I went with my nephew to make sure he didn't get taken advantage of since he didn't have much experience buying a car. With Idrive, I think he would have been fine without me. Almost everybody dreads walking into a car dealership because you're expecting the high pressure and sales tricks? Idrive was different. Dealing with their sale representative Liz and owner Edgar was a pleasure. They were straight forward and transparent about the sales process and offered us a great car at a very fair price. They were professional and got the paper work don't quickly so we weren't forced to wait unnecessarily. I will definitely give them a shout the next time I'm looking for a car.

Purchased a used Mercedes GLC from this dealership in January 2025 for my daughter's first car, and…read morewhat followed has been one of the most incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered with any business. The first red flag should have been the sales process itself. Ross altered numbers, overcharged us, and provided inaccurate figures both on paperwork and to the loan company in order to secure the sale. When the discrepancy was discovered and we demanded it be corrected -- because yes, $200 matters when you are already handing over a $9,000 down payment -- instead of fixing the error properly, we were brushed off with promises of a "free oil change" that was never honored. The ONLY smart decision made during this purchase was buying the extended warranty Ross pushed so aggressively. Since purchasing the vehicle, my daughter has been stranded on the interstate, we've dealt with towing expenses, repeated breakdowns, and multiple major mechanical failures. While frustrating, I understood that used vehicles can have issues, and I was thankful we had the warranty coverage. That's where this dealership somehow became even worse. When scheduling service, I clearly documented every issue with the vehicle, including warning lights and mechanical concerns. The car remained there for over a week. Ross personally called to say the vehicle was "completely fixed," the warranty had paid approximately $2,300, and everything was ready for pickup. My daughter drove 45 minutes, paid the deductible, got into the car... and absolutely nothing had been repaired. The dashboard was still lit up like a Christmas tree. After confronting them, the explanation was essentially that they somehow collected money from BOTH the customer and the warranty company while simultaneously "missing" every actual repair request. We AGAIN documented every issue in writing and made it abundantly clear what needed repaired. Another week passes. Jacob then texts saying the vehicle is "100% ready this time." The level of disrespect, arrogance, and lack of professionalism from him throughout this process was astounding. Dismissive, rude, degrading, and completely lacking basic customer service skills. He proudly tells me the warranty paid "another $4,000." And yet AGAIN -- the vehicle was STILL not repaired. The invoice itself listed: * Oil leak * Failed electric water pump * Collapsed motor mount * Rear wiper failure * Coolant pump issues * Air compressor problems * Front wheel speed sensor failure * Rear brake pad sensor * Starter battery excessive resistance * Lower oil pan leak Yet somehow, despite thousands being billed and collected, the vehicle was STILL returned unfixed. Ross's explanation? "I knew the air was the priority." The AIR was the priority? Not the active oil leak? Not the failed water pump? Not the issues that could destroy the engine or create a serious safety concern for a teenage driver? At this point, I genuinely cannot tell whether this dealership operates through incompetence, fraudulent warranty billing, deliberate deception, or some combination of all three. The car has now been there for nearly a MONTH and still has not been properly repaired. After happily selling the warranty and repeatedly agreeing to complete repairs, they are now suddenly claiming they are "moving away from warranty work." We are now involving an attorney because we are out thousands of dollars while being given the runaround by people presenting themselves as professionals while operating with absolutely no integrity, accountability, or honesty. Please do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from this dealership. Disgusting experience from start to finish.

Since I've never served in the military, my qualification is my father was a World War Two veteran. One advantage to belonging to Navy FCU is their customer service is open 24/7. Additionally, since they have very few branches across the U. S., most transactions can be done on line or via the telephone with customer service. Additionally, Navy FCU has ATM agreements with many other credit unions which allows you to access your accounts locally. I've not had any experience with loans from Navy, but I can tell you in general their savings rates are among some of the highest in the country. Navy has several savings specials throughout the year that are outstanding when compared to local institutions. Once I became an established member, the customer service via telephone has been outstanding. If you live in the Louisville area, the closest brick and mortar branch is in Radcliff KY, right outside one of the Fort Knox gates. I have visited this particular branch twice. Both times the business I needed to conduct was handled quickly and efficiently. So far I am extremely happy Navy FCU. One final note: Qualifying and establishing your account with Navy can be lengthy and requires several documents. Their security protocols can be difficult to establish, but this should give you peace of mind once established.

Looked at their most expensive vehicle (of their 8-10 in inventory) Sent a deposit several days prior to visiting. Salesperson Sayeed was outstanding- not very well versed on vehicles/ technology but very courteous, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Vehicle in question had what they termed minor front end damage - also noted on Carfax. However, front undercarriage had more extensive deep scrapes, damaged ducting and also a very deep gouge under drivers door threshold- Carfax unfortunately isn't always accurate or detailed. Ran OBD2 codes - vehicle had multiple faults - in several of the PCMs - transmission, suspension, electronics and more. Test drove on freeway - vibration front end, steering wheel cocked left, vehicle misaligned Rear end vibrations horrible. Severe shaking at freeway speed. NOT FLAT SPOTTED TIRES! Brakes severely weak!! Would not stop well without strong brake pedal pressure. These were just the things I saw. Car was also poorly prepped/detailed. Under crossmembers full of debris/rocks, frunk cover removed and components covered in dirt. So sad given this type of car, drove three hours to trade my impeccable car plus cash. Walked into "dealership" - salesperson entered his managers office, manager glanced at me smugly. Salesperson came out and said okay, guess we're done. I was perplexed!! I thought the manager would at least come out and greet me AND, BIG AND, MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO SELL THE CAR!! Blew my mind they wouldn't try:) Heck, I wanted the car badly - they could have offered to at least resolve the drive ability issues, come down a thousand in price and still have a deal. Instead he said okay, see you later. At that point I asked for my deposit back. Salesperson told me couple days prior if deal fell thru I'd get it back. Car was in poor shape and not even SAFE to drive home!!!! Manage said deposits are non-refundable. What?? What kind of business needs my $500 deposit to stay in operation AFTER trying to sell an unsafe, damaged, poorly prepped high line car!! At that point I did get upset and said "bullshit, I want my deposit back and I know the automotive business better than they do" The owner came out and said "fine give him back his deposit " owner made some comment like get out of here and gave me a look that absolutely seemed like he was going to physically approach me. At this point I texted my son waiting outside to come in so I have a witness!! Owner became threatening. Worst experience I've ever had at ANY business let alone automotive!!! Blew my mind!! Car was under blue book! If they spent just a little time and a few hundred dollars they could have listed the car for much more - but maybe the issues needing resolution were just too expensive for their small operation to pay for and still make some kind of profits there. To recap: - awful vehicles - no prep, safety or service checks - sales manager very discourteous - owner threatening - and then operationally - just a poor business - didn't even attempt to "save the deal". Totally odd. Anyhow, drive back home my son and I discussed - we were astounded!! And very very happy they didn't try to save the deal since I think that car was going to need a lot of work!!!!
