Stopped here this evening for dinner. Place was fairly busy. Drive thru was busy so decided to walk in. They prefer to order at the kiosk. Options are clean. Straightforward order process and payment right there. Wait time was hardly 3 minutes. The food was ready. Typical KFC choices. Nothing to complain about. Fresh warm food. Service was great. Very friendly staffs. Not many parking spots. A few spots dedicated for order pick up. Managed to find a parking in the corner. Decent fast food option. This has to be the worst KFC I've ever had. It's not in the hood, it's actually in a very area, with shopping malls all around. All of that foot traffic from the mall and other busy establishments within a 1-2 block radius. This is addressed to the owner of this locations. I know the staff is just following orders and doing their job. This location cooks chicken in the morning I assume, and allow it to sit under heat lamps all day. Even the fries are 2-3 hours old. The restaurant is shiny and clean in doors. Outside at night in the driveway, the is a influx of mice and rats running from the location to the dumpster. While waiting on your order, this is easily observed. After staying away from this restaurant for several months. I drove by today to get 2 pieces and wedge potatoes. (I'm done)! For the life of me how is this place still in business. The restaurant was completely empty. No cars in the parking lot, not the drive thru. Of course their chicken is old and dried out! Makes no sense to drop fresh chicken without customers. I will post photos. Not only is the chicken brick hard and dry, but inside the chicken the bone is RED. The good: It reminds me of my first time eating at a KFC in China around 4 years old, brings back a lot of nostalgic memories. The chicken little sandwich and the classic sandwich were tasty, with mayo as a condiment. Their mashed potatoes also tasted good with gravy. Food-wise not too bad overall. The bad: Poor customer service, staff were too rushed and not very friendly, guess it's a common thing in most fast food chains. Just a COVID19 update! We didnt want to cook; wife suggested KFC. I've always had good experiences at this location; order right, fast, and consistently fresh/hot. For the COVID19 term, they are operating drive thru. I drove up, friendly order taker was right there, gave me a moment to decide on the $24 fill up (8 dark pieces, 3 large sides + cake); order was ready very quickly. Bryan was working the window, super friendly and efficient. He WAS wearing PPE as I hoped during these times, and looked like other workers were as well. Yes, I know KFC isnt the 'healthiest' option out there, but dang it the Colonel has that Original Recipe I crave, so tasty, and that gravy. Its meth gravy, I cant get enough! Biscuits: average but still soft inside. Personally I skip these when possible because it's just filler carbs. Mashed potatoes and gravy: taste-wise is flavorful but it is very salty. Cole Slaw: I've never been a huge fan of cole slaw but it's a bit too watery here in my option and it looks and tastes like a stomachache waiting to happen. Chicken: I always go for the extra crispy option when ordering chicken and have yet to be disappointed. Aside from the universe frowning down upon fast food joints, I'd say this chicken isn't too bad--tender and juicy and never overly cooked. The only thing is that every item is on the salty side and will make you feel like you've crossed the Gigi Desert. Load up on your liquids! Everything is totally dried up - chicken breast, wings whatever you order it's clearly been sitting under the heat lamps for 2 hours+ I'm sitting here now trying their new wings and I can't finish them and I usually love wings. The chicken leg was about the size of my thumb. The thigh was smaller than the palm of my hand. It was so greasy, it was literally dripping grease. The biscuit was the size of a fifty cent piece, if anyone even knows what that is anymore. The sides are teeny tiny also. They use transfats in nearly every food item (these are the fats that are the absolute WORST for you!) and they're unapologetic about it at a time when almost all other fast food restaurants have eliminated or nearly eliminated the use of transfats from their entire menu. I worked at KFC as a teenager (my first job), and every time I visit one, I try to remember how good the chicken was (or hope it will be). Sadly, today's meal was dismal. I ordered a 10 piece dark (thighs and legs) bucket, 50/50 for my family and I to enjoy at home. I live about 5-7minutes from this location, but by the time I opened the bucket, the chicken was barely lukewarm! Nevertheless, we dug in, hoping that the 11 herbs and spices would be finger licking good. The flavor was there, but the dryness of the meat overpowered everything else. Maybe because I had a long day at work, or perhaps I just had a desire for some good KFC, but I went back down the the store to request that they make my food right. The way I know it should be! The shift supervisor (his tag read Brandon), was cordial and when I explained that my chicken was dry, he offered to either provide me with a refund or make me a new batch of chicken. I opted for some fresh chicken. He asked his fry cook to make up another batch and was informed that it would take 30 minutes because they had shut down the kitchen and were cleaning. At 7:42pm on a Friday night??? Are you serious?? So, the cook comes out (Mimi was her name, an older Hispanic woman), and asks what was wrong with the chicken. I nicely explained that it was dry and overlooked. She opens the bucket to find 4 pieces left in there and starts to lecture me that if the food was bad, where were the other 6 pieces. I explained that I wasn't about to take the half eaten food out of my kids' hands to return them. She then goes behind the counter, and starts talking to her co-worker in Spanish, showing the bucket to her co-worker, all the while, pointing at me and giving me dirty looks. She then comes back up front to express her displeasure about my complaint. Brandon, the supervisor asks her to just go back into the kitchen, but she continues to ignore him and continues to lecture me. I don't need attitude from this woman, whom I can barely understand in the first place. All I asked for was fresh chicken! To the franchise owner if you are reading this, I really want you to succeed. I want to frequent your establishment, but I won't if the food is dry, and the cooks have attitude. Sometimes you're just in the mood for trashy food and this KFC hits the spot. The quality is what you would expect from a fast food place. But the team is quick, responsive, and accurate with orders. It's also one of the nicer/cleanest KFCs I've been to, but it looks pretty new. All in all it's a pretty decent place when you have a craving. read more

For my birthday dinner I decided that I wanted KFC. Because of Covid-19 and we had my 5 & 8 year old Granddaughters we did a drive thru for dinner. The results were NOT good. They ignored our coupon price, they over-charged $7.11 for our meal, didn't include two items that we ordered and worst of all the food was good and tasted bad. I went through the drive through line last night (Wednesday) with a very overtired 5 year old that was heart broken that the McDonalds next door (where we picked up his dinner) forgot his happy meal toy. The young man Jeffrey (per the receipt) at the drive through was one of the most kind human beings I have come across in a long time. Another young gentleman helped, but I didn't catch his name. Let's just say that I left with a little boy that was over the moon happy, and a reminder that kindness goes a long way. This is honestly the worst quality food I've had from any KFC in my life. I don't pride myself from eating here a lot but Kfc is considered a delicacy for me. I recently started working in woodinville and I've been to this locations a few times now. I alsways order extra crispy fried chicken. Unfortunately this Kfc lacks quality in their food. Every time I've gone here and other reviews highlight this, but their chicken is so dry and chewy. No crispness at all. I couldn't even eat it the last time I came here. How do you mess up something that is signature to this restaurant? Please whoever owns this KFC listen to the critiques you are getting and fix this. Your food shouldn't be inedible. I went through the drive thru line here yesterday with a few of my friends. After we ordered our food, we then got to the window and paid for it. The employee who was working the window, Edward, seemed like he was stoned out of his mind. He said it would be about a 4 minute wait for our popcorn chicken to be ready. So he had us pull around and park at the front of the store to wait. He unfortunately did not remember to give us a receipt for our order... We were parked right outside the front doors to the restaurant, we could see in and the employees could easily see us outside. There were maybe two other customers eating inside, and no one had been through the drive thru since we had gone through. It was a ghost town all around the restaurant. We were waiting for over 15 minutes before finally my friend went inside to see what was going on. Apparently our food had been done for a long while, and Edward claimed he just didn't see us outside. It was apparent that he just forgot and didn't bother to look. When my friend returned with our food, it was cold and the side of jojo's I had ordered were burned and crispy. Part of our order was missing, so my friend had to go back inside a second time to retrieve the rest of it from Edward. Since we never got an original receipt for our order, I am having a difficult time filling out KFC's direct feed back survey through their website. We did manage to get a duplicate receipt but it is missing some of the info their website needs. Therefore, this Yelp review will just have to satisfy me for the time being. To conclude my review, my two take always from this experience were: 1.) The food was gross. 2.) The customer service was even more gross. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever come here. Further, their chicken by the bucket ranges from $1.63/piece to nearly $2.00 a piece for the eight piece bucket. I ordered two 16 piece buckets and a large mashed potatoes with gravy just afternoon on a Saturday. Yes it's sunny and nice out and there are lots of graduation parties happening and picnics happen so they are busy. The extra crispy bucket came right up and the nice young man at the window said it was fresh and had been made minutes before. They had trouble coming up with a full order of the regular recipe for the other bucket so they gave me "what they had" and a few pieces of extra crispy to fill out the order. Service was friendly, fast, and no complaints there. The gravy was better than expected and little peppery as it should be. Potatoes were fine. The extra crispy bucket was very good and the bottom of the bucket was clean. No extra oil or grease. The regular recipe was a disaster. Soggy, soaked in oil and grease, with a FULL 1/4" DEEP PUDDLE of grease and oil at the bottom of the bucket. I had to immediately pull this stuff out and put it in a convection oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes to make it fit for human consumption. This was even the chicken at the top of the bucket. In sort, if you get chicken from the bottom of the warming bin, you might as well press it and extract the grease and oil and go in to the oil refinery business. It was that bad. Overall if the stuff is fairly fresh, it's OK. If it's the bottom of the barrel, it's the pits. read more

Dinner at 5:30 pm, and I almost wish there's a happy hour. In my mind, they should offer a happy hour. For their happy hour, offer up an extra scoop of gravy on the mash, or a dessert on the side. Well, the food tasted good I guess and the restaurant was pretty clean so I'll start with those two positive points. It just goes downhill from there though. I asked if they still served the Double Down, which is a large chicken sandwich with two chicken breasts. They said they did still have a double chicken sandwich so I ordered that and some potatoes and gravy. My daughter ordered the Two waffle chicken and waffles special with dark meat. She literally had to repeat the order four times because they kept asking her what she wanted and then quoted it back incorrectly. Of course, after all that they still gave her the wrong order. On the upside, they managed to also charge us for the wrong order as well so we didn't have to get a price adjustment and she wasn't going to repeat her order a fifth time. They went 100% on wrong orders because when mine arrived, it was a double chicken little. I took it up to the counter and asked why I didn't get what I asked for. They told me that the double down hadn't been available for at least two years. To that I'd say, check the picture from my review of the Snohomish KFC from three months ago. Apparently it features a rogue chicken sandwich sighting. I pointed this out to her and she just shrugged. Top notch customer service there. Why wasn't I told that the sandwich wasn't available when I specifically asked? Did they think I wouldn't notice that what they gave me was a fraction of the size? We are Fans of KFC's initiative to offer a good product at a great price. The $5 dollar fill ups are a great value, a good meal and what draws us in. The Regular chicken is good and the leg and thigh with one side, drink, biscuit and a cookie has a great draw. This location had tweaked the price to $5.50 but came back to $5.00. With a deal like that we will continue to come back. Their regular priced buckets and boxes is very expensive. read more
