I sent pictures of my front porch telling him I wanted to remove the metal railings and go with vinyl railings. He emailed me saying some contractor named Ray would contact me. I give it a few days and email Frank back asking when can I expect to hear from Ray? He emailed me back saying Ray is very busy with installing fences. Then goes on to say if you want something sooner I suggest you contact a carpenter. So I responded back with "a carpenter, don't they work with wood"? The next email I get from Frank is that he had called Ray telling him not to contact me and for me to find someone else and wished me good luck. I simply asked a very basic question....doesn't a carpenter work with wood? This upset Frank, but what I couldn't understand is why would he suggest a carpenter who works with wood when I wanted vinyl. Maybe they do work with vinyl, and I misunderstood but he could of at least explained himself, instead of being rude. But I figured maybe Frank is at that age where his prostate is acting up and he has issues with leakage and he had his depends on backwards!

I even called another fence company that said he would charge the exact same but was not going to be available for months so to go with Mr. Fence. We signed the quote and sent the deposit. We waited about a month which was when they said they would be available. I called each week after that only to be told we would be on the schedule the following week. Two months later they send out the installation worker who had no idea what the plan was and says he has to come back as this was not what he was expecting. They repairs the fence... I guess you could call it that... but they left over a 1 foot gap touching the ground at the bottom. I explained we were getting a puppy and the whole point of the fence is to keep our animals in and other animals out. They sent another installation worker the following week who fixed it and I would say it looked crappy but it worked. Less than a year later and parts of the fence that were supposedly soldering together have already come apart. I will definitely go elsewhere if we get those areas repaired.

While maintaining that property they blew leaves into my yard, two seasons in a row, after I had cleared my yard of leaves. I've spoken to them but they have yet to offer a solution. They came back this year but before they started in the neighbor's backyard, which abuts mine, I presented them with a Cease and Desist Order explaining that what they've done in the past was unlawful. I'm a senior citizen. We'll see if it works. Update: Jose, came to my house. Said he'd give my letter to his boss. Meanwhile he offered to clean up any debris that they may have caused. Of course, I accepted his offer.

We hired Steve and his crew to fix a sunken area of our driveway and to remove a rotting raised bed…read moregarden which abutted the entrance to our crawlspace.  They did a beautiful job with all of it, but most importantly were responsive to our concerns about cost and worked closely with us to make sure it looked the way we wanted.   While there was damage to the yard, they followed up with loam and hydroseed and the yard now looks a lot better than it did before and that was not part of the contract.  So they were reasonable, friendly and easy to work with, did great work, and the surroundings were left better than before.  I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Model Paving did my driveway on two different occasions in a span of one month. After the first time, a week later, it rained and we noticed puddles scattered throughout the driveway. A brand new driveway should NOT have puddles. I left numerous voicemails informing them of the issue and it took a couple of weeks to get a response from them. We finally got a response from the manager after saying we would post a review about our experience. His responses weren't pleasant but this forced him to prioritize a re-do of our driveway. He immediately scheduled us a for week after. His team showed up promptly and finished the job in a day. We were confident that it would be perfect this time around. Fast forward a week later...it rained and the outcome was the same as previously. I called but couldn't get a hold of them so I texted him a video of the driveway clearly showing puddles. His response was that the driveway looked great and promised to stop by to take a look. Its been almost two weeks and He hasn't been over to take a look and discuss a resolution with us. He's instead sent rude text messages about me not being grateful and that his team has had to fix over TEN MISTAKES in the last three months. We did our due diligence when searching for a company to give the job to. Please consider this review (and others highlighting similar experiences) before making a decision. The company lacks professionalism and good customer service. Save yourself the headache of dealing with them by going with a more reputable company.

The driveway is sloped towards the shop, so they thoughtfully placed a drain across the full front of the shop to guide any water that rolled own away and out the side of the driveway through a buried pipe. I've watched all the neighbors run through landscape companies and none have been good enough to transition. This is the first company that I have experienced that cares about quality and service. I called and they told me when the workers showed up and realized it was a bigger job and needed some larger equipment. The person on the phone also informed me whoever made the quote "was unable to get a good look at the wall". How am I now supposed to be responsible for your inability to give me an accurate quote. I understand the estimate says the costs may be "higher or lower" and I feel like a reasonable amount would be 20%. Not a 60% increase with NO communication - and they knew I was home, just knock on the door. Deceptive company and I will not work with or recommend them to anyone. (Wall looks great though).
