I wanted to engrave his name and years of service onto the mug and after searching for a shop that can do it, I was finally referred to Nunez by one of the shop keepers on Little Creek Base. I drove to Nunez and showed them the mug and exactly what I wanted and they said sure no problem. 24 hours and they gave me a quote of about $70, which was a great deal considering the short notice; I needed the mug done for the retirement party which was in two days. The next afternoon, after work, I went to pick up the mug. The finished product was perfect! Great job done by the owner of this small family run business!

This places seems to be a great business and if they plan to stay that way I think they should pay attention to how the customers are being treated.

I was told the appraiser would contact me within 24 hours. I was contacted 3 days later. We scheduled a time for him to come out. I asked him to arrive no earlier than 2pm because of my work schedule. He shows up 20 minutes early. When I answered the door he didn't identify himself as the appraiser. He had his son with him as well. He spent a total of 5 minutes in my home. I have an updated paper shredder in my home...he asked if that was an air conditioner. Smh. He told me it would take about a week to put the appraisal together. After week 2...I contacted the mortgage company. They said that the appraiser was having trouble finding comps. It took 3 weeks for him to come back with an appraisal that was 11,000 less than what I was quoted. I was told that I could dispute it. I had a comparative market analysis completed by a local real estate agent. The report confirmed what the mortgage company initially told me. I submitted the paperwork. I was told it should be a few days. After about a week and a half the mortgage company had to contact this appraiser for an estimated completion date. Several days later.... the appraiser sent back the same report. I don't believe he even looked at the analysis. This has been an absolutely horrible experience. The mortgage company understands my frustration but are unable to hold him accountable. I don't recommend anyone use this company for anything. Horrible service, inaccurate appraisals and completely unprofessional.

The Appraiser only had her grandson take pictures and didn't check anything. Appraiser was told of upgrades but only listed the upgraded bathrooms and our home came in way under value we thought. Also the appraiser compared our home to much smaller and older homes in the neighborhood and even outside of our neighborhood and there are plenty of the exact same homes like ours in our neighborhood. Very upset we had to pay over $500 for this and turned down our refinance at this time.
