I went in shortly after opening. The parking lost was pretty empty. I walked in, staff was very enthusiastic, and the dining room dirty. There was employee out there but seemed more interested in their phone. Anyway, the associate taking my order was polite. Not great not bad but ok. The food, oh the food. This location is extremely disrespectful. I had a job interview at 4pm today, I went in about 15 minutes early and was greeted by a girl after waiting for a couple minutes. I told her I had an interview and she gave me a cup and said I could get a drink. I got my drink and sat down and waited for about 40 minutes with no response from Austin who was supposed to be interviewing me. As I was waiting another girl came in for an interview at 4:30 pm and at this point I still had not gotten my interview. I finally chose to just leave because a good chunk of my evening had been wasted waiting for them to interview me. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they seemed understaffed but I could not wait any longer. We stopped into the drive thru last night. We were coming home from the airport and the entire KFC staff, 4 to 5 people, was doing a deep clean on the restaurant at 7:15 p.m. Buckets, mops, the whole nine yards! First, we felt bad thinking we might be the last minute annoying customer! We discovered later that closing time was at 10:00 p.m! We sat waiting for our food with one other customer in his car next to us for 25 minutes. We asked the girl who delivered it to us if everyone was okay in there. She seemed confused when we explained how long we had been waiting. We got home with a bucket of the soggiest, greasiest chicken ever and it was cold! The skin was dripping off the meat. The biscuits were doughy, just totally undercooked. We could pour the mashed potatoes into the trash like they were water. It was honestly the grossest experience and I wouldn't be surprised if someone got food poisoning if they managed to choke it down! We did NOT! All this for the price of $31.00! Phew! This is not your place if you're looking for speed or good service. The employees are not friendly and two of the three I had interactions with appeared to be high. The young man who brought my food out to my car was kind and apologetic though. I had to pull around and wait for my food. Was told it would be 8 minutes and it was 20. Was not given the sauces I asked for and they acted like I was insane for coming back for them. There were so many people in the lobby waiting while I was waiting. Stood there for 15 mins and was never acknowledged by the staff. There was no one in line and another family waiting at a table. They finally started to take our order and then in the middle of the order stepped away and came back 5 mins later. Food took over 20 mins to receive and there was just us and another family that was already waiting. Staff seemed miserable and didn't care how they served their guests and did not take care of the restaurant cleanliness or appearance. Food was mediocre at best. This place is typically hot and fresh in my experience This time I was parked for 15 min. I don't usually mind waiting, altho this time seemed a bit long. Many cars were "parked" which is how staff cheat the "speed of service time" to appear low. When I got my food, I was very underserved fry portions. When I went inside, I met Dayland at the counter who looked at my order, immediately recognized the portions were too low (less than 1/2 to the top of the box), and apologized. He told me his name. Fixed the order with proper portions. Insured I had a good day. My review is 4 stars because I know that young man didn't make my order, but he took accountability for it and personally insured my satisfaction. It seems to me the staff need more training on preparing food in a timely manor. Many guests inside were commenting to me about the long waits. I will return to review again read more

This is a joke, this never changes no matter how long it takes for me to come back. This place really needs to get the act together or close down. They are always out of things. They can never get your order to you at the window. They have everyone park out front. Then it takes forever to get my food. When i get my food the order is short. I go in to ask for what we were missing, i was told we would have to wait another 20 min. Are you kidding! I simply ask for the money for the item that was missing. I was told i had to return the full order. REALLY? OK, i returned the full order, not touched. I'm then told they can not give me a refund, i will have to come back the next day. Everything could be improved. The food quality is terrible. It doesn't taste like KFC at all. The chicken was incredibly bland and over cooked and tasted old. I ordered at 6pm through the KFC app and the app said my order would be ready at 6:10. I arrived at the store at 6:06 and waited a few minutes to see if my order would be placed on the takeout rack but after a few minutes I stepped to the counter to make sure my order went through. I stood there for a while and one employee even made eye contact with me in passing and didn't greet me or acknowledge me at all. Finally, the poor girl working up front came to the register and told me that my order would be another 20 minutes. To their credit it was ready 15 minutes later but 30 minutes after the app said it would be ready. This is my second try at this location and I will not be returning.
