I've never bought a suit so we were pretty lost. Misha took over. My sons only requirement was "nothing fancy" Yes I would have loved him in a very stylish suit but he vehemently refused. Misha got it all together for him including shoes, belt, tie, shirts and even socks! We were extremely happy! She made it so much easier than we thought it was going to be. I've also known the owner for years - she is a kind, respectable person who truly cares about her customers. However, over the past year or two, I've noticed a decline in customer service. There are a few sales associates whose approach often makes shopping uncomfortable. They seem eager to help younger women or those who fit the mold of a certain aesthetic, but if you don't, the experience changes. Instead of showing flattering pieces that could accentuate your positives, they tend to pull oversized items - with more of an appeasing "let's cover you up" attitude rather than talking to you positively about what could look good on you. Even when I share my preferences and typical size, I'm often presented with clothing that feels mismatched to what I've expressed I like. At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like inexperience or a lack of understanding of how to style different body types. Additionally, hiring only sales staff who look and act "trendy" misses the mark when it comes to connecting with the broader demographic of women who should be embraced and celebrated as valued customers. It's too bad, because the clothes themselves are cute - but the experience has become so unpleasant that I will be taking this place off my list of places to shop.

When I arrived, the first staff member/nurse asked for my ID and had me select the studs. Then a…read moresecond nurse came in, asked for my ID again, and told me to wait. A third nurse later came in and seemed unaware that we had already been waiting and apologized. Overall, the process felt a bit disorganized, with some lack of communication between staff members. The service itself was polite, but I was also surprised by the pricing. I was told I couldn't get my ears pierced with a gun and that it had to be done with a needle, which was $35 per ear so totaling $70 for both ears. On top of that, I had to purchase the studs separately, which were $70 each for each ear, totaling $140 for the pair. My total came to $245 for the piercing, earrings, and the $20 solution which felt quite expensive. While the staff was professional and kind, I think clearer communication about the process and full pricing upfront would have made the experience better.

At first we had a good experience bringing our 6 year old daughter in for her first ear piercing. A…read morelittle over a month later, just outside their 30 day window, one of her earrings fell out. We realized this when she woke up the next morning, but the hole had closed overnight. We still had the earring. We brought her in the next day to get her ear pierced again. Long story short, they charged us the for one ear piercing and made us buy a new set of earrings. They said it was unsanitary to use the original one. I feel the earrings they provide should have screw on backs or be of better quality that they don't come off. Kids are rough and sometimes not careful. A 30 day window is kind of ridiculous. All in all, I was just very disappointed with being charged again when I feel they should stand by their product and service.
