Absolutely ridiculous. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings to celebrate my mom's birthday and there is cheese in our drinks. You would think you would have enough common sense to clean the cups. We have been here on a Saturday evening not so crowded and always was attended and treated well by the staff. We order both the traditional and boneless wings. I enjoyed the traditional but the boneless looked like the chicken was cooked too long ago and had the sauces mixed in it and delivered. The meat was chewy. Ironically, The cauliflower bites were the best of the meal. They also offer a significant amount of cocktails and beers which I really enjoyed. Last night I we stopped in my food come out as I ordered but my wife order og buffalo wings and it come out with dry rub, but wasn't what she ordered she told The waiter and said I didn't want dry rub , that was taken back and fixed. Buffalo Wild Wings has excellent chicken wings but are definitely not known for their service. Its strange how its not actually the table servers that make for a bad experience but usually the rigmarole of being sat. The 1st time eating at this particular establishment they were busy but not game night busy, it was actually Valentine's day. We were told it would be a wait unless we opted for the bar area since this was not a romantic date but a casual friend night out. We must have sat their for over 15 minutes before I decided to hunt down a server. There were 3 patrons at the bar and the bartender was not busy with customers but finely engrossed in cleaning her station. Our table was right next to the bar and we must have made eye contact with her at least 5 times but she never seemed concerned with our lack of service. At one of the tables next 2 us, there also seemed to be 2 employees on duty (as they were in uniform with no food in front of them) who seemed more concerned with making a play list on their laptop than our lack of service. They ended up hanging out at that table just chilling the entire hour and a half we were there. Other employees gathered and wondered over there from time to time. So after patiently waiting for over 15 minutes (my friend and I were chatting it up anyhow) I decided to return to the host stand to see if we would get waited on that evening. He apologized and told us he would send someone over. We did get greeted with a polite and enthusiastic server that made up for lost time so good on him. It has been my experience that this seating problem and lack of concern for customers needs are pretty common and I am not super into the sports bar scene anyhow so I started getting my wings to go so I can enjoy them at home. To be able to review, I had to give this place 1 star but I do not even think that they earned that. When I arrived, hostess staff told me that they would change a television to a game that I wanted to watch. When the game started, I asked the server to change to the needed game and she told she could not because someone requested a specific game. Looking around, there was no one else faced in that direction. I challenged her on it and she acted as if she could care less. When I asked for her name and her manager, she told me that it does not matter because she did not care! I was shocked. Customers do not matter to this server and as an extension to this restaurant as a whole! I spoke to the manager and requested that this server be re-educated in customer service and/or terminated as her poor display of attitude warranted it. She then takes our order...fast forward 30 minutes and finally out comes our food. Everyone around us got theirs at the same time which was a weird I admit. I take a bite of the first wing and it's cold! I was so hungry I finally finished up and when I complained to the server she replied "would you like for me to have them make some fresh ones in a to go box?"
