Here's what I've seen: they are excellent professionals at being rude in a polite manner, specially the service desk ladies. Everytime we've had any sort of issue with the car is always a hassle to get any help to solve the problem; they're always out to get your money, and I've had people standing behind me in the line complaining about the same thing, so I know it's not just me (at the beginning I thought I was getting the wrong impression but it turns out that everyone I've spoken to feel the same way). We certainly miss the Kia in Tallahassee, they definitely went above and beyond to help you solve your problems in the most efficient and inexpensive way. These people in this Kia are super friendly when you're in the process of buying a car, but as soon as you're hooked, get ready for the struggle. I despise having to come here for service.

Thank you Derrick at Kia auto sports in Columbus Georgia xoxo Pssssss go see DERRICK the best at putting you in a ka ka ka kia!!!!

I tired this dealership twice and decided to give them one more try like they say 3 strikes your out! BMW of Columbus was the only dealership that service this BMW since I been in the area! My service advisor Wesley informed me that a bolt was missing! I took my BMW to have my brake light reset and see what's going on with my engine light, radio and why the SOS light is on! I informed Wesley that I have an after market warranty and to give them a call! Wesley called the warranty company and they denied the claim for oil leaks and leaks from the radiator hose. Wesley called and gave me the information regarding the warranty company! I was charged $300.00 to look at things I didn't for and my brake light wasn't reset! Wesley informed the techs THINK it might need a modular for the radio but not sure! To sum it all up I still have no clue regarding radio the bolt thats missing or SOS light! Therefore I paid $300 for?

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE ON YOUR VEHICLE, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!…read more 1.) I took my 2011 328i in for service and maintenance. Was quoted ~$500 to do a break fluid flush, Oil change and main/AC air filter change. This is already WAY overpriced but I guess price gouging is to be expected at a dealer. When I went to pick up my vehicle since they didn't have the parts to do my breaks (Thank God) they tried charging me $700. Once I asked them to explain why my bill was an extra $200 the service rep got real uncomfortable and started talking in circles and giving me obviously incorrect information. Needless to say the bill "magically" went back to $500 due to a "mistake" entered into the computer. 2.) I was quoted at ~$650 to replace my main drive belt tensioner pully assembly. Well, I said no thanks and did some research. I ended up purchasing the part online for $28 and the installation took less then 30 minutes which I speculate would have taken about 10 minutes for a professional mechanic. Charging $650 for this job is absolutely criminal. 3.) They quoted me at $1,500 to do all 4 rotors and break pads. While this maybe isn't criminal like the previous case and is at least somewhat comparable to a local shop it is still an asinine amount to pay as it probably takes them about 20 mins per wheel. Needless to say I purchased the parts myself and installed them for less than $500. Also it is very easy to install the break pad sensors and reset the warning light on the computer yourself, just google it. These people prey on rich BMW owners that do not want the hassle of doing things themselves or shopping around and do not even bother to look at their bill. If you care about your money either go to a local import shop or do it yourself. If its the worst case scenario and you must go here bring Vaseline it makes the inevitable penetration more comfortable and triple check your bill at the end.

Unfortunately for us, our milage put us past the extended warranty, so we knew we would have to pay. We asked for the estimate and was told $300 labor, plus parts. We went to the parts department and was told $255 for the part. We decided to make an appointment (mistake #1). We showed up at 7:45 AM and they took our van back while we waited. They then came back with an estimate for $1150, nearly $450 more than our regular mechanic estimated. The part had somehow increased in price to $368 dollars. Mind you, they did not find any greater problem than when we came in for the original estimate, the original estimate was knowingly inaccurate. They said I did not have to get the work done, but I now owed the $200 for diagnosing the problem, the exact problem I told them we had when we came in. Since we were in for $200 already and had already faced the aggravation of dealing with this issue, we OK'd the repair (mistake #2). Since the job is supposed to take an hour and ten minutes and they told us they had already started, we decided to wait (mistake #3). Despite getting there at 7:45 AM we were the very last people out of the garage that day at 6:45 PM. We were clearly customers that did not rate in their eyes. We'll be looking for a new car in about a year and a half. I recommend Mike Patton in Lagrange. We have always been treated well by them.
