We love coming to Topgolf and always have a great time once we actually get to play. I have the summer membership pass which has been good overall but the timing could be better. The weekday windows mostly conflict with office hours so weekdays are pretty much ruled. That leaves weekend mornings or Sunday evenings as the realistic options. Sunday evening is probably the only saving grace. That said once you get a bay and start playing, the experience is really fun. It fun playing with friends and family and I like that there are different games you can pick depending on skill level. You do not have to be a serious golfer to enjoy it which makes it easy for everyone to participate. The food is okay. Not the main reason to come here but good enough while you are playing. just wish the membership timing had a little more flexibility for people who cannot realistically use it during weekday work honestly read more

Rude employees and unprofessional! Called to make a reservation via phone and was directed to make it online. Told him I was interested in the 60 minutes vs the 120 minutes that appeared online. Was told I could change the reserved bay time upon arrival to just go ahead and schedule the 120 minutes. After telling I would use a promo code for 1 hour free top golf session. He attitude and way of speaking to me change 100%. Told me he couldn't help me. When asking more questions about promo he said to go online and make the reservation there. I told him again I wasn't able to find it. He replied with "I am sorry then." Excuse me what? If you didn't want to help me just tell me or find someone who can. I've passed by Topgolf countless times and finally went with a group of coworkers. The place is spacious and festive and the workers were kind and helpful. We had 20+ people and 4 bays. The food included boneless wings, cheese and charcuterie, BBQ meatballs, spinach artichoke dip, tortilla chips, donut holes with chocolate and raspberry sauce, and soda. Regardless of one's skill level, it was fun and entertaining hitting the ball and trying to rack up points. read more

We came here with a group of friends and had such a fun time. One of my friends brought their one-year-old, and even baby Joey was having a blast lol, which made it even better. Our reservations is at 3pm, but honestly even if you don't have one and the wait is an hour or two, it's still not bad. There are TVs everywhere and a bar area where you can hang out while you wait. This time we were on the third floor, and I actually liked it more than being on the ground level. The vibe just felt a little better up there. Food was, as always, really good. We ordered boneless wings with fries, chips and salsa with guac, and a few drinks. My husband and I skipped alcohol this time since we gave it up for a lent, but honestly it didn't make a difference since we are not big drinkers like we used to and we still had the best time! We're located in Montebello, but since my daughter had just completed MITT training and graduated from the Advance Group, we decided to visit the Topgolf near the airport to celebrate. The first impression honestly caught me off guard. We had to go through security and a metal detector just to enter, which already felt a bit uncomfortable for a casual family outing. As a 6-year Elite Yelper, this was probably one of the worst experiences I've had in the last five years that resulted in me leaving a low-star review and I eat out everywhere. Once our bay host arrived, he immediately said, "I know you're from Montebello," and then told us to use the mobile ordering system. It took a while to download and get set up. I had to ask for waters, and although there were 8 of us, he only brought 5 waters. After placing our mobile order, he dropped off a few plates and napkins, but overall he seemed far more focused on cleaning nearby bays and folding napkins in the back than actually checking on or serving our group. With our first food order, I specifically ordered two baskets of fries, but they never arrived. I informed the bay host, and although he walked away, he never appeared to notify the kitchen or follow up. We waited quite a while, even receiving and nearly finishing our second round of food before I finally had to ask a manager about the missing fries. Thankfully, she brought them out quickly. Throughout the visit, I repeatedly had to ask different employees for basic things waters for the kids, to-go boxes, and other simple service items that should have been checked on throughout the experience. I ended up leaving a lower tip, which is honestly much lower than what I normally leave. I'm actually a genourous tipper but he wouldn't have known that because of the level of service we got. Someone in my group even suggested I should have left only $10 based on the service. I still felt bad leaving a tip like that but I had to base it on we received, which unfortunately felt like a one-star experience. The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 is because the food itself was decent, and every other employee or manager who helped us was kind and pleasant. The ONLY reason for three stats is because of ten security on the way out. They act rude and quite ghetto. We had a corporate group there. And before we left they were pushing and being confrontational with the two males in our group. It made no sense. We were all walking out from having an amazing time. I don't know if they thought we were with another group that seemed to be getting kicked out but that was a complete RUIN of all the fun we had just had there. To push and curse us to get out was absurd. They really need to know who their customers are and separate who is who. We could see they were stopping people from coming in and getting people out and we were literally trying to leave to go home. We had spent a good couple of hours there from 2:45 to 8pm. We will not be back to this location. I did read the reviews about the security but never thought we would be in between issues like this. I would say this is the ONLY area that needs a revamp. Hire actual security and not ones that think they can start fights with all customers for a highlight of their day. Glad the men in our party are not immature and just told them to calm down and asked for the manager. In which that also did not happen because they just kept pushing everyone out. It took me a while to post because the stars would have been 1. The drinks were good. The beers were cold. The food we ordered were good. The restrooms were clean. Facility is huge. Ample parking. I came for a birthday celebration (party of 30). We all had a good time. The party package came with food, and a birthday sign along with complimentary donut holes. We had brisket, mac n cheese, salad, jalapeño cornbread, chicken and green beans. The food was decent. There are 3 levels and our party was on the 3rd level (higher up the better in my opinion). There are TV's everywhere including a huge screen out in the field. Each level has its own bathroom, bar and seating area. There's plenty of parking (free). I've been seeing the new Topgolf in El Segundo near me and finally decided to give it a try. I reserved a bay for an hour and a half and showed up on the day of my booking. The parking lot was pretty full since the place was busy, but it's a large lot so it wasn't hard to find parking. Once inside, the place looked really nice and the staff greeted us right away. Customer service was friendly and helpful. They showed us where our bay was, and once we got settled a server came over to help us log in and also offered to take any food or drink orders. We ordered some tacos along with the pita and hummus. Quite honestly, for a place where you're golfing and constantly touching golf clubs, there seemed to be a lot of finger foods on the menu. The food was cool, nothing special, but still enjoyable enough for the experience. The whole setup was really smooth and the staff made everything easy. I've actually never played golf or swung a golf club before, but it ended up being really fun and easy to pick up. The atmosphere inside was great and the overall ambience made it a fun place to hang out. My only small critique would be the pricing. Came for the practice range left with a satisfied appetite! This was my first time coming to Topgolf! Man was it worth all the hype?! Absolutely was a blast and a definitely something I've been wanting to check out! The entire experience overall was fantastic, the whole setup they have going on here is hands down probably one of the better driving range experiences I've ever been too. We rented out two lanes on the 3rd floor for a hour or so. Each lane has its own clubs and touch screen to get your party setup and going. The range has a nice setup for practicing your accuracy and your distance. They also have fun games you can play with your friends or family that is part of the tablet and whole tv experience, when you rent out the tee pad. My favorites of the food side of things were, the shrimp tacos, deep fried Mac and cheese bites with marinara dipping sauce, pepperoni pizza with hot honey on top, and the traditional wings with the Asian sauce! I came for someone's kid's party, so it wasn't competitive or anything. It took a second to figure out which club I needed, and the differences between the clubs. After that, things went pretty smoothly. I like the digital gaming interface. My swings and aim got better with each round. The place was clean and the layout gives you the ability to chill even if you sit out a few rounds. Lots of parking available (like, a ton), clean bathrooms, and friendly, attentive staff. I love that the bays are rather like little private cabana areas for your group. I love the open air feel. [Parking]: Huge designated parking lot and I had no issue finding an available spot. [Price]: To reserve a hitting bay, 120 minutes for 4 players = $80 on weekdays to $160 on weekends. Each bay can fit up to 6 players max. [What to expect]: Each player must provide an email to register before starting the 1st game. Afterward players can use the touchscreen to choose different game modes. Depending on which game mode, you do not need to be good at golf in order to win. For example, anyone can win at the game called 'Block Party' as long as they understand what to aim in order to achieve a high score. [Food]: Topgolf offered catering - food tasted solid, but desserts were far too sweet for my taste. [Conclusion]: Topgolf is a very beginner friendly golfing experience that can be fun, but I will have to admit at some point some of my coworkers got bored & tired of swinging golf clubs by the 2nd / 3rd hour and ended up just chit-chat on the side. As for the food, it was standard bar choices but could have been better in both quality. They began clearing our food and drinks before our time was even up and we weren't allowed to take leftovers home, which was disappointing. Came here for a work event, and I can see why people host birthday parties or corporate events here. It's mostly outdoor, there is enough time in between players to chat, and there's food available. Is the food amazing? Not so much, but it's good enough. We got barbecue meatballs, small bite-size pretzels, and some deli meats. Our group had to change our time as some of the girls in our group ran late, yet they sat and started the time when only part of the group was there. I was part of the staff events committee and we had our summer "picnic' at this location and it was a hit! We had a lot of first-timers who are now interested in returning back to Top Golf to hang out. The parking is plentiful but we were still advised to come on the earlier side as they tend to fill up. There are several levels of Top Golf and we were booked on the top floor. We had access to 22 of the stations, including on that seems to be for VIP. Music was playing and the screens are set up so you can see who in your party is placed in the leaderboard. IT was such a great perk as it allows people to be in a friendly competition. You don't have to be a pro or play golf. This is a great way to learn and practice hitting the ball. They have several digital games in which state of the art technology can record and track each ball you hit. Kids in our party were able to participate as they have clubs that are small enough for them. My 3 year old niece was also able to play as they provided a set of golf clubs big enough for her. Our package included a Mexi-Cali spread with several stations covering the floor. Friendly staff manned the stations and as well as each bays for alcoholic and bar orders. Topgolf is always a good time. we've been to several topgolf locations in Vegas and South Florida area and love the concept. With that said, Topgolf can get expensive between the bay rentals and food/drinks. They had a summer special with half off on Monday-Thursdays so we took our kids and nieces/nephews. The half off days are usually on Tuesdays only but this is a summer special. Made a reservation online, which was very easy and convenient. We got one bay rental for $67. We went on a Wednesday at 1:30-3:30pm. They give you 2 hours for your bay reservation. Keep in mind if you haven't been to Topgolf before and are a new member, they will charge you $5 per new member. Topgolf sent us a text right before our reservation, once we confirmed, they sent us our bay number. Once we arrive to the location, we can go straight to the designated bay area. Our server was James and he was very attentive. You got settled and let the kids play a little before ordering food. We got a few small bites, including the pretzel bites, mac & cheese bites, cheese flatbread and injectable donuts. The food at Topgolf is pretty consistent and everything was delicious. Love that Topgolf gives you the option to pick themed golf scenarios. The kids picked Angry Birds and Fantastic Four and it was so much fun. Fortunately, I had a great time and all you gotta do is hit the ball. I could not hit it far by any means, but as long as you can hit the ball, it'll all be a-okay. PLUS, they have beginner's clubs which makes it much easier to hit the ball. I only used the beginner club and did not dare veer away from it (it became my new emotional support item). The games at Topgolf are funny because they are SO RANDOM. There's no apparent way to distinguish what will score points or not. As the beginner of the group, I somehow got first place and did well on all the games we chose. They seem haphazard and not really based on skill. But guess what?! I LOVED WINNING AND I HAD A BLAST SO I DON'T CARE WHAT THEY'RE BASED ON We played for 2 hours with a group of 4 (thought that this would be too much time but it was actually the perfect amount of time). I read other reviews that said the food was bad. I actually thought the food was good! Now it wasn't the BEST food I've ever had, but compared to other entertainment venue foods, it was actually pretty good! We ordered the wings and mac and cheese bites. The wings were crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, and all the sauces were good! The mac and cheese bites were fried to perfection and oh so cheesy. Very bad experience. I had a bachelors party and we had put at a 2 hour bay. One hour in, 3 people in red shirts came up and said the bay was reserved one hour in and told us to leave the bay. They took off the other hour off our bill however we had a party of 8 and 1 hour is not enough. We originally had 2 hours on our bay. Despite making a reservation, we were placed on the very edge in the worst spot on the bottom floor while many better bays remained empty the entire time, supposedly reserved for guests who never arrived. When we asked to switch, staff refused and were dismissive throughout the visit, and Kinsey was completely unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate us at all. After reading other Yelp reviews, it seems this is a common issue with reservations and customer service. To their credit the server that brought it out saw it and told me the kitchen made a mistake before I had to tell them myself or before I took a bite.
