All PT staff are very professional and knowledgeable; Haley Davis has been my primary PT and she goes out of the way to tapper my therapy & exercises depending on what area of the left leg has weakness or muscle tightness. RTA has weights, a bicycle and other strengthening equipment that was not available at my previous PT which only focused on stretching.

At that time, I was triple feeding and when breastfeeding wholly depended on nipple shields due to excruciating pain at the latch, even post procedure. My goal was to exclusively breastfeed without the shield, which I frankly thought was impossible. Brittany was a joy to work with. She gave us the confidence to be active participants in our son's therapy. We diligently implemented her treatment plan and we were off the shield within two weeks of our first visit. We still needed a little more help for my little chomper thereafter, but my son is now 3.5 months old and nurses like a champ! I heartily recommend her practice to any mamas seeking such help. It's a partnership more than any other PT experience. I've told my doctor that I highly recommend Pari and the entire team. These explain a lot…read more So check this out, with a full leg brace and crutches I came for my 11am appointment at 11:14am. It is very difficult to transport myself under this conditions and they do have a 15 minutes grace period which I knew about. Got in, checked in with the lady at the front desk, was told to sit till I'll be called, set for a minute and it is now 11:16am. I then told by the same front desk lady that most likely they won't be able to have me for my session today. I replied that I came in within the 15 minutes grace period and she then asks if I'll be OK with a shorter session. I replied it is an effort to come in so I'll take what I can. I sit for another 5 minutes and she then tells me they won't be able to have me for today and continues to ask if I want to wait and see if any on the 12pm appointments will miss his slot. YES, she asked me if I want to wait an hour (45 minutes to 12pm plus the 15 minutes grace) to gamble with my health, my recovery and my time. I simply asked her if she's serious with this offer as a resolution and she immediately changed her demeanor and with a straight face told me yes and made sure I understood that she is doing me a favor offering what is a ridiculous offer. I simply got up and left and already have a new, better provider. I will post this review everywhere I can to warn people from potentially going through this or anything similar. This is customer service not well served. Just look at them reviews. This is a perfect example how all it takes is just 1 miserable unhappy person that clearly doesn't like what it does for a living to ruin for the whole place of business.
