There are TV's everywhere including a huge screen out in the field. Each level has its own bathroom, bar and seating area. There's plenty of parking (free). Very bad experience. I had a bachelors party and we had put at a 2 hour bay. One hour in, 3 people in red shirts came up and said the bay was reserved one hour in and told us to leave the bay. There were 6 bays next to us that were open. They said it was this specific bay and the ones that were empty were reserved. So we were forced to leave 1 hour early. They took off the other hour off our bill however we had a party of 8 and 1 hour is not enough. We originally had 2 hours on our bay. We came here with a group of friends and had such a fun time. One of my friends brought their one-year-old, and even baby Joey was having a blast lol, which made it even better. Our reservations is at 3pm, but honestly even if you don't have one and the wait is an hour or two, it's still not bad. There are TVs everywhere and a bar area where you can hang out while you wait. This time we were on the third floor, and I actually liked it more than being on the ground level. The vibe just felt a little better up there. Food was, as always, really good. We ordered boneless wings with fries, chips and salsa with guac, and a few drinks. My husband and I skipped alcohol this time since we gave it up for a lent, but honestly it didn't make a difference since we are not big drinkers like we used to and we still had the best time! I've been seeing the new Topgolf in El Segundo near me and finally decided to give it a try. I reserved a bay for an hour and a half and showed up on the day of my booking. The parking lot was pretty full since the place was busy, but it's a large lot so it wasn't hard to find parking. Once inside, the place looked really nice and the staff greeted us right away. Customer service was friendly and helpful. They showed us where our bay was, and once we got settled a server came over to help us log in and also offered to take any food or drink orders. We ordered some tacos along with the pita and hummus. Quite honestly, for a place where you're golfing and constantly touching golf clubs, there seemed to be a lot of finger foods on the menu. The food was cool, nothing special, but still enjoyable enough for the experience. The whole setup was really smooth and the staff made everything easy. I've actually never played golf or swung a golf club before, but it ended up being really fun and easy to pick up. The atmosphere inside was great and the overall ambience made it a fun place to hang out. My only small critique would be the pricing. Despite making a reservation, we were placed on the very edge in the worst spot on the bottom floor while many better bays remained empty the entire time, supposedly reserved for guests who never arrived. When we asked to switch, staff refused and were dismissive throughout the visit, and Kinsey was completely unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate us at all. After reading other Yelp reviews, it seems this is a common issue with reservations and customer service. Came for the practice range left with a satisfied appetite! This was my first time coming to Topgolf! Man was it worth all the hype?! Absolutely was a blast and a definitely something I've been wanting to check out! The entire experience overall was fantastic, the whole setup they have going on here is hands down probably one of the better driving range experiences I've ever been too. We rented out two lanes on the 3rd floor for a hour or so. Each lane has its own clubs and touch screen to get your party setup and going. The range has a nice setup for practicing your accuracy and your distance. They also have fun games you can play with your friends or family that is part of the tablet and whole tv experience, when you rent out the tee pad. My favorites of the food side of things were, the shrimp tacos, deep fried Mac and cheese bites with marinara dipping sauce, pepperoni pizza with hot honey on top, and the traditional wings with the Asian sauce! Recently I came here for a company event. Topgolf basically turns the boring mini golf into more of an arcade style experience. [Parking]: Huge designated parking lot and I had no issue finding an available spot. [Price]: To reserve a hitting bay, 120 minutes for 4 players = $80 on weekdays to $160 on weekends. Each bay can fit up to 6 players max. [What to expect]: Each player must provide an email to register before starting the 1st game. Afterward players can use the touchscreen to choose different game modes. Depending on which game mode, you do not need to be good at golf in order to win. For example, anyone can win at the game called 'Block Party' as long as they understand what to aim in order to achieve a high score. [Food]: Topgolf offered catering - food tasted solid, but desserts were far too sweet for my taste. [Conclusion]: Topgolf is a very beginner friendly golfing experience that can be fun, but I will have to admit at some point some of my coworkers got bored & tired of swinging golf clubs by the 2nd / 3rd hour and ended up just chit-chat on the side. Had a girls day out on a Sunday. Booking this venue was more complicated than it needed to be. Our group had to change our time as some of the girls in our group ran late, yet they sat and started the time when only part of the group was there. So some of the girls didn't get the same amount of time to play. The servers were helpful but giving a low review as booking to play is more complicated than it needs to be. I was part of the staff events committee and we had our summer "picnic' at this location and it was a hit! We had a lot of first-timers who are now interested in returning back to Top Golf to hang out. The parking is plentiful but we were still advised to come on the earlier side as they tend to fill up. There are several levels of Top Golf and we were booked on the top floor. We had access to 22 of the stations, including on that seems to be for VIP. Music was playing and the screens are set up so you can see who in your party is placed in the leaderboard. IT was such a great perk as it allows people to be in a friendly competition. You don't have to be a pro or play golf. This is a great way to learn and practice hitting the ball. They have several digital games in which state of the art technology can record and track each ball you hit. Kids in our party were able to participate as they have clubs that are small enough for them. My 3 year old niece was also able to play as they provided a set of golf clubs big enough for her. Our package included a Mexi-Cali spread with several stations covering the floor. Friendly staff manned the stations and as well as each bays for alcoholic and bar orders. Topgolf is always a good time. we've been to several topgolf locations in Vegas and South Florida area and love the concept. With that said, Topgolf can get expensive between the bay rentals and food/drinks. They had a summer special with half off on Monday-Thursdays so we took our kids and nieces/nephews. The half off days are usually on Tuesdays only but this is a summer special. Made a reservation online, which was very easy and convenient. We got one bay rental for $67. We went on a Wednesday at 1:30-3:30pm. They give you 2 hours for your bay reservation. Keep in mind if you haven't been to Topgolf before and are a new member, they will charge you $5 per new member. Topgolf sent us a text right before our reservation, once we confirmed, they sent us our bay number. Once we arrive to the location, we can go straight to the designated bay area. Our server was James and he was very attentive. You got settled and let the kids play a little before ordering food. We got a few small bites, including the pretzel bites, mac & cheese bites, cheese flatbread and injectable donuts. The food at Topgolf is pretty consistent and everything was delicious. Love that Topgolf gives you the option to pick themed golf scenarios. The kids picked Angry Birds and Fantastic Four and it was so much fun. We were all competing the same game, which was cool so we could see how others were doing even though we were not in the same bay. With so many people, we were able to get two rounds of the block game in the 90 minutes. Topgolf is pricey, but luckily this was on the company. Our package also included food and drinks. I have to say that the food was quite disappointing. We had salad, chicken, beef, salmon, mac&cheese, and some desserts. It was all quite dry or unflavorful. They really need to step up the food game here. It is also strange that they don't allow us to take home leftovers, so seem like a waste of the remaining food we didn't finish. Had a ton of fun! It was my first time playing Topgolf (and I'm severely unathletic lol), so I was a bit intimidated for my first time. As the beginner of the group, I somehow got first place and did well on all the games we chose. They seem haphazard and not really based on skill. But guess what?! I LOVED WINNING AND I HAD A BLAST SO I DON'T CARE WHAT THEY'RE BASED ON We played for 2 hours with a group of 4 (thought that this would be too much time but it was actually the perfect amount of time). I read other reviews that said the food was bad. I actually thought the food was good! Now it wasn't the BEST food I've ever had, but compared to other entertainment venue foods, it was actually pretty good! We ordered the wings and mac and cheese bites. I had a very unfortunate experience at Topgolf El Segundo on January 18 that I feel others should be aware of. During my visit, I was accidentally struck in the head by a golf club. The team lacked empathy and rushed me to leave as if I was a nuisance to them. The impact resulted in a hematoma and bruising on my forehead, nose, and shoulder. I experienced nausea afterward and had to see a doctor. I also had to take time off work, including missing an important onsite meeting with executives. I understand that accidents can happen, but what was especially disappointing was how long it took to reach a resolution. I first reported the incident shortly after it occurred on January 18, and it was not until March 31 that I received a final response that Topgolf would not be providing any compensation. As a gesture, I was offered another visit to Topgolf, including a room for 6 people for 2 hours and a food and beverage voucher. However, after sustaining a head injury at the venue, it is difficult to feel comfortable returning to a place that now feels unsafe. The situation involved medical symptoms, visible injury, and professional disruption, so the proposed resolution did not feel appropriate. I tried to handle this privately and patiently over the course of more than two months, but ultimately felt that my concerns were not meaningfully addressed. I followed up with the team just last week but they did not respond. I am sharing this experience so others can make informed decisions, and also in the hope that Topgolf will reconsider how situations like this are handled in the future. When a guest experiences a physical injury at an establishment, there should be a stronger effort to demonstrate care, accountability, and resolution. I hope Topgolf will review its safety awareness practices around swinging clubs and improve how customer injuries are handled going forward. read more

We have had fantastic times in the past at Topgolf. This time was not as great. I wish it could be more consistent. It was lunchtime on Sunday. We looked at the Topgolf App and it said that there was NO WAIT on the App. So we thought, great, let's get over there and order some lunch. But when we got in, the check in desk said no, that there was an hour wait, and that we were on the bottom of the waiting list. So far down at the bottom, that there was a first person couldn't find our request and a second person had to confirm our place on the wait list. So we're hungry and looking at an hour wait, so we decided to leave and get food down the street. About 10 minutes later, we got a text saying that there was a table available. Then our request was canceled immediately afterwards. We had to get back on the wait list. The app said 30 minutes at that point so we get back on the list, and ended up waiting about an hour. This is now two hours past the first time we put our name on the wait list. I don't mind waiting, but please get your staff and app times to coordinate their estimates a little better.
