So I just ordered through my app at Taco Bell and my tostada came without cheese so I'm giving it four out of five stars because the lady at the window was very nice very polite but how are you gonna forget something that you're making?? Walked in to this Taco Bell on a crisp saturday night. I felt quite optimistic as you can't really mess up Taco Bell (was proven wrong). Food was $18 for two drinks and two burritos which, in my opinion, is fucking outrageous. Was greeted with a passive aggressive and negative tone by the main employee at the counter. My drinks were not ready with my order, no big deal, they seemed busy and I got Refresca's so it was more time to make them. I kindly told the worker that I also ordered two drinks, and in return got one of the most unpleasant, angry, disgusted facial expression I have ever seen in my life. Sat down to eat with a buddy of mine and decided to dive into my burrito. A side note is that this location was filled with a thick smoke that I could only guess was burnt food. Which is surprising because my burrito was colder than my ex girlfriend's heart. The vibe of the restaurant wasn't horrible. A nice aquamarine theme really made me forget how sad my food was. If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars, I would. The drive-thru worker had the personality of a wet sock and the patience of a toddler. Not only were they incredibly rude, but they somehow still managed to mess up the most basic order -- and trust me, I wasn't ordering a five-course meal here. I asked for a plain bean and cheese burrito three separate times and apparently that translated to "please drown it in onions, sauce and attitude." When I asked for clarification, the worker acted like I was personally ruining their day just by existing in line. Sorry for wanting the food I actually paid for? If it's this hard to get tacos right, maybe fast food isn't the career path for you. I shouldn't have to triple-check an order only to get home and realize I've got a bag full of disappointment. Service was pretty good . The clients family enjoyed the tacos and burritos. They said it was fresh and made to order. The ambiance was good and there were no complaints. The only thing was the value for the price. Prices were high for a single taco and not a lot of chicken, beef on the taco shell plenty and more than enough lettuce, beans and shredded cheese. Make it Spicy on every single thing you order. It's really annoying and probably doubles the drive thru time. Now I know it's not the workers fault it's probably some dumb manager that forces them to say that for every single thing you order or they will get written up. Several times on different occasions he had voiced his approval and encouragement on how the employees sold "add ons." He would say, "Nice job on the add ons guys!" THE WORST TACO BELL EVER! Ordered through the Taco Bell app a 3 taco combo and my bf got some other combo and not only did we not receive our drinks WHICH COME WITH THE COMBOS! BUT! They also did NOTHING with any of our changes to our food! There's supposed to be beans, potatoes AND jalepeno sauce with the tacos and it received none of it! They made the wrong food for me, and the guy told me he made the wrong food and asked if I'd take that instead! I considered it (because I'm a generally decent person) so I asked what he made instead and realized that I didn't like the ingredients...I declined. He rolled his eyes and made a face at me. I am Taco-Bell obsessed. Keep a stash of Fire sauce in my car and at home. In over 3 years I have NEVER had a problem with this location. The staff has been prompt, accurate, no issues whatever.
