After o tried on clothes and Went to the register to pay the sales girl then said I couldn't use it and had to call her boss again. Her boss said that the coupon couldn't be used because their website got hacked and that website was no longer used by their store even though it's was still active. The coupon should have been honored regardless of the problems They were having. I won't go back into that store. Bad store policy.

I've also known the owner for years - she is a kind, respectable person who truly cares about her customers. However, over the past year or two, I've noticed a decline in customer service. There are a few sales associates whose approach often makes shopping uncomfortable. They seem eager to help younger women or those who fit the mold of a certain aesthetic, but if you don't, the experience changes. Instead of showing flattering pieces that could accentuate your positives, they tend to pull oversized items - with more of an appeasing "let's cover you up" attitude rather than talking to you positively about what could look good on you. Even when I share my preferences and typical size, I'm often presented with clothing that feels mismatched to what I've expressed I like. At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like inexperience or a lack of understanding of how to style different body types. Additionally, hiring only sales staff who look and act "trendy" misses the mark when it comes to connecting with the broader demographic of women who should be embraced and celebrated as valued customers. It's too bad, because the clothes themselves are cute - but the experience has become so unpleasant that I will be taking this place off my list of places to shop.

You can only bring clothes in bins, reusable bags or laundry baskets. Do not bring it in garbage bags they will not accept it. You can drop off your clothes and show your driver's license and they will text you when they are done "buying." When you return, you can see what they chose to by and how much they would pay. At that point you can accept or deny it. They do give you a coupon to promote shopping at same day which is appreciated. I do understand as they need to make some profit on the items however I wish I was given more. If you are in the area, you can give it a try but I wouldn't make an extra trip here.
