What a fun, comfortable, and totally professional experience! Our driver showed up at exactly when scheduled, and man oh man did he show up in style. We were greeted to a magnificent 38 passenger Party Bus that seemed more like someone's living room than a means of transportation. It had super plush leather seats on the sides of the bus, a kickass sound system, a bar with beers and White Claws, and a restroom! The driver was a very cool guy who we enjoyed chatting with. And when the clock struck midnight and it was time to head back to the hotel, he was right there, and we left as scheduled. He was an excellent driver and handled that huge piece of transportation on the crazy Long Island roads like the pro he was. A definite five-star All Star performance.

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. A surprise for my husband's 40th, little did I know the surprise was on me. I had invited close friends of ours and I wanted to cry and crawl under a rock of how humiliated I felt. Not only was it late, I was given a car on its last legs. That limo should not have been on the road. The rims were rusted, dents, bubbles, and cracks alongside the exterior, the ride was rocky, the windows didn't work and had horrible tint job. The radio didn't work, there were wires coming out of the ceiling. One of the buckets filled with ice was dirty with wrappers and bottle caps. We arrived at the first vineyard and the muffler fell off. My husband called to speak with the owner and there was no rectification offered. Although we were told by the driver that another car was coming, it was obviously a lie and so we drove from vineyard to vineyard in this broken down rust mobile now filled with fumes. The embarrassment continued each time this car pulled up alongside these beautifully polished new limos and we had to enter the "rust mobile". I cannot believe that this is acceptable to them. Their staff could also use a lesson on customer service. Thank God for social media and the wonders it works. I cannot comprehend how they manage to stay in business. No doubt our event will be unforgettable, but for all the wrong reasons.

I spoke to Jason. He was very professional on the phone. We went back and forth for arrangements. Being it was short notice, Jason went well beyond what I would have expected. He was able to put it together for us and took an interest in the job up to the last minute. When all was said and done, Jason arrived well ahead of time, no worries there. The limousine was spotless, well supplied and in beautiful condition. Jason himself was well groomed and professional in every aspect. He drove carefully and we arrived home safe. I couldn't express how much time and effort that Jason put into such a small trip and how grateful I am that with his help, was able to make it happen. In addition, the cost was well within my budget. I highly recommend this Company for all the reasons you would expect from a Limousine service.

After the play was over the driver was waiting for us in front of the theatre and then we went to Carmine's.After that, the ride home was relaxing and It was a great ending to a fun day.
