Soon as I got in car check engine light was on ran in told mechanic he comes out says I forgot to reset code. He knew I was heading to Disney with my family in few days. 2 days later check engine light came back on and stalling again. Almost got killed with my kids in car as it turned off on highway with truck behind us. Called Bill mechanic again he said if it goes on give it gas like u stealing the car mind u we did this everytime he told us to. Day we get ready to leave to disney we get my daughter from Huntsville got back car turning off at every light I call again and mechanic says again for 100th time to give it gas like I stealing it. Then car smells like burnt oil and car stopped working. Mind u took the car to autozone everytime check engine light went on and it read new codes. Something so simple. Now the owner calls me and says u need a new engine. First off ya did diagnostics and said it was timing chain now its readying codes that timing chain is off and converta when it never red that before. I did seek legal help and going to do what they told me. LADIES RECORD EVERY CONVERSATION YOU HAVE WITH MECHANICS thank God I have every call document3d snd recorded. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE U GO IN FOR ON3 AND COME OUT WITH NO CAR. Now I been paying users to take me to my treatments but every receipt is being saved trust me.

We thought it would be best to take it to the dealer who sold the vehicle and the warranty. Boy were we wrong. The service manager, Sandra Craig told us the claim had been denied twice when she hadn't even submitted the claim. When she did submit the claim she sabotaged it. She told the warranty company that the vehicle came in with no coolant and that my daughter continued to drive the vehicle without coolant. Audio recording available here, http://www.mediafire.com/file/6vy7fhgytdtg27d/warrantycompany.mp3/file Just copy and paste into browser to hear. When on all auctality all the coolant went into the motor via a blown head gasket. As a service manager she knew the effects of a blown head gasket. My daughter paid $450 to have her vehicle diagnosed and torn down. She was told it was a bad radiator only to find out the radiator is fine. So they did not find out what caused the vehicle to run hot. I guess we paid for nothing because we still don't know the point of failure. We are currently making a video with all the calls to this company and the warranty company stating what they were told. Oh and that bumper to bumper warranty is not what you think.

After disappointing experiences at the 4 largest auto dealers in Columbus I remembered the radio commercials from Budget and decided to see what they had on the lot. I was pre-approved coming in and my family decided on a 2011 GMC Yukon XL Denali. Jimmy the salesman I worked with and Tron, the manager, exceeded my expectations in customer service. They met me where I needed to be on price; a "Great Price" based on both KBB and TrueCar. They also offered me $1800 more for my trade than any of the Big 4! Now this is why I think you should really go to Budget. My purchase is in great shape, but has high mileage. After purchasing on Thursday I had an engine warning light come on Saturday. I called Jimmy and he said to bring it in Monday and they would take care of it. I don't think they had any legal obligation to do so, but they stood by their vehicle. I brought it in today and their mechanic ran the computer for faults. It needed a new oil pressure sensor, so they sent me to Transmission Experts up the road. While fixing the oil pressure sensor the mechanic noticed an issue with the power steering pump which without me knowing Budget told them to repair and charge to them as well. I didn't find out about the pump until I got my keys back. For the record I had the vehicle checked by an independent mechanic before purchase. I'm sure Budget made money from my purchase. If they didn't they couldn't stay in business, but I'm positive I got fairer deal than I was offered from any of the big 4. If you want a good experience I recommend you start at Budget Auto Sales.

Monday, November 10th I took the vehicle to the Subaru dealership to have it checked. The vehicle needed $3505.02 worth of repairs, including valve cover replacement. Every idiot light came on the dash. I took the car and left it at the Gil's, Rivertown Subaru advised me not to drive it. Gil's took it to Rapid Tire for repairs. Rapid Tire discovered that it needs a new transmission, and Rapid Tire declined to repair it. Gil's wants to put me in another vehicle. That vehicle was chosen for me, by Gil's. I was told with my credit and history, 'THIS' vehicle is what I qualified for. I did not have any option to select a vehicle. And they asked for $1500.00 down, that $500 down payment is a joke to get you in the dealership. I am fighting to get my money back. I don't want another jalopy from that dealership. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. My salesman, Mr. Hodges, was very nice and professional. It's Gil's Auto Sales that I have grown to hate!!!

I would not recommend buying…read morefrom this lot if you want a quality vehicle, and to not get scammed out of thousands of dollars beware of this establishment. They took back the suv with me only being 28 days behind even after I expressed to them multiple times my financial situation and troubles with the car due to the transmission going out once again, mind you this is the second transmission that was put into this vehicle when I originally got the vehicle from them two days after purchasing it the transmission went out. They told me that they would fix it and put a new one in it hasn't even been two years later, and the transmission is going out again which means they knowingly gave me a lemon. I've been paying on this SUV from them for 2 1/2 years and they have gotten every payment except for the month of October 2023, which was only one missed payment in 2 1/2 years. I originally got the car it was $7000 off the lot I have paid them over $8000 for this vehicle and and when I confronted them about why I was still paying and still had so much to pay on a car the owners assistant/family member told me my interest rate was 28% and added extra fees, so now a car that I have technically paid off has been taken back and will be resold, so to anyone who is looking to buy a used vehicle to please take your own mechanic with you to look at the vehicle thoroughly so that you are not buying based off the lies that the dealership told you it's nothing wrong with the vehicle and it perfect running condition. The wrong choice to purchase from a lot like this one may have you out of thousands of dollars and being stuck with a lemon or possibly ending up in situations where they come take the vehicle if you miss one payment. Now you're left without your money and no transportation.

I informed Wesley that I have an after market warranty and to give them a call! Wesley called the warranty company and they denied the claim for oil leaks and leaks from the radiator hose. Wesley called and gave me the information regarding the warranty company! I was charged $300.00 to look at things I didn't for and my brake light wasn't reset! Wesley informed the techs THINK it might need a modular for the radio but not sure! To sum it all up I still have no clue regarding radio the bolt thats missing or SOS light! DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE ON YOUR VEHICLE, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!…read more 1.) I took my 2011 328i in for service and maintenance. Was quoted ~$500 to do a break fluid flush, Oil change and main/AC air filter change. This is already WAY overpriced but I guess price gouging is to be expected at a dealer. When I went to pick up my vehicle since they didn't have the parts to do my breaks (Thank God) they tried charging me $700. Once I asked them to explain why my bill was an extra $200 the service rep got real uncomfortable and started talking in circles and giving me obviously incorrect information. Needless to say the bill "magically" went back to $500 due to a "mistake" entered into the computer. 2.) I was quoted at ~$650 to replace my main drive belt tensioner pully assembly. Well, I said no thanks and did some research. I ended up purchasing the part online for $28 and the installation took less then 30 minutes which I speculate would have taken about 10 minutes for a professional mechanic. Charging $650 for this job is absolutely criminal. 3.) They quoted me at $1,500 to do all 4 rotors and break pads. While this maybe isn't criminal like the previous case and is at least somewhat comparable to a local shop it is still an asinine amount to pay as it probably takes them about 20 mins per wheel. Needless to say I purchased the parts myself and installed them for less than $500. Also it is very easy to install the break pad sensors and reset the warning light on the computer yourself, just google it. These people prey on rich BMW owners that do not want the hassle of doing things themselves or shopping around and do not even bother to look at their bill. If you care about your money either go to a local import shop or do it yourself. If its the worst case scenario and you must go here bring Vaseline it makes the inevitable penetration more comfortable and triple check your bill at the end.
