The first time we went to this location no one acknowledged us at the drive thru. They were clearly open but no one came to the window or said anything when we pulled up!! We waited several minutes and eventually just left. The second time we ordered through DoorDash and the Dasher had to contact us to let us know the ONLY CHICKEN THEY HAD WAS POPCORN CHICKEN!!! How can you be out of chicken if thats the main thing you sell??? read more

When I pulled up to the take-out window today, I was alarmed by the woman working the window. She was NOT wearing a mask OR gloves. I didn't feel safe, so I cancelled my order. She said she had just taken her mask off to take a drink. This is UNACCEPTABLE in these COVID times. Please educate your staff if proper guidelines to keep your guests and staff healthy. read more

Customer service and order accuracy is completely lacking at this location. They completely forgot my sides, no silverware or napkins.

The food was good and cooked nicely but the customer service was poor . There was only one fork even though I had TWO meals. I was supposed to get ranch and barbecue sauce and I even told the lady when I was at the speaker that's the sauce I wanted . The sauce wasn't in the bag. She did not ask if we wanted hot sauce or honey which I understand if she was busy. There was only two napkins in the bag which is not enough for two people . read more

Brought my son there today thru drive thru at around 12pm. As we went through the drive thru there was an employee literally sitting in the drive through smoking. Of course our window is down to order w/her cigarette smoke coming into our car. Then we had to wait about 10 min. for chx. wings, (which is totally normal, I get that and don't mind) We were in front of the store parked waiting on the wings and there was a male employee pacing up and down the front of the store in front of us smoking so we had to keep windows up if we didn't want smoke in our car. I get we can shut the windows but it is so beautiful out. Then the girl that was sitting in the drive through came and walked with the male employee for a while...then the male employee after smoking for many minutes blew his cigarette smoke as he was entering back into the restaurant.. Just gross! Not to mention there is a law that you are not allowed to smoke 10 ft or less to any building. The lady that worked the drive through window was kind....to bad the two smoking employees had to ruin it. read more

I just stopped there today and ordered a 2pc meal with extra biscuits and a side order of coleslaw. This took 35 minutes to get while the staff kind of ran around unsure of what to do. Many of the other customers that were waiting had been waiting 30 minutes or longer. I finally get my order and leave. By then I am so irritated I don't check my bag. I get home, all the way in Kalkaska btw, and see I don't even have my coleslaw. I'm out that money and have an attitude to boot. This was rediculous. read more

The food is about what one expects from KFC. This is more of a corporate issue but if they are going to charge relatively expensive prices for what you're actually getting, maybe they should consider paying their employees more. They all seem pretty miserable to be there. I get working in fast food is usually not ideal for anyone, but you can really feel the sadness here. read more
