So sad to do this but today I experienced bad service. I have started going there since she open the business and it's so unfortunate that she was not in her best moment. I will no longer go there again to give my money to someone that has bad attitude and is rude never again so disappointed with this like business.. I used to prefer coming to the salon over everything, but after a few times now the owner continues to mess up my eyebrows. The price is raised and she continues to mess my eyebrows up I have a bald spot under one of them, and the time before this one she made one eyebrow bigger than the other. I would not recommend coming here unless you ask for Paula but other than that it's a long wait and you don't get the results you crave. read more

Katie is seriously the best! She is the first person to ever do my eyebrows back in 2017 and since then I have never looked back! She recently opened her own business and I'm so proud of her! She beautifully shapes my eyebrows for me. She may be 60 miles round trip for me but it's worth every mile! Customer service is excellent and most places the weight time is long but not here I'm able to get my eyebrows done before work and I don't feel rushed. She makes the experience very personal and. New to the city, so was looking for a new threading place. Haven't had my eyebrows down for over a year. I'm always nervous and skeptical about trying new places. Over all this place is good, my eyebrows where clean and done with a good shape. Price was only $8 and nice lady. Only thing is I'm used to a min massage with aloe Vera but she just gave me cotton and added it and gave me to do it. But would come here again! read more

I only went in for a clean up on my brows and she made them way thinner than they needed to be. She said she made them thin because it gave my brows a cleaner look which I find ridiculous because I've had my brows done where they were kept thick and they still looked clean. One brow is also shorter than the other. read more
