat at KFC!!!

2 tenders?! WTF
Rocky N.

They were out of Tamales next door.. So I thought, why not get a chicken sandwich? Big mistake. One girl was sweeping up while one guy sang mariachi music super loudly. I got my sandwich and drove home only to discover this isn't a KFC chicken breast filet.. it's 2 old tenders they put on a bun cause they were too lazy to make my filet! What a rip off! If I wanted Tenders on a sandwich I would have ordered 2 chicken littles and saved some $$! You owe me!

Had to have it!
Owen K.

Ok, let's not act like we've never eaten at a KFC. Well, for me, there's nothing like eating KFC's at the beach, it just taste better. The sides: Mashed potatoes with gravy Mac-n-cheese and cole slaw BISCUITS ... always order extra biscuits! Chicken: Not tenders, not extra crispy and PUHLEEZ ... Not GRILLED! ORIGINAL CRISPY is "the" only way to order chicken from KFC. Every now and then, you gotta go see the Colonel!

Nothing much has changed about this place. It's super slow and overpriced. Better off going to chick fil a for the price point

They constantly do not have adequate pieces of chicken available even if you order with plenty of lead time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION.

It also changed the tip I entered to auto apply their own tip. After I paid, it showed me my total that they already collected payment for PLUS the tip they decided they wanted to force me to add. How could this be legal? I immediately called the restaurant but no one was answering the phone. Went to the restaurant and explained the situation to the cashier who told me I am the second person today to complain about this! She was unable to refund the tip that they took the liberty of applying themselves but I left my phone number and am still waiting to hear from the manager, otherwise I will have to take this up with my bank. Now for the food, I ordered a brisket sandwich and a side of mac and cheese. The brisket was not trimmed and it's inedible unless you like a mouthful of fat in every bite. Every single slice of brisket on my sandwich was just a slab of fat with a little meat hidden inside. I had to clean it myself and once I did there was barely any meat in my sandwich. I am attaching photos so you can see how pathetic it looks. Had I dined at the restaurant I would've sent this back or shown them how much fat I removed and asked them to bring me the equivalent in MEAT not fat, which I paid for! I would love to hear from management about what happened here regarding the deceptive pricing. As far as the food, not sure if they just have gotten lazy and don't trim their meat anymore but anyone who knows bbq knows the effort needed to properly clean brisket and that was certainly overlooked here. $25 total for a fat sandwich and a side of super oily mac and cheese. Definitely not happy in the slightest.

I've attended their trivia nights, and they were a blast--well organized, engaging, and a perfect activity for a group of friends. The drinks are fantastic. The Sauvignon Blanc sangria and the frozen rosé are both amazing and have become some of my favorites. The food is consistently good, and the lively atmosphere keeps me coming back. On my most recent visit, I had the opportunity to beta test one of their murder mystery events, and it was such a unique and entertaining experience. It added a whole new level of fun to the evening and made for a memorable night out. If they offer the murder mystery event again, I highly recommend checking it out. The cheese is honestly my favorite part -- it's perfectly cheesy without being overly heavy or greasy, which I really appreciate. The toppings are well balanced too; every slice has the right amount, no matter which one you grab. The pizza was a normal large size with eight slices. BallPark Pizza is definitely a splurge for us at that price, but the quality makes it worth it. I also really like how close they are to Rancho Mission Viejo -- it's not a far drive at all, which is a big plus since we don't have many nearby pizza options besides Domino's. We'll definitely be ordering from BallPark Pizza again.

Biggest issue is the staff, primarily the lady in the front with penciled in eye brows. Ordered a pizza at 8:30pm. Got kicked out at 9:05. My daughter wanted a scoop of ice cream at 8:50pm, she got turned away and said the cash register was closed. Ten minutes later, they opened the register for one of their homies and purchased another food item. If the owner would like to sell me this pizza spot, I would love to buy it. Stay away!!!!

We decided to go check them out since we have dined at Molly's Country Kitchen in Laguna Niguel but not the Mollies San Juan. We were lost for a bit and called the restaurant and they sent someone out looking for us in the parking lot. That was so nice of them. Hubby of course, ordered the meat loaf dinner and I went with the chicken marsala (with raisins and mushrooms) as suggested by the server. We also had a cup of soup each. I had the French onion soup. The soup came lukewarm, so I sent it back. It came back out hotter and tasted so much better. My husband had the turkey rice soup and it was delicious (I had a taste of it while waiting for mine to be reheated). Chicken marsala was good, however, the sauce was salty. The breakfast potatoes that came with it was good, as well as the steamed vegetables. My husband liked his meatloaf dinner and the mashed potatoes. He said the gravy was a bit salty but not too bad. Would have been 5-star if the sauce wasn't too salty. Service was good. They have many employees in the restaurant so they checked on us often. I believe it's a family-owned restaurant.
