He showed up on time for our appointment, offered us several great solutions for our challenging backyard (which is narrow, and slightly sloped), and promptly sent an estimate. He understood our plan that seemed puzzling to other companies. When we made changes, it was no problem. Ivan came by the next day to measure, finalize the design, and answer any other questions we had. He scheduled our installation the following week. Day one of our project, Ivan and Rodger excavated, leveled the site, and laid the forms. Day two, he poured cement and created a beautiful custom patio design. It was originally aggregate, but had cracked and worn away in several places. The driveway was a bit steep making it worse, so sometimes our car would scrape along the bottom.
