One of my favorite places to get kids clothes. They have sales often so make sure you go when they are doing one of those. They are arranged by size, color and type (pants shorts, shirts, dresses ect) which makes it really easy to run in real quick and grab what you need. read more

This was my first visit to this location. I discovered the store in Ahwatukee a few days ago and found out this store was closer to me. I went in and shopped for a while and found items to purchase. The store was nice and pretty well organized. I went to the checkout and was helped by a pleasant young lady who was new. She created a new account for me. I thought the account I opened at the other location would be valid here, but I found out they are separate owners. Here's a tip, they should ask you if you are a foster parent, grand parent, military or first responder. The prior location asked me but the new employee here did not. That's a training issue, I understand. Apparently you get a 15% discount if you fall into one of these categories, so take note if it applies to you. I had my purchase rung up and it came to $104. I asked if the discount the other store gave me could be used, but the new employee didn't know. She asked another employee who flatly said no. This is the employee who earned this review only 3 stars. Her attitude was so poor, it seemed like the people in the store were a bother to her. I paid for my items and then asked if there was supposed to be a discount for foster parents. Again, the new employee didn't know, but that's not too upsetting (although it seems like a better training program is needed). She asked the other disinterested employee and she said yes, there was a 15% discount. She asked if we could apply it now, after I paid and it was another hard no. No alternative solution, nothing. Perhaps they could re-ring the purchase? How about a credit for next time? Who knows, it was just a flat no. She said you have to ask for the discount first. I asked her how I would know to ask and she said most people just know to ask. I guess there's some handbook or something that I didn't read. Anyway, it's my fault apparently. BTW, she couldn't be bothered to look up from her iPad during any of this interaction. This single employee soured the entire first experience for me at this store. Hopefully the new employee will continue her pleasant demeanor and when she's fully trained, I'm sure her customers will have a much better experience than I had today. I'll probably go back in a few months to see. In the mean time, Kid to Kid only gets 3 stars from me. read more

I'm new to the area and checked out this Kid to Kid location (preciously went to another location) to do a store credit trade in. Took a fair amount of clothes, toys, and other items and was super happy to get a fair amount of store credit! I found the staff to be very friendly, the store was clean, and offered a wide variety of clothes, shoes, and toys. I also took home several shirts, sweaters, and a couple zip ups in preparation for winter. The clothes were in like new condition & I still have a good amount of credit remaining! read more

The service at this kid to kid is always great, especially compared to the once upon a child on power! All the staff are very nice and helpful, they are always working diligently on buys and restocking. The wait times for buys are never too long that you can't just wait in the store for your offer. Though there selection of clothing is smaller than once upon a child, there items are always cleaner and in better condition. I've noticed they buy at a high rate then OUAC but are more selective with their choices which gives the section a better a quality. I would give 5 stars however the pricing is not consistent. They definitely charge a lot more for trendier/cuter and high name brand items opposed to pricing things fairly even for what the item actually is. For example I'm looking for PJ's for my kids, there are no name brand pjs for $3 but a boutique brand for $17-20. This is a consignment place and though it is a "better" brand, I'm here for a deal so I do wish the pricing was more consistent. read more

Love this store. I bought 4 jackets (2 zip up hoodie sweaters and 2 heavier coats) for my 3 kiddos for $30. I can't beat that price anywhere. There clothes are always great quality and still look new. read more

I will not go here again. I brought my items into them to sell and it was a horrible experience. And all my clothing still had the tags on it. The young lady was not very helpful or clear about anything and was so rude that I left. I will never go back and will be telling just about everyone who will listen how horrible they are. I brought in 4 totes of gently used clothes from newborn-4t. They offered me $20. $20 edging dollars for brand name clothes like carter, stride rite, Nike shoes, etc. highway robbery. I sat on the floor organizing of them too. They didn't help at all. Waste of time. Apparently clothes have an expiration date? Bizarre place. read more

Finally came to check this place out... It's literally a mile from me and every time I drive by I say I'm going to stop in. I love the consignment stores, both for myself and for my toddler so I was excited to see what kid to kid had to offer. I wasn't very impressed. I am an avid shopper of once upon a Child, so it could be that my expectation is set a little high. Kid to kid is very dingy, their quality of secondhand clothes are on par with what you would find at the Goodwill or Savers. Many items are stained and well loved. The toys don't look to be clean or well kept. Didn't find anything worth purchasing after browsing for 25 mins or so. Not planning on returning. read more

Amazing! Organzied and clean! I have shopped other kid consignment stores and there so jammed back of stuff makes it so hard to go through it. But this store was so organzied and the ladies so nice! I will definitely be going back and have already told my friends about this store! What a gem! I also visited for the 1st time during the greatest sale ever 70% off! I walked out with clothes for my 2 yo (7 shirts - a sweatshirt and 2 pair of shorts) and my new son arriving 10 sleepers 3 outfits and a awesome toy all for under $40! Clean clothes name brand stuff! Better than going to Goodwill! I know that I'm going to find a deal, especially with their coupon book. Every time I go in, my daughter gets a "free" book with the coupon, something under $1.99. I have yet to sell back to them, but I do see tons of people bringing in their stuff to sell back... And it's clean, organized, and fun. If you asked me for a negative review... Not enough room for my double stroller, but no biggie, cause the kids are never with me when I shop here! read more

Customer service was excellent! I am expecting a baby in October and looking for some nice, clean used items and I found some great stuff here. The store didn't have that musty Goodwill smell that some second hand places get, overall, everything was very clean. There were a lot of large items in the windows that looked to be almost new. Because it was my first visit, my cashier set me up with coupons and a free book for our baby. I signed up with my email and they haven't bombarded me with unnecessary stuff. I want to start off by saying the workers were very nice. I wasn't able to make a deal unfortunately with the items I was trying to sell. I was getting compliments from other customers about how awesome the toys were that I was bringing in. I also spent a lot of time making sure the items were clean and in working condition. I even got good feedback when my items were being picked through. It took about 1 hour or so and all I got offered was $37.00. One frozen doll I had cost $40.00!!! I don't see how that makes any sense. read more
