Rude manager, was short, blank face to begin with, I was cordial and tried to be as polite as possible as I have experience working in retail. She was an older woman white hair. I tried to get my money back as I had just come into town and didn't wear any clothes I purchased and they sat in my room for over a month while I was away helping family recover from surgery. I had my receipt pulled up and ready, I explained to her my situation, I just wanted to see if there was anything she could do on her end. She insisted not to, spoke down to me, repeating the policy, which wasn't necessary I wasn't pushing I was kindly asking, if there's anything she could do to help me. Either way I would have been glad to take store credit. However her rude tone and demeanor will not have me coming back. All the other employees were kind and cordial. This manager was rude and unprofessional, she also asked for my id and I gave it to her, but it didn't hit me until after how strange it is to ask for an id for store credit. That was when I asked why, she didn't seem to state the reason for needing my identification beforehand which was not appreciated, she said it goes to a third party!! not sure why. Before she expressed how she thought my jeans have been washed, I explained to her they have not been by me but since i've been out of town and those jeans have been sitting in my room, someone in my family must have washed them without my knowledge. That's all, I wasn't pushing anything more. very rude. no customer service skills. Also Old Navy never carry different inseams in person which is why I was returning the jeans to begin with!! I have always had positive experiences at this location, both with in-store shopping and in store pick up. I recently ordered two pairs of shoes for in store pickup, within the hour, I received an email that only one pair was available. When I called the store, they explained the other pair wasn't scanning but they would be happy to hold it for me up front and price match! Stellar customer service at this location! read more

I can't recall the last time I been to Old Navy, yet picked up a couple of tank tops & cargo pants while lucking up on a good sale. Although the great sales were present, the store is cramped with merchandise & displays making the perusing a slight task. We had a positive experience at this Old Navy. The store is well stocked and clean. The dressing rooms are not filled with clothing left from prior customers which is awesome! And there's even a space to sit if you are waiting for someone to try on clothes. BONUS! Yikes. What a disorganized store. I had my toddler in one of the store carts and I couldn't wheel it (or hardly walk)anywhere due to clothes all over the floor, ladders and utility carts with supplies and random merchandise in the way. Items on the racks were not in size order and the fitting room was truly a disaster zone(see pic). If I didn't have a fussy child with me at the brink of a Lindsay Lohan meltdown, I may have braved picking through the messy racks. Not in the cards. Do NOT ever order online !!! This is the second year in a row at Christmas time no less when I'm needing Christmas pajamas that they lost my order the first year they didn't even acknowledge it. It was months later that I called about it realizing a huge order never came and they refunded. Here we are again this year ordered Christmas pajamas needed for Christmas Again lost my order in transit I had to bring it to their attention. Do not give this business sales. What an inconvenience. I purchased some items online and I noticed one of the tee shirts had a hole in it. I brought the item back to get a refund. I read the reviews of this store, and my experience was somewhat different. The cashier was very nice and went out of her way to look up my order. I tried on a pair of shorts and the dressing room was clean. The store didn't look messy to me. The problem I have with Old Navy is that some of their clothing is poorly made. Another problem I have it that this brand is not size inclusive. Their smallest size shorts are too large and are vanity sized. I would go back here if needed. read more

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and great prices. I don't shop often for kids clothes but I came here to pick up some outfits for my daughter. I was asked if I needed help and they were very friendly. I politely declined as I was just browsing. When I got to the check out I was helped by Kirby and noticed her name tag said team lead. I hadn't thought much past that, but when something rang up higher than what I recalled the price being on the sign, she honored the sign even though I had clearly mistaken the one I was reading anyway. There were a lot of people checking out but the line moved quickly and I felt like I was appreciated as a customer and not just another wallet coming through the store. Came here today to find a button down shirt for my 13-yr old to wear to a sports banquet tonight. Kerry (not sure how you spell his name), a young black man, was incredibly helpful. He gave perfect and beyond excellent customer service. He was helpful and respectful. Too bad not all people take customer service as seriously as he does. He was also very personable and friendly. I haven't been to Old Navy in who knows how long but my sister was looking for baby clothes and decided to stop in this location today. I was impressed by the organization of the store. Working in retail myself, I understand that it can be difficult to maintain a big box store such as Old Navy. The racks were easily shoppable and neatly organized, well done management team and associates. We shopped the baby and toddler clothes department but didn't find very many options. My sister found a cute maternity top on sale and I was impressed with the selection of maternity jeans. On our way out I wasn't really looking but I found a really nice vintage inspired ACDC tee for my fiance. I was very happy with this find. The cashier who helped my sister and I was very nice. She was cheerful and seemed like a very happy and positive person who was very pleasant. I would definitely shop here again. For basic tees, jeans, dresses who knows, but the customer service and organization on this visit was top notch. read more

i came to old navy to stock up on some cheap basics. i don't want to spend too much for new clothing since I'm in between sizes but definitely down one pant size :) they have cute accessories and nice flip flops..which are great for summer if you have children they have some adorable kid clothes. this is your place for basic tee shirts or colorful tees, flip flops. personally, i did not like the summer dresses here. i would return for the flip flops without hesitation. read more

My favorite things at Old Navy are their tees, tanks, and pajamas. They have a big selection of jeans, but you have to commit to trying on a whole bunch before you find the right fit/style. It seems like you could even grab two or three of the same size/style and they'd still all fit differently. This location does carry maternity clothes, but don't look in the women's clothes section - the maternity clothes are in the other corner of the store, with the baby clothes. read more

The selection here sucks. This one is pretty much just a kids store. The only items that were really offered to women were just a few tank tops, and some work out clothes. There was nothing cute. I generally don't shop here, but I went in one day to buy a few gifts for my cousins since they shop here often, and I was not impressed at all. The lines are very long too. Only getting two stars because there are great deals on clothing. The service is soooooooo slow. It's like the staff doesn't care about getting the the line in an efficient way. I spent more time waiting in line than I did shopping for items. No apology is every given for the long wait. Even a manager was present and could careless. Quality of product is complete crap and what's worse is the management. They won't exchange or allow for items to be returned if washed even once. I had a T-shirt that I wore once and after the first wash the entire bottom seem came unraveled. I just wanted another like shirt, but instead of lying about the shirt being washed, I told them the truth that it was washed once and she said they can't take it back. Way, to stand by the quality of your product Old Navy!!! I sincerely hope others heed this and think twice about deciding to shop there. I have always been a fan of Old Navy. Good prices and good quality. I went to the store to buy shoes for my daughter. The store was packed but I decided to wait it out since I had already parked and gone in (it was 111* degrees outside). When I entered the store, they handed me a $5 off $35 purchase. I had gotten everything I needed and waited in line for over a half hour. When I was being rung up one of my items rang up for 20 dollars and it had been on the 9.97 'sale' rack. I brought it up with the cashier and she told me they could do a 'sign' price check. By the looks of everything that would have taken a long time, so I told her to remove it from the purchase total and she kindly did. Unfortunately without the purchase of the item, I was 2 dollars short on using he $5 off coupon so I figured I would purchase a couple flip flops (again they were $1). The cashier suspended my purchase and I had to go get the new items. So I went and grabbed two pair of flip flops and returned to the cashier, she had already taken a new customer so I waited for her to finish up. They had issues with the register and the purchase took longer than normal... and it was finally my turn. She added the additional flip flops to my purchase and rang me up for the rest of my purchase. But of course when she went to apply to coupon it wouldn't take it because Now there was a clearance item in my purchase and coupons can't be used. How the heck I bought something on clearance - I HAVE NO IDEA! I did not take any items off a clearance rack. The cashier asked me if that was 'ok' - I ended up paying for my purchase without the coupon and the flip flops were $2 when I looked at my receipt. What a joke. Not sure how this is even possible but maybe the store should have a manager near the registers if they are going to be this busy... or at least have items placed on the correct racks so this issue doesn't happen after waiting in line for an hour!!!!! read more

The products and the store itself are of quality and well organized. the staff, however, is so rude. My visit was today, around 4 o'clock and the store was not busy at all. The employee next to the dressing rooms was quick to dismiss me, and the cashier was just miserable. Horrible experience here. I walked in with my 2 kids and I pulled out a bag of goldfish crackers from purse while searching inside for my sun glasses case. The bag was open so I accidentally spilled them on the floor. I grabbed a baby wipe from my purse and started using it to "sweep" the crackers into a pile. I grabbed as many as I could with the wipe and proceeded to the nearest trash can right outside of the door. There wasn't another trash can inside of the store that I could see. As I was coming back in to get the rest of them, a female employee was sweeping up the rest. I let her know I was grateful and had just come back to get the rest. She was SO rude! Her attitude was terrible, almost as if she was mad she was sweeping up the crackers. I explained what happened and that I had every intention of cleaning them up myself but she wouldn't even look at me. I started to feel upset at how she was reacting and told her I was using a baby wipe to clean the floor since I don't carry a broom with me and she rudely said told me she was cleaning it. I was appalled at how rude this employee was! I didn't ask for help cleaning up, I didn't leave the mess and and continue on with my shopping, and I was very grateful when I came back to find her sweeping up the rest. I was so upset by how she treated me that I immediately went to find a manager and explained what had happened and that I couldn't shop in there today because I was uncomfortable after being treated so rudely. The manager said it was unacceptable behavior however as I was leaving, I looked back to see the manager approaching the employee and the employee was laughing. So apparently it was a big joke to them. It's sad because I do not shop here anymore and the rest of this store's staff has always been so nice. read more

My kids for some reason love this store but I really just am not a fan. I don't think the clothes are particularly worth the money or even really nice or good quality. For plain basics its a good store but for actual nice clothes..? Meh. The store is nice though. Clean and big and modern with decent service. There are some good clearance racks but it's so unorganized I hate looking through it. All in all I just say take your money to the next best clothing store but to each is own. =/ read more

I received an email stating dresses on sale in store and online...exciting. Go to the store and they tell me "well every store is different and if there is no sign then its not on sale" So why would I receive an email stating dresses on sale?!? Next a t-shirt on sale for 50% off, however when it rang up full price I said its on sale per the sign. Someone else chimes in and says its 50% off on 3. Instead of actually checking the sign..I got attitude from both clerks. Therefore I bought nothing and I will now drive farther in order to avoid this lousy store. Really horrible experience at this location. I rarely shop Old Navy, but ran in to get a single tank top for my daughter (with my three kids in tow). Doable, right? Nope. The complete disarray of clothes and unknowledgeable associate who attempted to help me locate the tank (found it on my own among the messes of clothing after she said it was probably in a recently arrived box in the back and that they couldn't get it for me) were just the tip of the iceberg. Getting in a very long line, there were only two associates working the cash registers and the line literally took 20 solid mins. One women turned around sympathetically (noticing my kids struggling with being confined in a narrow line surrounded by cheap food and novelties) and said, "Ugh it's always a terrible line here." Finally reaching the front, I realized that I left my wallet in the car (clearly my own fault--this *would* happen to me). I was out and back with my wallet within 2 mins. I asked the young associate if I could quickly buy the top. He stared at me blankly looking visibly uncomfortable and I let that sit for a few good seconds before saying I would return to the back of the line. I wouldn't have normally asked, but as if it weren't obvious enough to the rest of the people in line as well as cashiers, my kids could barely survive the first go-through. I don't expect entitlement, but very disappointed that they wouldn't at least call extra help up for the incredibly and ridiculously long line--let alone to quickly take care of a customer who had already waited in that long line and wanted to do everyone a favor by getting herself and her kids out of there! read more
