We hired Steve's Carpet Care to help us remove the pet stains from our brand new carpets. The technician arrived on time and let me know before they arrived that they were on the way. He was very polite. He protected our wood floor with a runner and used bumper pads on the corners to protect the walls. He moved all the chairs and successfully removed the pet stains. Rino does a great job of blending multiple communication modes seamlessly (Yelp, person's cell, automated text number). This is a rare skill that should not be underestimated. Unfortunate there was an emergency and I had to cancel the job in the middle of the night before the service (see my review on drywall lol). Then the emergency was taken care of sooner than expected, so I contacted Rino again. We rescheduled service for the following day. An arrival window was provided; they arrived promptly. Ali did a walkthrough and we showed him a couple of stains. They began the service. There was a team of two, Ali and Ivan. Ali performed the stain treatment (stains came out!) and Ivan the all-over carpet cleaning. Both were friendly and professional. I will certainly hire them again.

Let's just say I don't even want to say the exact date because that's how long it's been! I knew that it was time for an overdue cleaning and I wanted it done especially with everything that's going on right now. Even though I haven't gotten my carpets cleaned in awhile I am still very particular when it comes to cleaning and how good things look. I gave Ted a fair warning of how I'm super picky and he was nothing but great when I talked with him. He reassured me that my carpets would look amazing and brand new after he was done with them. I'm so impressed with Ted. The guy was drenched in sweat by the time he was done! He did an amazing job and I can't thank him enough still! Ted got a bag lipstick stain out of my carpet. I'm telling you you can literally not see where the stain was even if you try to find it.
