KFC has a promo on Tuesdays where you get an 8 piece all dark meat bucket for $10, so I thought I'd give it a try. BAD IDEA! It was super dark from being over cooked, and was super greasy. The worst KFC chicken I've ever had, period. A short time ago they did a remodel and got new management hoping to fix all the problems this location has had for years. I met the guy, and he seemed very excited to implement needed changes. So today I was quite surprised that the chicken came out in such unacceptable condition! My guess is that he's already quit or he no longer gives a sh*t. I'm done with KFC. I might go back if they acknowledge how terrible they are and change their name to KFS until they improve. The last two times we got food from this location were disappointing to say the least. The chicken was dried out and had sat for too long. The first time was takeout and although it looked appealing, under the breading the chicken was of poor quality. The second time we ordered through Grub Hub (great provider) and again the chicken was horrible but in addition the order was wrong. Where we had ordered a "Standard Bucket" what was delivered was all legs and thighs. I've been a fan of KFC for decades but no longer. It may be this one location but there are too many choices (Popeye's, Church's, etc.) to accept a lesser product. read more

Went here for a quick family meal. Ordered two single meals one being spicy crispy tenders and a 8 piece family deal. Wanted both sides to be mashed potatoes. Around $40 I had to pull around front. Waited awhile. Got my stuff and drove home. No butter, no honey for the rolls. Spicy tenders are not spicy. And it would be nice to be offered some sauce maybe? Pretty dry. Last Friday we came here at 7 pm and was told the restaurant was closed because they had no more chicken. I can understand, they had a rush, someone didn't order correctly so we politely said ok and went somewhere else. The next week we came here again on Friday. They have chicken tonight but it isn't cooked. The drive through line is backed up to the road, 5 people/couples in the waiting area. I was told for crispy chicken it would be a 45 min wait but original was only 5. Of course I took the original. As I'm sitting in the waiting room the employees in the back are going off "Man F this shit" F this, F that". The lady in the front is trying to keep customers calm and doing a great job of it. I don't know if she is a manager but management need seriously overhaul in this place. The employees are taking the brunt for their mistakes. Unfortunately this is the last time I will visit this store, go down to the next KFC a few miles down the road. read more

Don't be mad because you hate your job. My wife was craving some KFC and so was I , so I decided to drive down and pick it up, I pulled in parking lot and the drive through is way too long so I parked and went inside . I stopped and looked into the menu listening to rap music in the back playing and an associate asks me do I have a pick up order , I respond with no I'm just looking for right now. Considering there's at least 20 employees running around in there I get asked if I have a pickup order 7 times not knowing the front register was not taking orders , so you can only go drive through or the app so I decided to get the app and try to order, while being stared at by the employees and mumbling about me I finally place my order and wait, finally get my order and come home and start handing out the food to the family and I guess the employees didn't drain the chicken properly cause the greases alone soaked the bottom of the box and all fell out, at least my family got there food I guess that what counts read more

Worst KFC I've ever been to, ordered chicken little meal. Cold dry bun, almost zero sauce on the bun. I don't eat fast food much but this was enough to make me stop for sure. There was absolutely no effort in to the preparing of this meal. Just sad.... The restaurant wasn't busy either so this can't be used as an excuse. I ordered a #8 Big Box for take out from the counter. When I got home it only had 2 drumsticks and no breast in the box and nothing else. Come on . . . how difficult can it be to fill an order correctly? Called and a recorded message said they were close for remodeling . . . I do enjoy most other locations however this spot has seemed to be a miss. I've had overcooked, old, incorrect, and now another incident with old food. TLdr: You, dear reader, are an idiot for even bothering to try and eat from here. Wow. This is, by far, the worst review I have ever written. Before even writing this, I looked at older reviews and see that what I will describe here has been going on for YEARS. The fact that nothing has changed, shows complete ineptitude, carelessness, and frankly stupidity of whomever is "in charge" of this poor excuse of an "eating establishment." I placed the words "eating establishment" in quotes because I am not sure if anyone ever actually gets to eat from here. THEY NEVER HAVE CHICKEN AVAILABLE TO SELL. K. F. C. Kentucky Fried CHICKEN. A business based upon selling chicken to hungry people at a profit. Such a simple concept, but far too difficult for the "shit for brains" running the place. Now, either this is a franchise owned privately or a corporate store. If the former, any bank financing this hot mess of a dump should call their loans for misuse of funds. If it is a corporate store, then many people need to be fired NOW. Let me be clear, I LOVE KFC! But this location has a severe shortage of brainpower, causing me to write all this vitriol. A few months ago, we stopped in, an hour (NOT 5 MINUTES) before closing. They were "out of chicken." I actually started laughing because I thought they were just joking or messing around with me. In reality, not only were they out, but they actually refused to make more! We avoided this location, but foolishly decided to try again. This time, it was Saturday, March 20th around 5pm, nowhere near closing. The line at the drive up was long, but seemed to be moving along nicely. But, unfortunately, when I got to the ordering sign, I was politely told that they were "out of chicken and Regular would be 30 minutes wait and Extra Crispy would be 40 minutes." I then asked about chicken sandwiches and hot wings. The answer was that "All the fryers were in use, so that will take even longer." Obviously, we left, along with the 9 other cars in line. What a ton of business lost. What a bunch of disappointed customers. What a drop to an already abysmal reputation. Since this seems to be a continual issue, the amount of lost business is exponential across what appears to be actually years of gross mismanagement. I usually reserve the phrase, "They are like 12 monkeys trying to fuck a football" when describing poor management, but these inept boneheads don't appear to even want to try. BEWARE ROTTEN CHICKEN. We got 2 buckets of chicken to feed 4 adults and 3 children. The 13 year old took a bite first then had us smell it. The rotting smell was so bad I gaged. I smelled the bucket, all rotten. That can kill someone!!! 3 adults are elderly and one child is only 5. They had the nerve to tell us over the phone that chicken came in today. Sure. Maybe I should've read the reviews before coming here, but it probably would've deterred me and I try my best to give a place at least one chance. We had about thirty minutes to kill and my kids were starving so we decided to stop here while we were close by. We tried to park and dine in, but the lobby was closed. There was only one car in the drive through so we decided to take our chances. Service was pretty quick to take our order and surprisingly the car in front left fairly fast. The boy working the window was nice and explained when I asked that they are short staffed and that's why the lobby is closed. I ordered 3 three piece tender meals with fries, drink and a biscuit. Everything was ready pretty fast and we were on our way. Everything was pretty good, but the fries were pretty soggy and could've used some salt. Seems like those 11 herbs and spices have gone by the wayside. I'm guessing at the most there is salt, pepper and garlic powder left for our "enjoyment ". The original chicken was bland. I called ahead about a promo on their hot chicken wings. The promo is was just about over but the manager (Ray) assured me that if I came the next day he'd honor the promo. Sure enough I came the next day and he honored his word. He actually saved a frozen portion for me to keep his word. Thank you Ray for going about and beyond the call of duty. I have been visiting this location for over five years. The food is always hot and ready quickly. You can be in and out of the drive thru in less than 5 minutes, which I think anyone can appreciate! Last time I went, I found out they no longer carry potato wedges and that was a bummer. We went to this location yesterday midday to purchase food for our dinner last night. We ordered on the app because we had a deal for 3 free chicken strips with a 10.00 purchase. The order was supposed to be ready by 12:28. Several people came in after we arrived and they all got their orders and we were still waiting. The manager noticed and asked why didn't they fill that online order yet. She then told them that those were a priority because when people order online they expect the order to be ready when they arrive. They very quickly filled the order and we left. When we opened the order last evening for dinner not only did we not get what we ordered we were shorted some food. We ordered original recipe strips and got extra crispy which we DO NOT LIKE. I go to the drive-through and I order my food they tell me it will be a couple of minutes and that I need to pull around to the other side of the building and wait... but there's no one behind me. Why do I need to go park in the sun and wait? It's 110° outside and in the drive-through it's shady. They inform me that they have a some sort of drive log that records how long each car waits in the drive-through and they're trying to beat the system. The place they are directing me to park and wait is void of any shade, and when it's 110°outside, sitting in your car without shade cover is not an option for more than about a minute. And Even though there's nobody behind me, they insist. Are you kidding me? What country is this??? What has happened to our integrity and common decency? So another guy comes to the window and tells me there's shade on the other side of the building. So I drive around and discover he has blatantly lied to my face. So I drive back around to the drive-through window and put it in park and wait patiently for them to bring me my order. And when they do, lo and behold, the order is wrong. Ugh!! Unbelievable!
